My Krait Obelisk Shard had several Hylek near it in my Home instance. May I have them back? Why were they removed?
Make this box so it works in any position in the storage slots. At the top anything will fill this box except junk if all junk boxes are full. At the bottom only exotic drops go into this box. Unequipped or crafted exotics do not. For a special function box it doesn’t have much function other than a general purpose box. One more thing, I don’t think it’s a good idea to have the contents of this box visible to merchants. Make an invisible version available.
The Borderlands Garrison inner water gate can only be repaired with 2 supply at a time regardless of what the Repair Master level is.
Yes, silk requirements are outrageous. But reducing the requirements would be unfair to those who already did the grind or went through the great expense of crafting their ascended armor.
It’s confusing to call Rampage as One as pet skill when it obviously doesn’t work with Beastmastery trait I: Speed Training. The wording is contradictory to other traits and skills with similar labels. If this is a bug, feel free to move it to the bug section.
I can see message suppression when someone uses cntl-v too much or accidentally spams their skill bar, but to use the same algorithm when the commander tag is up is ridiculous. Commanders need the ability to “spam” to do their job.
The real problem is the best guilds and players are segregating to just a few servers that have 100% time zone coverage.
I suggest for just in WvW only for trial period, merge Blackgate with Devona’s Rest(1st place with last place), Jade Quarry with Eredon Terrace, Sanctum of Rall with Kaineng etc. Instead of 6 matchups there would be 4 each week. Every week would have different servers merged depending on results.
Chat line complaints would be fun to read if nothing else.
As a ranger, I just wish the down state would just disappear in WvW so I can die with dignity. I always get stomped before skills 3 and 4 time out. Skills 1 and 2 are useless against overpowered opponents. So when I get downed, I really have no choice but spam the spawn WP rather than see a cow taking a dump on my dead face. Your costly finishers go to waste with me.
Crafting stations in EB? Aren’t queue times long enough as it is? There’s enough distractions in EB as it is.
Double the size of each world and merge the lowest ranked server with the highest ranked server each week(in wvw only). The second highest ranked server with the second lowest ranked server etc etc. This should be less boring for those who win or who lose all the time.
Why not get rid of finishers and down skills all together. As a ranger, down skills are useless in WvW. I’m dead long before any of the timers expire. I’m all for instituting the death penalty as in GW1 for those who are resurrected in combat. DP goes away when armor is repaired at the spawn point(not at keeps wp). Loot and Wxp granted only to kills with no DP. In other words, resurrected players should be treated as summoned creatures with less power and HP.
I don’t see the fun in taking out camps solo. I wish they beef up the AI to make it more of a challenge. I gets boring to take out or be taken out in 1 or 2 hits. Bring in the Elite Toxic AI to where each and every NPC veteran has their own set of down skills thus more effort to get the job done.
Time is reset at the same time as chests and daily achievement reset every day.
This unable to move bug has hit me twice during the Jormag event. Not sure if it’s just a hammer skill doing this.
Remember in the future to apply any upgrades after you soulbind to the intended toon.

Don’t know. Haven’t crafted one yet. But bonus(6) would be of no use to anyone but a ranger. Would be interested to know if bonus(6) works with summoned allies though.
But the Rune of the Elementalist works with torch rangers for instance. But what ranger would use this rune?

Sounds like there is a need for Perfect Salvage kits as in GW1. Removal of infusions, runes, and sigils without destroying the target item. That would mean changing the rule that ascended items to salvageable. Wouldn’t everyone love that.
I can’t see wasting endurance on a pet. My pet is usually to far away to be subjected to the same attack as me. If my pets gets into trouble I just swap pets. And why when I need to dodge, have my pet lose out on an attack opportunity? I just use my pet for added dps, so I only have time to worry about my own survivability.
I’m not a Windows programmer so I don’t know if the chat window is capable, but I would rather see the account name as tool tip.

