TA is way more profitable than COF.
Look at all the silent nerfs at COF. How many exoticdropps do you get in COF/h? My exp with this is about 1 to MAX 2.

[Evul] obvly never talked about their farmway bc they wont it to be public and Anet would nerf the dropps and almost never invited ppl from Friendlists. All over it would be never public bc gw2player nowerday aren’t able to do srs content. Just activate all buffs and smash anything down with rediclious aoe.
TA farm isnt for any randomgroup. You have to be coordinated and know what to do, ofc if all know their jobs its quit enjoyable.

And again Dub is wrong again (as often) in COF you have just 2 golddropps from bosses in TA 3 + chests.

I’m shiNn from the european guild First Grade [ONE] with all guildmission exept puzzle.
We are an only german guild at the moment. But we’re allways playing with international ppl. (I love playing with international ppl but some of the guild dont. Because they are too lazy to speak english in Teamspeak)

But enough trakittenalk we are a guild with arround 50 Members and about 20 of them are “hardcore” pvelers.
We are looking for the “challange” in PvE like Speedruns. And yeah Strife inspires us too. We copied and modified his build and tactics. I can’t show you much abount our Dungeonsruns but here are 3 Videos of us.

Yeah gw1 might be succesfull. BUT WHY isnt it anymore? Because it had too many PvP modis, the ppl split off and the competitive pvp died.
But this is a other game, you can GW2 match with WoW and other games. People realise Gw1 and Gw2 are COMPLETLY diffrent games.
Just for your information Gw1 was a totally other genre, COPVP and GW2 is a MMORPG.

1 PvP modus might be the right choice, we’ll see. Other games in the Internet proofed that.
But Anet did it wrong with the tournamentsystem. First it looks like a genius idea but its awfull. But they cant say: LOL WE SUCKED KK WE REMOVE IT. That would obvly ruin it more.

In Paid Toruanment you dont play anymore bunkerguard mid and mesmer portal deff all the time.U should play more paid and less free/random pvp to get a better overview if u want to do those vids.

Like LoL. it was rly bad at release too but they have toooooooooooooooooooooooooooons of player. And now they’re rly successful.

GW2 esport pvp ist rly bad at release and have nearly no pvpler left in the game. In Paid, which open only in a timewindow of 4hours 8.p.m -12p.m gmt+1, u have 75% the same enemys over and over in your roster. And at other times u have to wait over 30min to popup invite sucks. abouve all if you kicked out in round 1. In this case 4 of 8 teams are kittened up. And have to wait 30min again after ~15min playing the game.

Jonathan could you give me only ONE reason why fixxes dont come instant?
Why do you wait for them if you know, and fixxed the problem?

going solo into a paid tournament is like pick up the soap in the shower at prison with 5 ripped kittens

as aktiv pvp player with over 900 tournaments played, its feeling like over 75% of the player are quitted GW2.

in my opinion, mesmers (along with certain bunker builds, which can actually be manageable) are ruining tpvp. it’s two things and you know exactly what im gonna say:

1. portals: for these control maps especially treb repair in Khylo, this is hugely OP. portals should either be an ult, or go on a huge CD after one use. this would fix it for WvW as well.

2. sword/pistol/staff/shatter: this playstyle effectively renders every other mesmer build obsolete. not only is this particular weapon combination and its typical shatter build the best 1v1 build in the game, but mind wrack is some of the best AOE burst in the game as well. this mesmer is not a one trick pony because you can literally do the stun/shatter/blurred frenzy burst combo over and over again. 15k+ burst on demand with a huge tank to boot. take that thieves.

1. Portals while you are carrying objectives gives you an advantage towards to other. Thats true.
But keep in your mind. The Mesmer is one of the classes with the biggest lack of mobility. Mesmer only can buff Swiftness with Focus #4 and random with Chaosstorm(3sec)
In this case the Portal is a must have for the Mesmer. Otherwise Mesmer would have a disadvantage Vs other classes.
Besides the mesmer still have to walk to the Repairkit. And mostly shattermesmer using the Trebuchet. You can snipe him on his way with an GIBThief e.g.
And you portal went on CD if u died.

2. The CD of Portal ist 60 seconds. This is a very huge CD in comparison to other utilitys. And we have one utility less in a fight. Dont forget it. (yeah you can change it i know)
And the Portal is just 15seconds open. It’s REALLY short. The only nerf you may could take is to limit the number of uses.

3. yeah the Mesmershatter is a very high spikedmg. BUT u can evade it. Play by yourself a mesmer and try to burst ppl. Then you realize how you could handle it.

KNOW WHAT EXACTLY YOUR OPPONENT DO IS THE KEY TO SUCESS

4. And people could you post your own specc plx. Then we could may help you better. Me for myself playing a Deffmesmer as pointholder and Shattermesmer burst hits me with 2k crit in 4 hits Mindwrack then still 22k hp left And gibthiefs cant burst me too. But i’ve problems against Condition classes. You cant have the perfect specc.
