Ah, I was woundering why people are not replying to this idea because I really want to know if this would be a good start for the return of dervish. So i would like to know what everyone thinks when read. Thank you.

For those who do not know grim or dervishes, here is a picture that shows what “reapers” would look like:

For a long time, I Have been thinking about how dervishes could be brought back into the guild wars community, without restricting them to only humans/ worshiping the gods.So then i thought of grim reaper.

What ideas can be merged together to make dervishes in guild wars 2 from grim?
. Well first off, change the name from dervishes to reapers
. Instead of restricting them to humans worshiping the gods, one suggestion is, they should just be able to communicate with the “spirit world”, so in effect have skills like ritualists in guild wars 1.
. Just like a necro’s leech form, one of their elite skills or downed state, could turn them into a skeleton (just like grim reaper) and make them have a massive boost.
. Just like grim himself their main weapon should be a scythe.
. Their long range weapon could be a new type- a long chain with a blade at it’s tip.( picture shown below) which could be about the same as short bow range and thieves should be able to use this as well.
.lastly for a legendary, the scythe could be ghostly and linking to Doom(from guild wars 1 underworld) and the chain could be like the weapon" spirit links" but better

For some reason every time when I enter the EB jumping puzzle, my guild wars 2 game closes, it then says an error as occurred, please send to Anet blah blah blah, but I want to be able to go into EB JP now but I cannot any suggestions?

I know glint belongs to kralkatorrik, but glint is a dragon made of ice. Which brings up my question, Isn’t kralkatorrik’s minions suppose to be electric? If you look at shatterer he fits the plot. This could mean two things. Either i’m wrong or glint originally belonged to Jormag and kralkatorrik made some kind of deal with glint. The reason i say Jormag instead of other dragons is because Jormag is ice and The reason i think that all his minions (lieutenant or what ever) should be electric is because if you compare him to zhaitan, all of zhaitan minions even lieutenants are zombies

This theory is actually a good one, so basically there was a Zhaitan I, now one of Zhaitan babies will become Zhaitan II

If the gods are so powerful What is exactly preventing the Human gods from fighting? I mean it has been like this since guild wars 1, the humans had to really fight the gods battle. So I don’t really understand why the gods just sit, watch, give humans buffs whilst humans and other races are suffering from the dragons.

Would it be too late for people to get these special clothes? Or was it a one time thing?

To Be Honest, I think Legendaries are there for if you have nothing to do. So it does have another good side keeps you playing for something. Of course this is just my opinion you may not need to finish everything before you try for one.

I am currently aiming for a legendary for my thief, I need 200 lodestones -100 destroyer lodestones and 100 onyx lodestones. Can someone please tell me where on Tyria I can get these from and if you don’t mind please say where to get other lodestones that I have not mentioned

Introducing, the Un-dead magnet, A machine that creates a lot of undead mobs for 30 minutes straight. you can farm them with your guild or get a bunch of random friends to do it with. It’s almost like a private farm. Or put the Machine in the middle of an event creating more mobs, more loot. If you (Anet) do decide to add this in, you can add this to the Trading post, or the black lion services ^^

When I want to sell something on the trading post, it loads and loads then goes blank. What should I do?

Could anyone of your guilds help with getting legendary and help with map completions as well as help out in WvW?

yeah to be honest I think the whole system should change, how about a treasure trail, dragons flying across the whole of Tyria and there are clues to spot where the dragon is, or headed, like how fast the wind is travelling or the direction of the wind.( I have already done a whole post about this) and as you said there should be things like the dragon gobbles people up and then spits them back out! XD

I’m not that good at WvW and want to become better, but it is soo hard to run around without a friend or guild mate to fight with me, especially when doing jumping puzzles. Im looking for a WvW guild, but ill would like to do some PVX some times.

If i got hacked, got my account back and lost all of my things as i logged back in, but managed to report and ban the person who hacked me, i would want to quit( i’m sure a lot of people would do the same) meaning less people playing guild wars 2 and no one would want that; the more, the better, don’t you agree!?

So why restrict all that a player could do after being hacked (report the person who hacked them and hope to ban that person) when you could let them get all of their gear that was stolen back? Would a player not be more satisfied if they could, ban that nasty hacker that thought he or she had won, and get their things back? It would be great if the person could get there things back, would it not?! . It would be even more great if you could take the things from the hackers account back to the person that has been hacked but the person would have probably sold it by now so it would be nearly impossible.

SO INSTEAD just ban the hackers of Guild wars 2 and give the person that has been hacked a new set of items, that match the ones that where stolen. Phew this has been hard to word but i hope you understand me.

The negative side>
People will be abusing this system; so the same person with about three accounts can make a fortune by duplicating his or hers “sunrise” (only an example)and try to quickly pass on the items which were hacked before the account gets banned.

I am not too sure, but i think there is no such thing in guild war 2 ,as a permanent ban (which there really should be)so this can be a downside as well, meaning the hackers have still won in a way.

Positive side>
A whole lot of your Guild wars 2 customers will still be customers after getting hacked because they would have nothing to lose, all they would need to do is provide evidence.

If you do take this hacking solution on board, this would be the first MMO RPG game to have a system that is fair(to get back what was rightfully yours). I may be wrong, there might be other games with a system like that, please correct me if i am.

Please say whether or not this will be a good idea and why. If you would like this, would it make you stay playing this game if you got hacked?