How many actually use the 26 charge type sigils? I would if it summoned a golem and was useable in WvW.
I’ve just started using the spotter trait and it helps me as well of others if they stay nearby. I don’t play pvp but I see your point with WvW. As for dungeons, I can earn my own keep. I just wish there was a template system(like in GW1) to store builds for whatever I need at the moment. Having to pay to shuffle traits around around as needed doesn’t cut it for serious players. And having only 2 weapon slots to switch between is really annoying. Rangers need a warhorn to run but I get better dps with a torch. Leeching off of someones aoe swiftness isn’t always possible.
That’s the last thing I need on my hard drive is customizations from dozens of other guilds. Besides every server has their own citadel in WvW where guilds can meet and is already equipped to service guilds. There’s no need to play WvW to visit your servers Borderlands Citadel.
I don’t think Anet would want to set up a separate server just for hundreds of guild halls. But that would be one way for guilds across servers to meet without guesting.
I wonder what ever happened to that walking arrow cart guild? A rather large ranger only group can cause some serious mayhem. I’d like see the havoc with 20 axe rangers using ricochet and a few rangers spamming barrage.
BL used to have mercenary camp when the Quaggan’s were around. Remember a mercenary camps are the ones who send troops out to guard supply camps etc. when you help them finish the Event.
Those Toxic events put in the middle of mercenary camps didn’t help any to help those finish the achievement. Most zergs weren’t interested in being slowed down by all the PVE stuff injected in WvW.
Or have the Mystic Forge access to the bank. My bank is filling up with soulbound items and can’t carry soulbound items from other characters to send to the forge. In other words I would like to be able to use a seldom used character as a mule.
300 ranks for 5 extra supply is just ridiculous, that costs as much as maxing everything else combined. Either lower the cost substantially or raise it to 10-15 extra supply.
I’m at plus 4 at the moment. Easy for me since I have no need for the other buffs. I do have the recovery buff too. I was able to repair a door with 23 supply(19+4). If everyone were to carry 15-20 supply, only 4 or 5 would get supply instead of 10 from a camp capture. I like the supply at 300 ranks as is. Ranks the way they are now(5000 wxp), most players will have 1000 ranks within a year anyway. I felt the same way as the OP at the beginning as why so many ranks to carry more supply. But now that I did the grind, I have no regrets.

Are you aware of the bug in WvW that makes an Elementalist worth no WXP whenever they use their downed state mist form?
So all Elementalists are worth 0 WXP.
Submitted to the bug forum, but heard nothing back about it.
Recently killed players give 0 wxp. How many Ele’s live long enough to be worth any WXP?

I don’t see the point of a warrior running like a super model rather than an Olympic track star.
There are some achievements that can be only done with more than one toon. I happened to level a second toon to lvl 80 and I still need to do more events to get that achievement. Games are meant to kill time. How one kills time should be left up to each player.
Maybe the broken jumping puzzle will work when each and everyone of these are destroyed.
The ones that say “Do not touch”.

All 7 of the other bag/boxes. This box is last. The bags that the exotic gear end up in are just regular bags. Mixed with the drops that are ready to salvage or sell. Gw1 had a much better bag storage system for armor and weapons IMHO. Who knows Gw2 is still evolving.
I’m still waiting for all the treads on this to be merged if they haven’t already.
This box isn’t working as intended. I bought the box to store my exotic weapons and armor. I always have room to spare in the box, but if I unequip a weapon or a piece of armor it always goes in to the first available slot in a box above it. This also goes for swapping a 2 handed weapon for 2 one handed weapons. The box works for drops, but I get less than 1 exotic drop a month.
I sure anet keeps detailed logs on everything that goes on in this game. It’s getting someone to do the research to verify everyone’s claim. Good luck.
I reported this yesterday with an in game bug report. The bug can exist on any server. It fixes itself after a while. I managed getting behind that crystal formation and it can’t be targeted.
They all worked at one time which makes me believe anet, for whatever reason, disabled them on purpose.
i m sure that i have done weaponsmith to 400 cz that was my 1st crafting profession which reached lvl400 n i did that having ascended weapons in my mind so there is no mistake.
Have you checked all the weaponsmith levels on all your characters?
Under Tradesman in the achievement panel, all completed disciplines will read 8 of 8 tiers and 400/400. This applies to the first character that reaches 400. Leveling with one character doesn’t apply to all characters. If you delete a character with any crafting experience, that experience is gone for good. But your achievement progress remains at the highest level achieved for any character.
Does the Tradesman panel reflect your 400 Armorsmith achievement?
This place needs a waypoint badly. Soloing with nobody around is not a good idea.
Why don’t they just put a waypoint on the inside to get past this annoying part. Once discovered, no need to repeat over and over again.
From the looks of it the wheel devices have been disabled rather than bugged. My guess is anet wants to steer players to the newer content.
I have to bang the F key to get Finish Him" to work using a sword with auto attack. No problems with other weapons. I wouldn’t call this a bug but an inconvenience.
Canceled transactions are returned to the pickup box in case you didn’t know.
Candy corn tonics have a female gait regardless of who uses it. I wouldn’t call that a bug.
Is this area still accessible? I can’t get past the first steam wheel. The steam wheel doesn’t spray stream like in the videos. It acts like it is intentionally broke.
What am I missing here? I’d like to get the last Dive Master jump out of the way.
