Next you probably shouldn’t be opening a tread for something that ANet took all the threads related to and merged them together, your not going to answer quicker this way. Just relax.

4 days passed, and still no any news from anet. Official comments? Please, do not close this topic, this is a question that must be answered, and all dc players have a right to know the answer.
I will just bump this thread.
During the event many players had some lags, connection problems, etc. Because of that they may have died several times, and their armor got damaged, so they had to spend money on resurrection and repairs.
My suggestion is to remove cost of teleporting between waypoints and repairing armor during the events like this, so players will not spend their money due to unforseen circumstances.

My account was suspended due to “fraudulent purchase”. Dont know why did this happen. I bought another code from authorised retailer (here – https://www.gametap-shop.com/ , https://www.guildwars2.com/en/retailers#UnitedStates-digital), and humbly ask support team to let me use this code. I am ready to give support team any information they need to to prove the payment operation.

Agree with adanteh.
About goldsellers/hackers/etc.
I guess its not so hard to mark their accounts so they wont be able to unban them.
About “fraudsters” and their victims – i think at least one “last chance” to use correct code should be given.

Is it possible to “reactivate” my banned account with a new code? I received full refund from seller, and just thinking about it. Im not interested in making new account and completing the game again.

Im just very annoyed because i simply dont understand why did i get this ban, and there is no way to know it, i can just make ticket and wait for i dont know what. And i play gw only on weekends.
