Please, post what real happened. I take my account back couz was mistake from GW2 Support for more than 2 weeks, and make me lost the Lost Shore event(And no compensation for my lost).
The ticket was closed when I bought another CD Key and NCSoft give me refund from my first key (couz I´m not a fraudulent payer). My problem was resolved but its wrong when you guys said:
“Ticket 121109-002852 Charge-back; .will not be reinstated”
Another prove was a email sent to me by support:
“Since this was a mistake on our part for disabling the code, I’ve gone ahead and refunded you for the purchase done through Paypal. You should see those funds back on your account in a few days. The newest purchase for a Guild Wars 2 Serial Code that you just applied to your account will be your new code. As soon as this refund goes through, it appears your issue should be resolved.”

I´m not a fraudulent player, I´m a good guy and a good player. I´m posting this to all ppl who have a real problem and are honest. If you guys don´t make any thing to be banned, don´t worry. The support are little slow but they resolve that. I have waited for 12 days, so be patiently… Was more than 18 updates made by me on support, 4 hours on paypal support, more than 20 emails to paypal, blocked on forum, account suspended, more than 10 posts asking for help made by me and my friends and don´t give up. They are a serious company and, if I said anything offensive or rude on my other posts, sorry.
PS: I have posted here too couz I think more easy to Gaile see the post. If, after see the post, u wanna delete that, it ok!

Well. I´m here but I´m not so happy. I will ask refund soon as possible. I was “forced” to buy another key (couz I want keep playing this game) so, I will do exactly what was said here. The money not with me and not with ncsoft… so, the money still with paypal. I don´t will use paypal never again. I bought direct with my credit card (same card on my paypal account). So, after 11 days waiting, I´m tired.
Thank you Gaile for your good job helping ppl. I know its so hard. Thanks to all who sent pm by forum and facebook, but my problem now are out of the game. Its with NCSoft and paypal.

If you open another, the moderator have time to move you to here but no one can talk what happen with my account. Thats insane! Im starting become a mad my patience gone. I want any information, any update, anything. And I think no one from support look this topic. ArenaNet have only 58 complaints… only here have more than 9000 in last 3 days. And the ppl who don´t speak english? its so much more than we can imagine. Its not right what Anet doing with us. Why the Hell I was suspended? No one know, no one talk with me. Just the moderator PM me telling he moved my other topics. PUFF! Its time to use that BBB and see what happen.

And where I told that I bought the code from anyone? I bought that from official website when they reopen the seller on 11 september. I have played for 2 month and now they said my key are fraudulent. Come on… something wrong happen here… I checked all my payment and something wrong with the support. Not with me. Every thing its ok from my part. My statement are clear. I send the payment to paypal. On paypal statement its clear too… payment was approved and verified by NCsoft. And now that. Como on… This is a offense to me. I have tested my credit card on the official web site and bought another key just for test. and no have problems. I ask for refund and support replied in 1 day only. They will give me back my money. I really don´t understand what happen. Check my case and you will see its a big confusion and I´m a honest player, not a fraudulent one like Steve S. said on last update.

Please indicate the date you purchased the game: 09/11
Please confirm that you personally purchased from the buy.guildwars2.com site (not through a partners, not through a third-party). I sent a copy of my Credit card and paypal statement to support to check this.
Please check your credit card statement and verify if you were or were not charged for the game. Yes. checked and I payed for my Serial.
Please post your Incident / Ticket Number here. well.. tick number… 121109-002852.
The support change my status to Account Closed. I just insert some new infos like my CC and paypal statement to prove that im not a fraudulent like Steve S. called me on support. Thats insane. Please check my case. Thank you.
PS: I bought from official website when they reopen the seller… I don´t take from any other from any differentiated way.
How Screen Shot can be modify, I can make a video that I opening my statement and paypal account to prove that I bought that when the official start selling again the serials to GW2.

Yeah. The money was taken… its was at 09/11 and that are in my statement of my CC. Thats insane.

The Guild Wars 2 Serial Code that you registered was a North American code originally purchased from our website https://buy.guildwars2.com/. This purchase was made using a stolen credit/debit card or PayPalr account and was thus flagged as a fraudulent charge. Your game account was banned as a result of the fraudulent purchase.
At this time, we have reviewed your account and have decided to release the account to you. The serial code has been permanently disabled as a result of the purchase using a fraudulent credit or debit card or stolen PayPal account.

Thats sad but my patient gone. I will ask for refund in my account and terminate that. Thats insane how Arena Net support take care about your clients. Theres nothing o agreements about “NCSoft can block/ban/suspend your account any time, with a reason, and don´t tell nothing for you”. This the limit for me. I loved by this game but this service is ridiculous… And I know.. the Moderator soon will come here and close my topic and move/merge. Thats sad. NCSoft are joking with my money, time and patience. Im here to have fun, not to be mad. Im changing game right now and good luck for who stay here waiting for the rest of you life.

Its happen 11/09. I don´t know the time couz I was at work.
But How they consider so much ppl as a BOT user? If you stay at Orr place, killing the same mobs for more than 4 hours, its mean you are a bot? For GOD. If Arena Net don´t want us farming so long, increase the drop hate of Lodestones! And yes. I stay 4 hours killing sparks and earth elemental to take 1 Charged Lodestone and 1 Onyx Lodestone.
I used direct ip. I was testing that wile Im looking for one more cheap than WTFast. WTFast keep your ip address wile the direct ip connect me with City: Novi Region: MI Country: US IP.
Thats SAD. If I have authorizated the loggin, theres no reason to suspend me (us).

Is that serious? I need send a ticket to support about something that I don´t know what happen and explain WHAT? Well.. I talk every thing. My ID, loggin, paypal acc, my credid card 4 last number, what I was doing at last in game, wich mobs I was farming and the drops!, copy from paypal emails, id transictioins, my ip, postal code, ip from last 3 loggins, invoice id from paypal, dates, my complete name, age, serial number of the game, when I bought, where I bought and error that apear when I try logging. And you say that? For God.

Paypal… its sad. I have similar problem. Im trying cancel a claim on paypal for more than 4 days and they still blocking the payment to Anet. And my account got suspeded for that. The problem is communication. Any suport talk with us about any problem. Just Block and make you wait.

Its the second day and I saw on forum more than 1000 cases like mine. For God NCSupport. I know you guys hove so much job to do but why suspend account without talk with your client, without let your client know whats going on, to take information with the client and prevent a tons of tickets. You guys block account and don´t talk nothing, then ask for open a ticket to see what happen! why just don´t tell us what happen? Im a client for more than 4 years and that´s the first time I need the support for something like that. I´m Frustrated, confused and tired. And that have only one cause… bad or none communication. I just want one thing. Talk with us. Let us help resolve our problems. We know what happen with our account better than anyone and its the fast way to not accumulate thousand of tickets.
