Basically i have been playing the turret build for awhile now and i love the knock backs it gives, however the condition pressure in the old build was very slow and many warrior/guardians and thieves can out play or out heal them pretty decently, (basically my previous build had no burst condi/dmg rotation) I recently change a few things, and that is changing rocket turret to grenades, and changing the standard turret trait build into a semi-grenade build.

Right now i feel like refining thins build because i enjoy grenades and turrets a lot also i enjoy pistol and whiled way more than rifle, so it would be nice if i had feedback on how the build should be improved, any aspect is fine, still not too sure whether or not i want it to be a full condo or celestial build.

Also as a side note, would runes of strength work on this build? doesn’t seem to have a way to might stack with way i have.

nice build. But I would like to see some videos.

Looks like i will record after all. Expect some footage soon-ish, as well as guide edit regarding 1v1 vs every class explained.

Got footage vs all the classes (some great players, top players of team queue). Amazing plays. Now i just need to put it together, which will take me a couple o’ days, since i have a lot of work for school.

thanks for the replies! I’m thinking of going with a healway guardian + maybe a dos guard… still not sure tho, but staff attacks seem so pale to me? how does one control a zerg with staff anyways? unless its purely there for staff 5, speed? But against other small groups of 5-10?

Hi I am relatively new to the guardian and I am currently in a havoc team for wvw. The team consists of me(warrior) two mesmers, pu & lockdown interrupt, and a d/d ele. The d/d and I have decided to make two guards for the team incase we get a fifth person.

My question is what two types of guardians are compatible with the two mesmers and still is capable of taking down groups our size or more?

TL;DR : Need synergetic builds for two guardians for havoc team with two mesmers, pu & interrupt lockdown.

Also just a side note there was this gs & scepter focus dps build that really amazed me if anyone knows the build?

Hi guys, i have created a engineer as my alt because i rely want to wvw with it (group roaming up to 5, large zerging builds).
But ever since i started the skills have been pretty confusing to me, kits, bombs, elixirs…

I have searched a lot on google but i think the best way is to just ask the engineer forums…

What is the current meta builds viable for wvw? I ve seen people speak of conditions and conditions, but they never really go into specifics.. so I’m a bit confused. They say the engi build are very diverse as well and it depends on play style that true?

Any high Mobility pve levelling builds that closely resembles a wvw condi or wvw power build? That way i can’t have more time to practice instead of running build for pve and wvw.

WVW Season 2 is on it’s way and right now the servers are gearing up for the tournament. Crystal Desert is currently Rank 14 and is FREE to transfer until the 27th of March. VGHS is looking for people who are mainly interested in WVWing but is also a warm and family like guild!

hammer/gs wrks fine for zerging, usually i endure pain and run into a zerg and just 100b a small group until they realise it….. works most of the time but you have to be smacking the middle where the cluster is high

Honestly speaking what is the point of transferring to a server when you have to wait sooooo long for a chance to even get into WVW…. Servers like Crystal Desert have no queues (well maybe up to 20 during peak hours(only EBG)) and still has the population to do many other fun things PVE wise.

Let’s just say Crystal Desert is like an overflow, but CD has so much potential right now as well. I might sound cheap but it doesn’t hurt to try CD as well instead of the bandwagon.

Crystal desert at the moment. Volatility wise we can change the tide of performance pretty quickly. And we aren’t that far off getting to rank 13. Season 2 is approaching and CD should be the place for you.
