I definitely don’t picture either server to drop to the bottom. At all. They are REALLY putting up a good fight. May I remind everyone that most of the points that we currently have (nearly 100ish k) were earned BEFORE the transfers? If anything, I think that the guilds that left have raised the other servers’ fighting spirit moreso than before. I am impressed with how much they are stepping it up and packing a serious punch while they do.

To the BP Defender who was “jumped on” by a player after being killed when trying to take Hills the second time an hour ago. I am sorry for that person’s immature attitude. Five people yelled at him and chewed him out for several minutes until he finally logged. Do not even remember the kid’s name. It was an excellent and valiant effort and you should never feel like because you did not take a keep that you are to be humiliated. Do not think it is a reflection on DB at all. Just a few jerks who try to ruin the fun. I always salute a downed opponent.

Someone from SBZY and some other BP guild corpse jumped me last night. I lol’d, rather than get kitten. It’s just a game. Yes, corpse jumping is immature, but really, to take offense to it is just silly.

7 Hours to retake the entire DH BL. Good job on Neural Dissonance and Piccolo Sama and the people of DH who spent their Sunday Afternoon retaking 4 Fully upgraded towers.

The text was not to demoralize/insult you. It was intended for the eyes of DB server only. Either way, if DH/BP doesn’t want to WvW, then take this week off as a break… everyone could use one once in a while.

Indeed, it was not meant for that, and may I add the above text was completely out of context. Though, I do know for a fact that when BP is winning like this they have made similar statements. I don’t doubt that DH has done so as well. – I spotted this invader in the Hills after waypointing in, killed it immediately, and didn’t have a chance to swap chats like I normally do because it all happened so fast, which was an error on my part. I was simply curious as to how on earth he got in there! He must have been there all day considering the level of upgrades on the keep. I admire his dedication, but his talents would have been better used elsewhere, considering he wasn’t a mesmer… he was just in there o.O

Judging from the Guild Tag, I’d have to say he transferred to DH so DB could get an incriminating Screen Shot.

Conspiracy theory? I just waypointed in from EB after getting my map completion and spotted him just running around… No one else from DB was around to ‘screen cap’ this. That would be one elaborate conspiracy there, one that anyone who knows me, knows that I’m definitely not capable of ‘orchestrating’.

As we have ‘beefed up’ so have Mag and Yaks… they are very… VERY fierce competitors… with Mesmers from hell.

WOW BP, I am VERY impressed – it took forflippingEVER to get Langor from you guys. EXCELLENT job defending!!!

Bottom line: You can’t force a guild, or a person to play on a server they don’t or didn’t enjoy. They paid for the game, and they should be allowed to make their own decisions. Transfers are still free. If you are unhappy where you are, you should not feel obligated to stay… even after they do start charging.

I was unhappy on Northern Shiverpeaks and Borlis while in GOAT, I was even unhappier on Isle of Janthir with my GW1 friends. I am very happy on Dragonbrand with a bunch of people that I don’t know, and have chosen to put roots down here! I don’t feel that I should be ostracized for trying to find a place where I fit in.

Yes, we have a strong Oceanic presence, also I would like to reiterate that the NA presence is building stronger as well. The coordination that I have seen on this world compared to the others is second to none. More often than not, I see several guilds… all from Borlis … attack EACH OTHER in the forums… makes no sense to me. I used to play on Borlis… so much drama, they were all so busy typing and arguing in game and on the forums, no wonder things aren’t being accomplished… No offense intended, I’m just calling it how I saw it.

The NA folks are extremely friendly and helpful here! Moreso than I’ve seen on any other server that I have played on. The Oceanics I don’t really see because I’m sleeping or working while they are on, but the score does reflect that they pack a serious punch and I am happy that they are here! I have found my home here. It’s nice to run around with folks and not have to read bickering in map/team chats/forums!!

Those Maguuma guys aggravate my migraines.

Daiosho! Don’t quit the game! You are one of THE most competent commanders on BP!! BP is usually way more competent than this, what happened last night?? You guys put up a huge fight while we were trying to take our own keep last night in EB, and then just basically gave up defending (people started leaving the area), and it eventually felt like you just handed it over to us… That’s not the Borlis I remember… If the GOATS, Krew, or Dkz were there, they would have NEVER let us have it so easily.

Ugh – people that do this kind of crap make the game incredibly un-fun – whether they are on a different server or not. As a whole, the DB server is the most enjoyable community that I’ve been a part of. Please don’t lump those butt-hats in with the rest of the Dragonbrand community. They’ll probably just transfer to another server next week and harass someone else… we can hope, right? So tired of 3 – 4 people ruining the rep of an entire server =(

This matchup is VERY exciting! Maguuma’s Mesmers definitely keep us on our toes!!!

They aren’t really getting that much owned… They are still very close in points, and shouldn’t be counted out just yet.

Have the bigger guilds stop WvWing for a week. Go on strike. Make them notice that there truly IS a reward for WvWing, and that reward is passed on to their PvEing butts!!

DKz Lux is, in my opinion, one of the best commanders out there. He is very smart and he has a way about him that draws the folks on our BL’s to him and he is able to get them to follow him and he very patiently instructs them as to what to do. The other commanders don’t really lead the pugs, they just lead their respective guilds around and the pugs just follow them around with said guild. Daiosho will take the time to guide the pugs, and explain what to do… So in my opinion, he is a quality commander and Borlis is proud to have him on our side!

Dang – when GoM isn’t busy with Halloween stuff – they really do bring the game. Hopefully Borlis doesn’t give up and PvE or XP grab like we usually do in situations like these… GoM has quite a lead, but it’s day 2 – we can catch up, if we get the numbers we had last week!
