they just need to make the big laser walls a lot more transparent. it’s extremely hard to see when a golem is about to pull when there’s a big red mess in the way
what subforum does anerf read for feedback? i want to gouge it into their eyes that IC nerf will do the exact opposite of diversity
what is your point? now you can give longer might to pet which is only x% of your dmg meanwhile others can stack might to benefit 100% of their dmg and other classes can even give might to WHOLE party for a long time now. i think you are missing the point. on top of this many pet dmg will be nerfed to begin with and you call these changes amazing?!?!?!?!?
howbout dont delude anet even more into thinking they doing great on ranger balancing? we need every thread to show ranger is in a bad place to get through to anet.

do u know how long spirits last on any fight that matters? 2 seconds. after failpatch 4 seconds and you want to pull mobs on top of them now? to break world record of fastest spirit death?. swiftness, regen, vigor wow gamebreaking buffs your party will suddenly faceroll the dungeon because of those… really…
and prot provided by spirit… o wait it just died… next fight nice it survived because the war blew up the mobs so fast i couldnt comprehend it i thought best way we kill mobs is 1 by 1 with mah longbow and my bear. nice i can be useful with party prot… o wait we have to move to the next place and now have to leave spirit behind and wait for cooldown… butbut i took spirits unbound so my prot spirit can run with me yay. o wait the trash mob we were running past just killed it.
you see wut happen there spent 30 points accomplished nothing. meanwhile i can spend 30 pts on warrior and do way more dmg and practically permanent party buffs than ranger can dream of
all buffs you mention other classes can do better WHILE having respectable dps.
maybe you should play the other classes first before giving misleading info on balance?

- Bunch of nerfs to already weak pve class.
- Pathetic compensation for LB that will still remain garbage. SB nerf. Rdps in this game is already kitten by design. I think u should have just copypasta wow hunter at least they are useful
- Nerfing all rangers based on pvp players that get facerolled by drakes.
- Nerfing quickness some more (zephyrs speed now need 30 bm let me respec points to bm, pet is still decent right now… o wait the next kittening patch)
- spirit changes worthless when invulnerable mobile banners with better buffs still completely outclass them
That 5 in BM is now worthless.

Instinctual Bond: This trait has been swapped with Zephyr’s Speed. Quickness increased to 3s.
disappointing ranger patch again
gwen has awakened and attacked flame legion mercilessly and wiped them out. due to this cof is now closed permanently. note this is not a nerf this is part of living story. we are now selling ectos and legendary mats in gem store as part of this living story update. we also have some new rng boxes for sale that contain ascended versions of the cof armor that are now not obtainable.
remove separate stack ticks to begin with.
each application of cond should just add to the duration and aggregate the dmg once divide by duration to get number of fixed ticks. calculate all the above only once during application so read players condition dmg only per application not every tick. so every player only owns 1 bleed per mob and that bleed just modifies in dmg and duration per application. now you just keep track of duration and damage per tick/full damage over complete duration not 25 separate instances of it. so 5 players in dungeon can put max 5 stacks of bleed with each owning one. do same for poison and burn
imo devs should clearly specify the technical limitation so maybe some programmers playing the game can think some good solutions otherwise we may be guessing what the exact problem is.
no idea if im making sense just trying to throw quick ideas because i sad since i see necs and engineers very rarely in pve.
wow they want to reduce pet dmg because ppl are so bad they cannot kite a garbage ai pet? im a garbage player but i just MOVE and you see what happens to the pet? it does 0 dmg. it seems anet testers stand still in pvp vs ranger and go oh look the kitten kill me wtf nerf. wow rly do the same against any class and you will die 2x faster
looking for challenge in AI in low lvl areas????
dafq go play WvW, pvp, high lvl fractals with non exp players, dungeons with non exp players if you want challenge
Tips:
- abuse out of combat: if about to lose run back lose aggro and regen then try to pull and burst down smaller numbers
- abuse terrain and AI. high ground reachable by both jumping and normal pathing? Jump on it. Watch the zombies take the long walk around while you splat them from range. that long walk is actually more like f1 acceleration though since anet somehow thought f1 zombies are cool. but you can jump back down and repeat.
- abuse trees, AI and melee weapons
. run around tree or other object and spam your melee skill. you will do dmg but the poor AI will try running around but because they f1 zombies its not easy
- condition removal since poison is common vs risen
- ossuary: skip the champion it wanders around very slowly so easy to avoid and let it pass. very possible to kill but champion mob rewards in this game compared to time spent killing them is kitten
- buy potions defense and dmg vs undead
- ask anet to nerf some risen movement speed they’re the fastest kittening zombies I’ve seen in any game
I realize many here will probably cry about balance but for a start make all magic find / X / X combinations available which shouldnt have any pvp impact kk?
