Great news for me, ANet had replied this morning saying that everything should be fine now and to order, so I did and it went through! Advice to anyone of you is to contact support and just ask for their assistance because it should eventually get sorted.

I’ve looked online for the ultimate edition and nowhere but the guild wars 2 site is selling it. I’m in the UK, looked everywhere legitimate.

Same Haishao, finally got on the PC to try again as they instructed in the email and nothing. I want the ultimate edition so I can’t purchase it anywhere else, hoping they’ll reply with an actual fix because it’s getting on my nerves now. I have tonnes of gem purchases etc. so I don’t see why this is such an issue.

Yeah I suppose I forgot to mention that this has been over the course of 2 days now. Really don’t know what the issue is. Got a reply this morning from aNet asking me to try and purchase in game again.

Possibly, it’s still frustrating though. I dont particularly want to have to bother anyone else with it because it’s not their problem. Hopefully Arena Net will have replied to my issue by the morning and I can sort it. I’ve never had any problems purchasing from my account before now

Good idea, tried it and still says payment authorisation failed so can’t be an IP issue.

I’ve tried several times to purchase Path of Fire on my account after my fiance has purchased it on his account yet every time I try I get “Payment Authorisation Failure”. I sent in a ticket to support and they told me to try another time or buy from one of their affiliated retailers (who by the way aren’t selling the Ultimate edition and that’s what I want to purchase) because apparently my transaction is “high risk” yet didn’t explain why it was. I’ve tried different browsers, in game, two different cards and paypal, my fiance has even tried buying it for me from the shop to send me the serial code and now it won’t even let him purchase. Is this something related to IP since he already bought his? Becoming incredibly frustrated and felt like the support answer was rubbish and could have been looked into further, I’ve sent a follow up message but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this?

I agree wholeheartedly. There are so many tools to find allies, I always considered “GUILD Wars” to be a game where you had to have the help of other people at some point.

This is what I was saying in another post but someone read it the wrong way and decided to be rude as they clearly have nothing better to do. I think this is end game content, it’s not supposed to be easy is it?

On Heart of Thorns Act 2 – Sign Cutting “Follow the path to Rox and meet up with the rest of your team” – Inspect the marking and Find Rox’s next marker is ticked off but it’s not progressing and I couldn’t interact with the last marker – either that or this is unclear and I have no idea what to do to progress my story.

Many members of the guild decided to take a break during the lead up to HoT, we return properly on the 10th October and will be running our missions as usual. Thanks for the plus 1’s guys, I know it’s been asked before but it might be in the archived forums so worth asking for it again!

Still gathering more adventurers for HoT, achievement group running for 2 weeks at the moment, lottery starts up again next week and more!

I’m not sure if this has been suggested before but for those of us that would like to do the Dungeon Master achievement it would be really helpful/useful if we could see what paths we had already completed.

I had a break from GW2 for about a year and came back around September time, I’m wanting to complete the Dungeon Master achievement but I don’t want to waste time doing paths that I’ve already done so it would be a great help to be able to see the ones I have completed.

At True Arts of War we strive to continue to build a server-wide community of casual, friendly, sociable and active members who like to participate in guild missions, events, raiding and general play.

We do require 99% rep as we feel the guild looks messy with people not representing, you may however rep Bank Guilds, WvW and Chest Farm Guilds.

Most players are online in the evenings (GMT timezone) and weekends, we do have a few players online during the day.

We are raiding Friday and Sunday evenings, with random raid encounters throughout the week also and will require members who want to take part in raids to sign up to our website so they can sign up to the raiding events.

We like to keep our guild members stimulated, there is near enough always someone in the chat asking for people to help them out, see if anyone wants to do daily dungeons/world bosses or just tag along.

We are currently running Bounty Hunt & Trek on Saturday’s at 18.30GMT and Guild Rush on Sundays at 18.30GMT – this makes it fairer for those who may not be able to make the missions one of those days.

Recently we have started up a “Lottery” as many call it, although we did make our own special “Bingo” table! This consists of winning gold, exotics etc. but we are looking into diversifying the prizes!

There is a good few of us in the guild who enjoy tPVP- we are very relaxed about PvP, it’s a bit of fun, we do get competitive but it’s all in the thrill of the kill! We like to share builds, tactics and communicate via Raidcall when we play and we also like to take new players in to teach them what we know!

Our newest event is the Guild Advent Calendar, it’s a bit like secret santa where your entry is an exotic piece of armor/weapon and that then turns into a prize, names and prizes are drawn daily from 1st December until Christmas Day!
