Let’s see. My wishlist…
Siphoned Power— Also grant 10% life force when triggered. I mean really, getting hit under 25% health should have some more dramatic effects.
Foot in the Grave: Death Shroud also breaks stuns when entering. (10 second cooldown) Oh come on, it’s a grandmaster skill.
I kind of agree that Siphoned Power could stand to be more dramatic. I’m not sure adding a defensive measure is the right way to go though. I’d rather just see a greater intensity in the might stacks. (2 stacks per hit instead of just 1? The base might duration is fairly low.)
Having Death Shroud break stun would be great, but that cooldown has to be at least 30 seconds, if not higher. 10 second cooldown translates to literally every time death shroud is up (You didn’t take Near to Death) and would possibly be the shortest recharge of any stunbreak in the game. There’s about two stun breaking utilities that have recharges less than 30 seconds, which was my guideline for the bare minimum recharge time.
Chill of Death— One change only. The skill should be casted without delay. Why the heck would I want to interrupt my attack chain just to cast this mediocre spell?
Decaying Swarm: Casts the actual Locust Swarm Skill and not this piece of dung. Suddenly a godly escape skill is born.
These skills already do these things. Chill of death doesn’t interrupt your casting / attack chains, and decaying swarm grants swiftness.
Thanks for the notes. Guess my memory was off when testing them. And yes, the cooldown times were just sorta arbitrary.

What does EB, a map that never had crafting stations, have to do anything?
Anyhow, I was crafting today and decided I will support the crafting by selling important materials on the TP to assist in crafting efforts for low prices and easy access. I’m selling a very hot commodity, since there doesn’t seem to be enough going around. Hope this helps, since a lot of folks seem to need this.
You’re welcome! Also, as for some charity work, if you send me an angry enough message, I’ll mail you one for free! (Offer limited while supplies last)

Well, that does bring up a question. Are people there because of reset night, or just because it’s Friday night?
for there you have been and there you will long to return.
Because it’s not the desert borderlands.
I wasn’t exactly a huge fan of the Alpine, but it was generally more straightforward to navigate and defend while the Desert Borderlands has the problem of being too noisy yet too boring due to its size and random annoyances like shrine effects or whatnot.
The biggest killer is the waypoints.

Congrats on liking the game. It took me a while.
Whatever you do, don’t rush to the end. Just take your time.

I put my necro on hiatus because of the crap changes, and then this happens which wrecks every build I’ve ever liked to use. They really have no idea of how to play this class. This is over.
GG. This is why I hate nerfs. Their idea of “nerf” is to destroy things.

WvW is not the center of the universe!
Sadly, it does seem to be, and the worst problem is that guesting on big servers for PvE is incredibly effective and for large group events, the easiest way to get stuff, as well as misc stuff such as temple vendors.
On the other hand, it’s probably a good thing for people to leave if they don’t want to be there. No point in keeping people that are incompatible with your server, and fairweathers are useless anyways.
But the nature of the server stacking has seen problems. They really need to slash or even remove gem transfer fees to low rank/pop servers to help repopulate them. Bigger bonuses for outmanned, etc…
Of course, I’m of the opinion that people say something is dying, too soon, and bolt too fast, causing a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Things will settle. StormbluffIsle dropped down the tiers when people left in droves and it looked horrific for the longest time with like 2 people in EB or whatnot and outmanned continuously on. It’s still very alive today though and at least pve is well populated as well as PvE extension (aka EB)
Anyhow, I’m sure AR will find its place. You guys had some really good small groups. I’ve never seen individuals and small groups from other servers run circles around me and proceed to slam my face in the ground so badly before, lol.

