Guild Wars 2

ill be going to pax east like i do every year. looking forward to the demo and with talking to the devs

currently im in the guild fire and ice, i joined about a year and a half ago and i think the guild has been around for about 2 years.

i dont really think guil dwars 2 needs a mount, you can travel to places fast enough

one problem here, cantha isnt a “lost” continent, the jade empire still lives and has infact engulfed the luxons and kurzichs after the events of guild wars beyond in cantha. it is also noted that cantha didnt die out all was said was that wih the rise of the dragons tyria lost contact with cantha because of teh undead corsairs ships of zhaitain (which will now no longer be there) and because of the deep sea dragon (which players have yet to meet). the tengu have also not lost anything in cantha, the canthan tribes still exist and after guild wars beyond have been allowed to stay where they are without the empire threatening them.

me and my friend ran TA forward forward path for the first time for each of us and at the end i ended up getting 30 tokens while he got 60, there is deffinatly a bug with teh system

Tengu is probably the next race to get added, them or the kodans. besides those obvious 2 would be the canthans from cantha but thats it from what i can tell besides the tengu cantha was pretty much all canthans and since the empire swallowed the luxons and kurzics they are out of the picture as well

The tengu probably wont be visited until they release cantha because it was in cantha in GW1 where the tengu became friendly and in guild wars beyond of cantha the hero (the player) and canthan guards save the tengu race from destruction.

the thing with the GW2 story that i find dissapointing the most is that there are a lot of things that come up but never get revisited or even mentioned again each thing interesting object just kind of gets thrown under the bus after that one instance where you see them. i also find the story progression is a little to hastened. liek the dicision every 10 levels was just too exact it would have been better imo to have changed the decision quest time for when it was needed the biggest of these would have been to have the 3 orders have a longer story then they actually did.

this video looks at the personally story and discusses some very valid and well made points about the story and how it was delivered and honestly i feel i have to agree with it for the most part. i do hope the Anet will look at the video and give some of the points made in it some thought

i did not make this video, it was made by a player going by the name woodenpotatos and he does some really good work and looks at most game decisions on the game from different perspectives so he can give very valid and rational thoughts on the decisions

the dungeon armor that is dungeon specific is in the merchants second tab and is exotic