Well, I love the idea of the baby dragon type of things, but I think it is time for another!
Would it not feel more real and exciting if one of the main elder dragons flew around the whole of Tyria and landed in random exotic locations?

If the dragon was to land in a low level area, then it would automatically fit to the locations level, which would mean more people would be able to join in with the fun. The dragon should not be easy to kill like Shatterer or Tequatl but should be more interesting, like the dragon gets injured very badly then flies to another location.

There should be fire falling down as it is injured and is flying to the next location that it is going to land. As there would be a lot of damage to the ground, players should help out the nearby villagers and fix broken pieces of wood, splash water on homes that are on fire and slay the dragons minions that threat the towns people. After the dragon has left one spot there should be a chest. The dragon should be untraceable, therefore who ever is in the location that it lands next should face it on his/her own. If the person cannot and the dragon has been there for ages then the dragon will fly off again to a completely random location!

This marathon across Tyria, if you would like, would get the community more involved with each other because everyone will be looking for the next location. The chest if the dragon gets slain should hold exotics and precursors! It would be even more cool if you (Anet) put in the chest, Pet dragons which will be extremely rare that can help people fight Npcs and not PVP.

Things I missed out or restating:
The dragon should be on a 2-4 hour spawn window and would need to land 3 times for it to be slain.
All chests are normal (like the other baby dragons) except last chest
Anyone can fight it within the area ( not only level 80s)
first encounter more likely to be in a low leveled area , last chest is only in a level 80 area
Pre event before it lands and after event for when it flies off
last encounter, chest more valuable than the rest
There should be clues to where it is or where it is heading next like a treasure trail(could be something to do with the weather, how strong the wind is or the direction the wind is travelling)

Told ya all that there was a space missing between exotics and legendaries =]

this is a great guide but sometimes I am not bothered to do everything like lay it out neatly as long as Anet get my idea I have no problem. Not because it is the right thing to do but because I am feeling lazy =]

I feel like we should have more skills to the game so that we have a bigger variety. right now I feel like the game has just picked what skills I want to use. This being said I have come up with a skill all ready “My blood for your blood” if I was on my thief getting attacked by an ice element and it attacked me of 1000, I would then hit back 500 + my normal Attack. this last for only 10 seconds(depends on your states). I Don’t care if you don’t make this skill but I want more skills at least

Hey Anet, New dungeons, Basicly I miss the speed clears from gw1, so I’m asking to have underworld and fow put back into guild wars for a party of 5 people to clear. From these dungeons the main goal is to get exotics, ectoplasims and obsidian shards. Let me know if and one agrees ty -missed out idea- this could be the place to get your legendary armour you bring all the equipment needed and give it to a lost blacksmith soul at the end to smith you a legendary armour set.

Hey Anet Cannot play Gw2 on ipad, bored so im thinking of ideas. When a player presses ‘m’ there should be a flag option. This flag option should allow the player to target anywhere on the map where he/she/ would like to go and when you close the map a arrow should be pointing to the direction you planted the flag to. To take the flag off just simply right click the flag and select remove, What a simple but effective idea

yep the national is only the money collected by world wide players, the international is only the money collected by about 3 servers, or could be every server :O

Hey Anet, hope you take my idea on bored, remember me if you do. WELL i have been doing research and heard that we are getting houses some time in the future. If this is true then we should get a Christmas tree in our homes stacked up with about 10 random presents that could have a rare mini inside of it, each Christmas. Kind of like the year presents in guild wars 1. For Birthdays (which is one year) we should have a birthday cake waiting on the table, when consumed there is a chance of a everlasting tonics!

Hey Anet here is one of my silly ideas that will probably be a fail. I think we should have a national lottery system. everyone buys tickets and the money stacks up for a whole week and on Saturdays in lions arch the lottery can take place. i am not sure what price the tickets should cost but they should be reasonable. there should be a limit to how much ticket a person can buy, my suggestion is, limit a person can buy a ticket is 5. If a person does not want to/ is not in lions arch on Saturday when the lottery is being played the prize money can be received through the post. Also like the normal lottery if more then 1 person wins the money will be split. KEY THINGS I HAVE MISSED OUT: international lottery is basicly the national lottery with 3 different servers. The tickets for these should cost more because of the amount of possible winners. I also suggest that the game itself starts of with 20s because there could be a problem. Not enough players therefor no/low profits. Last thing I forgot to say was if no one won the lottery it will be rolled over to next weeks money giving people the chance for a bigger WIN!

I was thinking, since the legendary weapons are so cool, why not make them even more fancier by putting a special emote for each of them. By simply typing /special or something let me know what you guys think of this idea

agreed, but it does not stop the gods from have lived in Orr, so it could be still possible because the human gods did live in Orr and could have left behind some rare skins or ""Favoured" weapons

In non of the text that i have written states that my opinion is not one in i million, you should not jump to such conclusions about me, look i heard you the first time you did not like the idea, i get it, no need to write another 100 words about it, and with the adult thing, it really depends on what job you do. Okay maybe i was wrong with most adults but i know for sure that the people who Bang this game out are the adults with the free time. In my house i do all the dishes, cleaning etc.

Guys is this just me or does the heavy classes warrior and guardian get all the cool looking things? i think they spend more time designing great swords and heavy Armour sets than medium/light. please spend more time on medium armors and weapons.