Because build variety, game balance and completeness were not priorities.
Ascended gear is half baked and merely just carrot dangling. Every part of it besides maybe the amulets has shown a complete disregard for these things beyond getting them out for additional stats and grind. The fact that something like valkyrie is missing from ascended trinkets is proof that that they just don’t care about delivering quality, but that’s ok, since it’s catering to a crowd that could care less about these things as long as they can grind for a new shiny that makes them stand out. But this is typical fare really.
Oh, that and it’s their way of saying “only zerker you nubs” and yet another way of saying “what’s wvw?”
Regardless of grind, one can see how instead of making sure their current set of ascended gear (trinkets) is complete, they prioritized on throwing more stuff upon it. The actual ascended materials part is actually not bad at all. It’s just sullied by the lack of polish and the busy work to 500.

Type in “use stuns”
Results should be better.
for there you have been and there you will long to return.
Most people are bad and dislike being reminded of it. In this case, not facerolling you is considered part of this and can be safely ignored.
One can take a loss as a learning opportunity and get better. Or they can just cry. The later is what is known as “scrubs”.

Whack a mole balancing. I thought they were going to separate pvp and pve balance changes?
I guess I don’t need greater marks anymore; as they aren’t terrible without that trait anymore. Spectral skills are meh.

Well, most of the time it’s ok. Heavy armor at least has more “battle appropriate” wear for female characters. Sometimes the boobplates get annoying when it comes to dyes. I mean really, you get some weird combos where the boobplate stands out from the rest of the piece. No!
Then sometimes you look at the differences between light/medium human t3 armor and am just like WTF. I don’t want a big coat on my ranger but I’m certainly not putting that on her, and the other choice I can see is that corset duelist armor which is just as silly.
As for light female armor, I honestly don’t think some of them are actually clothes and would take the male counterpart. I mean some of those outfits look like they’re from a really sketchy anime…
And note I’m a dude whose female guardian wears the vigil miniskirt so it’s not like I’m particularly prudish or anything. (It could be a little longer, really, would be perfect), but I find those light/medium choices pretty lousy. They either show too much or too little. Light at least has some choices.
tl;dr I should not see my character’s underwear 65% of the time. Can you imagine that on a male toon?

I’m confused. You think I’m a zergling because I main a ranger? What the hell sense does that make?
Sorry, bae. You said it yourself.
Any pug commander that tries to say any profession is worthless in a pug zerg has no idea what he is talking about… I personally love running ranger in a zerg.
Nice no scope kill, Methane.
Digging up stuff from another thread to attack someone seems a bit excessive. Besides, his statement isn’t mutually exclusive with not zerging though.
This wall of reflect brought to you by a guardian main. :p
No No No ArchonWing. We both know that the skill and mindless Ranger standing a few miles away, er, I really mean 1,500 range, number 2 button mashing SOB, rooting tooting rapid fire mother beaver brainless player arrows will pass through your mighty Wall of Reflection!!!
No, we can’t have that. You have no survival options to my mighty and over powered Rapid Fire. In fact, I’m pointing my long bow at your Guardian as I type this. Yes, those are my arrows hitting you.
Are you dead yet?
Yea really. How can anyone win when you take 6/6/6/0/0 with signet of stone, Quickening zephyr, Signet of the Hunt, Sick’em, Healing Signet, Shield of Wrath, For Great Justice, Elixir U, and Signet of the Wild? And don’t forget the panda that does 50k damage.
I could have died you know. Fortunately, I just walked away but you know, it takes a lot more skill for me to use wall of reflection. After all, I have to click one button to almost kill you if you don’t react That’s much more skill than you, merely pressing 1 button to kill me if I don’t react.
Anyhow, I think I lost. Anyone want these? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Packet_of_Salt

I am confused myself. I can only think of the term related to the word imbecille and idiot. But then, OP mentions girl gamers so I assume it must be a sexist word.
I am pretty proficient when it comes to calling people names and have been called many myself, but for that I say “report”
Maybe that’s the word

It’d be nice if they had the foresight to put lots in wvw but…
And no, you do not get hero points from leveling up @ 80. You can get a spirit shard if you use a tome of experience. My mesmer with 4% map compleition and almost played exclusively in wvw has precisely 2 hero points with one hero point done somewhere in the world and 1 from EB. And now that I remember, a 3rd one from the Krait Obelisk.
