so for horizontal progresion i would like to see the following

Guild Halls and player Housing
-unlockable furniture and trophies from achievements or feat done while playing
-custumizable furniture and themed aswell (norn,asura,etc)

Followers
-the followers couldnt fight,merely grant % bonuses to crafting and minor ones like magic find and so on
-would be costumizable in appearance,like 3 pieces of armor,new armor and hair bought on TP
-could be sent in missions with a set day of duration for better loot at the end,being out of action for the duration and if defeated,also the mission would be statistical,we would se only the result,would not interfere or help out
-also followers could be unlocked through quests,achievements or bought at TP (famous one i guess)
-would have an affection meter,we could fill it throw time spent played,key achievements done or itens bought as gifts,when 100% full we unlocked a follower related questwhich revealed a bit of their past

Side quests
-even the traditional model,or Anets take on it would be fine,like Order missions,Racial missions or Pact missions,for a lore and stroy driven guys like myself there not enough of it as it is,wheres the human sister at lvl 80?the player home instance is a ghost zone with zero utility,what of the order?and the Pact?some of our initial choices in character creation still havent matered or didnt have consequences,those first 10 lvls were the best,give us more of it,if not in a expansion or more lvls or dragon related stuff,perhaps side stuff like racial,order and pact could be done

Guild management tools and Guild vs Guild
-the simply ability to see who logged on last or when is lacking
-seperate map or set of maps similar to wvw but pitting a guild versus another
-also the ability to duel would be cool

also beter narrative and more gritty consequences and grey areas and choices in general,otherwise keep uo the good work guys

With all white fur and striking yellow eyes,Ferro was sometimes called the Pale Death by their comrades,shes lean and very agile

History
Youth
A true warrior,born on the battlefield,thats Ferro´s story!she was born to a Blood Legion mother and Ash Legion father,an uncommon union,but they knew how to keep secrets,Ferro was born as her mother was storming some Ascalonian crypts in a campaign against the ghosts that endlessly plagued the land,the last campaign she´d be a part of as she died that day in battle,after giving birth to Ferro,she had to be dragged to a safe place to give birth to the cub because she refused to stop her charge and rest,and so as mortar shells hit the battleground and cries and shouts were heard,so did young Ferro came to this world.

Early Life
After her mothers death,her sire brought her to an Ash Legion fahrar and she was educated on the fine arts of stealth and murder,the intricacies of poison and traps and she became quite famous,as a promising young cub earning the nickname Ferro Deathtouch

Current Status
She and her warband took part in a campaign agaisnt the ghosts in Ascalonian territory as is usual in the eternal battle agaisnt the tireless foes,and entered the crypts to lend a hand to Trbune Brimstone of Blood Legion,however only herself,Clawspur Deathshroud and few other survived,and so she was named Ferro Ninelives,now seeking a new warband to bring glory to the Legion!

Her sire was a loyal soldier that is now dead,her warband is her family now

Shes very quiet,intent more on listening than speaking,she despises humans and sometimes uses her charm if the mission requires so.

Quirks
She takes mementos from her kills,and she uses a fighting style relying on speed and agility to counter more powerfull foes,uses daggers and pistols in battle

1-lack of side quests/story content after lvl 80
2-lack of proper main story narrative
3-lack of guild managing tools
4-badly done living story content for the major part
5-bad rewards like tonics and mini somethings that no one cares

i play now on and off mostly,since we had a baby daughter 2 months ago,but to me i love story and lore and getting the first choices on the early levels was cool and intereting,when you reach lvl 80…thats it,no more norn,no home instance that means something,no order and no pact..if you want bits of story..wait for the right LS content which might arrive in many months given the festival ridden LS of late…theres no stor..nor living or dead otherwise..and thats sad

1-guild managing tools
2-guild halls/housing
3-additional side quests related to race,order and so on
4-companions who can be sen on missions (stat based ones like swtor) and only gather or give slight bonuses but dont fight
5-dueling and guild vs guild
6-inspect equipement
7-better story and more gritty narrative,more choices and better fights (yeah..zhaitan)

to me the Living Story should brigde the Gap of the Personal one,sure we could have Scarlet and festivals,but now and then some thread to relate to our Story or gw1 lore bits,Dragon related,Order or Pact related,more cutscenes and content that feels like we are on an adventure,progressing our hero and not gringind achievements and mats for fluff..just my 2 cents

i didnt stop but lately i find less reasons to log in,we need more personal story content,or side missions even the traditional ones via LS,i wanna see progression,i wanna hear from my choices made back a while,see the pact,missios for my order,go back home and help out..fell that im progressing story wise,not lvl wise i mean,we saved the world and then went on a festival spree and random crisis that relte to a crazy cardboard villan sylvari…

something well structured story wise,the story so far seems to childish,serious consequences and threats,also gw1 related content,more cut scenes and choices.personal story related stuff,order or pact related stuff…dragon stuff…you name it

to me my biggest complaint is the story.after you complete the personal story thats it story wise,no side stuff to do..the living story is convulted and leading nowhere,Scarlet is not good enough as an uber vilan mastermind,the home instance is empty and for a whole year ive been the second in command of the Pact,in the shadow of a late arriving NPC sylvari who took all the glory and ive been attending bashes and festivals when there dragons and bandits and villanous stuff to end,where is the human sister after you complete the quest?what of the Orders?the Pact even?..you dont see anyone anymore and the choices i made just affected which nps would stay at my deserted home instance doing nothing,im a lore driven guys,i love a good story and gw2 is lacking in that departement,so if i dont want to pvp or WvW im stuck with mini games and temporary content for a year..i like the game but im finding it kinda hard to log in if i got nothing to do,the same guild missions,the same matches and following the zerg or capture points..it doesnt advance my character,or my story,i dont want a legendary shiny skin,i want meaning,a purpose!!..sorry i dont mean to seem angry or disrespect any of you fine gents,but fellow players its becoming kind of grindy as of late

im 27 and a proud father,can i continue to play or am i too old?or too young?
age is a condition of the mind to some extent,now the original discussion was not the ae of players but the content in itself,which i might say,is lacking a bit on adult oriented stuff..heck it lacks even in a proper course of the story

this is definitly not a mature themed story..it could be so much more darker for the stories sake not for darks sake,like the witcher story or add real consequences and dark twists to it…not..festivals,dragon bashs,queens celebrations,countless invasion where one or two people die and we are back to the same as before…

the lore is good,the story arc of the main character is good at first then gets a bit too childish,the story in itself is good the way it is conveyed is awfull…

CrazyPhilisopher the timezone would be different clearly but we have guys online at all times most of the days,so thats not a problem,we are mostly from Europe but have a few ppl from other continents too,ill be glad to have you and show you around

to me what the Charr bring to the table the Norn has the same if not more with the Spirits of the Wild,given we pick 2 random individuals skilled in their respective races fighting style/hunting/tracking with similar weapons or even bare fisted.
as a race the Charr would win due to their military might and superior organization,one-on.-one tho i just dont see them winning it

Also we are scheduled for another appearence on the newest edition of the Krytan Herald ^^

arrogant lore master know-it-all-looking-down-on-us atittude aside,we really should adress other matters,we get 10 minutes of story each month the rest is achievement hunting and grinding,what about the home instance,the human sister,the warband,the Orders??

what was promised was some closure to some plot threads,when in actuallity it opened more than it closed..so Scarlet is a sylvari whos inteligent and had possibly seen the unseen ones or whatever…big deal..we need more story,in each LS update we get 10 minutes of story content max and then back tu the usual grind or whatever…
