As far as i remember you were attacking bay and teo and wbc came and wipe you.
Then we had some fights at vale were we wipe you again. You took briar, we took it back, you wiped us, we wiped you that was the story i remember mate.
I know you aren’t about to start a flame war but imo we had some great fights, no ac were used at the open field , just some good old fashioned slaughter.:)
At first we had 2 people at our borders and when i saw the outmanned buff i called for help. TEO and WBC showed up and that was it.
Btw you guys have some fighting spirit and i really like that. You kept regrouping and coming and i really like that.
You are in no way like other servers we faced, even higher than you and us, that when we wipe them 1 time they leave borders only to come back to check after 1 hour if we have left. Keep it up.

Been at your BDL for 5h and all we’ve seen was TEO + WBC + pugs camped infront of bay, in cannon and ac range facing less than half their numbers… Do explain your straight up fights.

Anyway, I was there for the evening, again, at GH. I had high expectations of some great fights and the potential was there for them at GH Bay. But…. What is with the only fighting within cannon and AC range Gunners?? I’m not trying to have a go, I would genuinely like to know. If you had only a few against a mass of us i could understand, but at no time did we outnumber you. We tried to communicate with you and let you know we were up for a fight (that was what all the /bowing was about), tbh we couldn’t have cared less about taking Bay. Just as we thought we were going to get a fight you would hightail it back into seige range, I’ve never seen so much running in my life!. And the guys you had on the cannons must have been maxed out for wvw rank trait.
Fair enough if you don’t like fighting and just want to defend your keep, that’s your perogative, but from reading these forums I had the impression you were all for a good old massive brawl.
If there was an actual reason for all this tonight I would genuinely be interested to know. We had a theory that you had engaged a new tactic called boring your enemy to death. I have to say, in the end it was quite effective.
P.S. was surprised to see a TEO commander running back into the seige range over and over, as far as I am aware our server holds that guild in quite high fighting respect.
P.P.S. I am not looking for a flame war, if there were reasons I would really like to know as I was so disappointed. Could have been epic…

Thanks GH for some great fights, there was a particular one inside longview / Sunny when you guys broke in and all i could see was a mass of red as we came back to stop you recapping… I didn’t think we had a hope of winning but we managed to pull it off (I still don’t know how…).
I think we, Underworldians, performed very well this match up and I hope we gave you, AG and FSP guys, some tough fights. We started this match up as the on paper weakest, we will probably end last, but I think we don’t need to be ashamed.
I want to thank AG and FSP for nice and challenging week. But even more I want to thank all UW guys who never gave up and kept fighting till the end. I am not afraid to say that UW belongs now to mid tier servers and I hope we will get more macthes like this one.

I was the commander leading in that fight and I can tell you we had 31 on TS and yours numbers were the same so don’t say it was 50 also I like the way you fail to put our first two fights up when you wiped you( was a very good fight) and on the 3rd as was said the UW night shift was at SM and I even said it TS they are going to think they won :/ but as you saw only one person was down….. So it would of still been game on if we stayed
Next think as for the “10 omegas” on UW hills it was 7… And the reason we hit you is because you night team the night before took all of AG bl with 3 omegas and 30 man team v about 15 people, my guess for fsp hitting you bl is that fact that all there said in EB was blue because you followed up talking the stuff that AG took of them as for the 50 omega rush that was just for fun ^^ always wanted to see how fast a wall would drop
But even though a lot of people don’t like the blobing in EB I must say both UW and FSP have made my bags full a lot of times, just one thing to FSP on EB please fight more and don’t run into towers then when we go away try and jump us it’s not worked for you and just means I have to wait longer for my loot but keep the blobs coming in EB

Well, Me and a guildie from UW upgraded Hills in Arborstone last night after capture and even got a waypoint on it. Eventually got attacked 2 (of us) v 15 AS at about 6.30am this morning.
I wish AS would show me how to place this one, normal Arrow Cart that was able to brilliantly destroy our 4 Ac, 2 mortars and 1 balista so quicky… Not to mention how it was able to get the merchants inside the inner on the same side as the ac was placed!
(it was placed at the front edge of the round tower at inner).
What excellent marksmanship from [HK] guild and friends! I was SO impressed i just HAD to screenshot the whole thing!

Hi, I was commanding at this time. I build and used the AC to destroy yours and the balista. So please don’t include them in the list of what this player destroyed.
But it’s true that the way this player who used the AC after me (to kill merchants, not very usefull to defend hills btw) look weird on the screenshots, I will contact the player asap.

The AC player ‘killing merchants’ indeed isn’t very useful in a seige. The point of that shot was that it showed clearly that the ac was reaching places it definitely should not have been able to reach. This was what I wanted to prove as it prevented us from building more seige to repel your attack (or delay the inevitable for extra points or reinforcements) and it also destroyed our acs set back from the front of the wall on our inside edge prematurely.
(i don’t mean the acs and balista that were on the steps, you can legitimately reach those through the gap at the top of the gate, that is fair enough).
I didn’t want to qq, just to bring this to your attention as we have been having great fun and fights with your server and want that legitimate side to continue.
If you say it is being dealt with, then that is good enough for me. I hope not to see him in this position again…
From what I have seen UW has some good scouting going on, the amount of times we have had a plan up our sleeves, and we have looked behind and seen some pesky UW scout following us lol“Spotted” seems to become a popular word on guild chat or over coms this week lol. Would normally say keep up the good work but “OMG STOP FOLLOWING US” or transfer to FSP and scout for us instead lol

Also, we have seen too many enemies fight each other in a keep while we were defending it and do our work for us, to prematurely engage Arbour in Garri. We were working out how we wanted to take the inner and seeing if we could be lazy / clever and use an arbourstone breach to get in, instead of doing it ourselves. In fact if there was a consiparcy Arbour certainly got shortchanged as all your map turned a lovely shade of green.
I know because I was there…
Proud to see UW perform so well. There was more in this matchup for us, but next week is a new week and new opportunities.
I have left UW for a lower tier server (to create a WvW focused guild which will be a lot easier to form on a server that actually needs more of them, no one on UW is waiting for yet another guild, right? That’s what my thought was atleast).. but I am and will be watching UW closely, it’ll always be my #1 server but for now I’m going to focus on the guild I created and hope I can archieve stuff with it, long road ahead of me.
