Call me a liar but I told you what I experienced, and I was pulling overtime Monday myself (I already play too much).

SOR doesn’t really have a server rally mechanism, Monday’s work was more a reaction to the effort we (I’m assuming others felt the same) saw put in Sunday night.

Edit: Like that guy from SoR SEA just said, JQ doesn’t pvdoor them. By saying JQ pvdoor’s, you’re basically saying that your SEA guilds are non-existent.

JQ’s 80-100 vs 20-40 isn’t PvDoor but it isn’t far off. Then throw in a second huge BG zerg when required and you see how silly the numbers get.

Waha has fun now because he isn’t playing to help JQ, in fact he is acting more like an agent of BG. That may not be part of his diabolical plan above but it is the end result.

On SOR overtime, I’ve been open that there was overtime. It was Sunday night through Monday EU, unorganized and mostly a reaction to BG’s weekend work. There was no call to arms or server rally but I recognized extra effort being put in (by people who already put in a lot of effort).

Since then it has been normal if not light on SOR.

I think the overtime comments rate right up there with the comments on all the new guilds SoR got.

I think you need to go read the locked thread where it is plainly said that some guilds are pulling overtime. There’s nothing wrong with it.

A few guys staying a couple hours later than normal isn’t equated to a “server pulling overtime”.

If you don’t want to read the thread, then fine. But, who said it was a couple guys? You’re mad. I’m sure the guilds who have pulled overtime won’t really appreciate the hard work just blown off by some guy mad about getting hit so hard in SEA.

Waha should just transfer to BG, he papers everything and after the 5 minute buff wears off BG takes it. Nice way to get around the queue and worth about 7k to BG today.

Edit: I should qualify, we did overtime Sunday night and Monday morning\afternoon.

I don’t get it. We tick at 350 during NA Primetime on NA servers and BG ticks at 350 during both JQ and SoR off-hours.

I wish ArenaNet would throw the scores out the window and just have WvW be territorial based.

You can thank your European coverage for that ppt. Your NA started with 350 ppt and upgraded keeps/towers and have been holding them effectively.

Today at least you can thank overtime.

We suffered a much smaller window of Waha making all of our stuff paper and almost kept pace with BG most of the day, However, BG still increased it’s lead by 4lk during the day.

We started the day down by 3k and got back to that margin ~midnight EST.

So, BG SEA is “so stacked” yet BG’s ppt just went lower in this late EU timezone than SoR’s did during SEA. It is time to stop being so sensitive.

Look at the income graph, notice the disparity in how long the dips last?

BG suffers a 2 hour window where SOR NA and EU overlap but they still lead PPT in EU until the overlap occurs.

You are queuing 4 maps when the server primetime audience is sleeping and working.

BG can kitten and moan (while they are winning) but you have stacked SEA so badly there is no chance of any balance, SOR would need 2-3 large guilds to match it.

Lol sor and jq 2v1 us every night in ebg na a couple weeks ago to the point that we lost our keep every night and its “omg bg qq so hard, there is no 2v1” the second it happens to SoR the cries start. 2v1s happen, its frustrating as hell when it is multiple times in a match, but if your going to trash a server for complaining about it before, how about you follow your own words and not kitten about it.

We have had multiple confirmations of coordinated 2v1 this week, even in this thread. It wasn’t just a kitten happens 2v1.

Not as bad as I expected, I expected more sub 100s, but a typical weekday we drop down to 100-120 (we obviously have some overtime or holidays going on a few days). Basically Garrision + EB Keep.

I was being generous when I said we can tick from 100-200 and so were you with your 150-200. 100-120 ppt would be a good showing with sub 100 just as likely if not more so. I have been able to play during the day when I’m “working from home” so I’ve experienced this myself.

My screenshot above isn’t a rare occurrence. SOR players who regularly play this time of the day probably suffer from some form of PTSD from all the abuse they take.

Edit: My opinion on our lack of SEA coverage has nothing to do with our score this week, I did expressed it in response to tin foil hate theories that we threw the match to recruit. I do not think we had a particularly bad week, one night was bad but we performed fairly well the rest of the week.

Lol, why does SoR need more SEA coverage? SoR already zergs everything during NA and EU. SEA is the only break BG and JQ get.

On SOR’s last loss which some here think we threw to recruit more:

The prior week we won after TW (on JQ server) and our other backbone guilds were GvGing and we finished the weekend down by ~13k. We pushed hard, took the lead Tuesday night and coasted the rest of the week for the win. Our 5th week in a row.

Then we started slow again and left the weekend with a deficit. Similar to the prior week we pushed hard and Tuesday night we were down by 3k with a bunch of T3 keeps and towers. I came home from work the next day, saw everything PvD’d and the lead increased substantially and figured we would have to push hard again the next 2 nights if we were going to win.

After 5 weeks I was tired and winning a 6th week was not worth it. I didn’t login again until reset when I was rested and ready to go. We ended that weekend with a lead.

PS. I had heard of SONG’s arrival but KISS was a surprise to me.

I would love to see some Oce/SEA transfers to SOR as it would be nice to get home from work and not have paper everything.

I’m also glad we now have KISS to help IRON as they have a tough job. Every day they login, gather the traumatized troops that are being spawn camped and help rebuild everything that was PvDoor’d.

It isn’t that SOR’s EU is overly strong, it is the overlap of our strong NA with our EU. For 1-2 hours we are very strong and then slowly diminishes as EU logs off.

Last night our NA didn’t show up (thanks GvG?) and you didn’t see our normal PPT.
