As others before me said, allowing Lupi Wall is simply put a bad idea.
We voted on it previously and we agreed on banning it.
Allowing it again will just lower peoples interest in low man records and future trio tournaments.
There’s already not enough competition, making it worse isn’t gonna help anyone.

It was our starting idea as well, but we soon realised that we couldn’t sustain the chill uptime given that GoEP isn’t really the best source for it and being able to always land our water 3 was also unrealistic when factoring in the boss’ habit of catapulting itself into the ceiling.

Add Glyph of Storms in air after Eruption for 25 vuln, then after lava font use ice bow for freezing and Ice Storm burst.
Weapon swapping is optional but I encourage you to prestack might wherever you can unless you’ll be stuck on air when fight starts.
And yes, flame burst timing matters and its not a dps loss if you use it as I do in my vid with a guard.

Bit of info about guild progress so far:
vC was founded around a month ago and till now we had 29 applications and more still coming. Altho only 15% of those actually passed the trial.
Atm roster is of 31 members.

Record with Shadowplay then go frame by frame in Sony Vegas and add timer.
That seems to be most accurate for me.

You shouldn’t start casting Lightning Storm when boss is red either, with experience you memorize boss trigger times and know exactly when to cast.
Npc dialogues can help with memorizing times too, so I suggest having game sound on.
As for pugs, optimizing doesn’t matter much. Just insta freeze no matter what so you can actually get a burst off with whatever builds and gear the’yre running.
As for rotation, I said up there, it depends on encounter and group.
But tbh, in pugs optimizing isn’t worth much. Just get a lava font before freezing and blast with something(earth 2 or an Arcane) then freeze and you did your job just fine.
After that spam 1 and 2, maybe 3 if guard has down syndrome.

Theres not really any reason to miss out on eruption unless you dont need the might and fury (speedrun)

Might comes from PS War not running kitten Warbanner instead of SoR.
Fury comes from either FGJ or you blasting your lava font with arcane wave while doing ice bow.
Instantly freezing a boss and getting 90%+ of your Lightning Storm off is worth more than a kittenty Eruption.

So I watched that vid, read this thread and I see few things missing.
1: Flame Burst is a dps loss with a guard in group, never use it unless your guard can’t use his F1.
2. Few bosses and encounters reflect your auto attack, thing that might seem bad to you. Easy fix is to detarget and hit the ground around your target. Examples are Belka and Aldus Stormbringer in hotw p1.
3. While I see most people saying rotation is Eruption -> Air -> Lightning Storm -> Fire -> Lava Font -> Ice Bow. It’s not always the case.
This is a good rotation for solos and most 5 man fights but you’ll notice that sometimes a big part your lightning storm is wasted before boss triggers.
Lightning Storm is around half of an Ice storm so it’s nothing to joke about.
Lets take Sure-Shot Seamus in CM p3 as example.
You want to freeze that guy as soon as possible. You can either do your usual rotation before he triggers then freeze but then half of your Lightning Storm is wasted or if you do it later then your freeze will be too late.
My point is, skipping earth in your rotation helps sometimes, so just Lightning Storm then Lava font and blast it with Arcane wave.
4. Obviously prestacking before few encounters helps. What I wanna point out about this is that it’s not worth it if you’ll start fight in Air, at least not in a 5 man where you want Internal Fire to proc.
Again I’ll use Sure-Shot Seamus as example. No matter how fast you are, you won’t get fire off cd for your Ice Storm on him so despite what most do, prestacking on that guy with a PS war is a waste.
But, encounters like Vallog are perfect for prestacking or Fyonna in TA, or cart in SE p3, there’s tons of example but you get my point.

As I already said to others before, I personally don’t think we have enough “issues” for another meeting.
Maybe after HoT, which I doubt.
So for now this sounds like a good idea and 1 week is resonable.

If you guys recall, the ones who were at previous meeting. I tried bringing this ele swap into fgs issue and everyone said it’s allowed.

For TA up & fwd, the paht bugs out if you choose another option that starting the path when talking to Morrigu at first, then after choosing the 2nd or 3rd option, selecting the option to start the path.

Also afaik, if more than 1 person talks to path picking NPC at same time it bugs.

Well it did for me, like 5 fps in certain areas with UI open.

Turn the new colision sesitivity option to 0.

From my experience it’s not better to line cast Lupi.

If you’re using stone splinters then you won’t get the 10% damage modifier if you line cast him anyways, so any DPS increase line casting might offer for the initial burst would be offset by losing 10% on the impacts.

We didn’t use Stone Splinters, we used 64004.
We tried with it tho and not line cast, results were slower so we went back.
I understand that line casting might be pointless but i had to dodge the grub either way and since no stone splinters, why not? As for ice bow, doubt all would hit without line casting.

Well with with 2 staff eles and 4 icebows its not needed to melee it for the full duration anyway. So it makes sense. Surprised you took the mesmer and only used 1 portal. Pretty nice run overall though.

Took mesmer mainly for time warp :P We thought of guard 1st but realized that aside from melandru melee it would’ve been a waste.

We ranged it for few reasons:
1. Not have to waste time on killing gorillas
2. Bring a mesmer instead of guardian
3. It’s barely any time loss, we 4 manned it faster than LOD 5 manned it by meleeing and 10s slower than in DnT’s old record.
So overall ranging it was better for us.

I’ll try and keep the Phalanx answer short to avoid another argument thread.
We picked Phalanx since Staff dps is 15% more than LH, that doesn’t even include meteor shower. Empower Allies adds 3% to everyone so the difference between a Phalanx with Staff Ele and Dps Warr with Scepter Ele is really low. Imo Phalanx is better and stacking ele wouldn’t of fit any of those bosses.

Don’t know about aggro but it’s not bugged. Only bug atm is the floor burning people even if you move.
Btw, every meta(kitten necros) class has enough ways to block/dodge/invuln non stop for that boss.

Well since I have no clue what those IPs are I tried to ask few friends to do the same when I’m lagging.
All of them have 1 or 2 unknown IPs after router IP and they don’t lag.
I’m the only one connected to my router too, 2nd PC is offline.
I really don’t know what those IPs are and they don’t show anything when I try to look them up either.
EDIT: I looked up a bit more and EVERY person from my ISP has those 2 IPs, numbers vary a bit at the end but it’s definitely from my ISP.

I’ve had same ISP for 8 years and no EU server in any mmo ever lagged for me.
I do know some ISP’s throttle connections but that’s mostly in US afaik. I’m from Romania.
If they did throttle I wouldnt be able to download with 10 mbps on torrents then would I?
Not to mention that a lot more people have same issue lately when they never did, Friends and forum posts for example. So doubt their ISP is throttling them too.
