Yes normally they get patch 2days later after NA and EU,I play both on NA and china server,u were right about the featrues being ported between China and NA/EU,some of upcoming sept 9 features had been already implemented there,but I hope NA won’t get the VIP system

here are some thoughts i just came up with.
i main a guardian so take guard as a example.i think these 2 heavys are pretty much balanced in every aspects but the animation.
every defend skills that guardian casting has a huge animation out there ,seems like telling ppl that hey dude i have block on, dont use ur burst. like focus 5. mace3, and aegis has a blue shield on ur arm too.for renewed focus,guardian has a very obvious move and yelling.its very easy for ur enermy to tell when to burst and when to hold cc skills etc.
now take a look at warrior.
when u dealing with a warrior. u dont know when he is invunerable to direct attack or condi damage.there are no animation for both these two skills(or not obvious like other class). u have to watch carefully under the hp bar to see if there were some buff icon. and when they finally gone ..they shielded with 5 while u burst.cuz u were watching the icon and didnt pay attation to the shield animation.
for starters this is really unfair and even more unfair in spvp if u were not warrior .when ur team 2v2 or 3v3 with enermy who has warrior on their side. u may waste ur burst to take them down.my suggestion is make them turns into different color of give some proper animation to identify which is which or delete others classes’ important skill animations.
looking for more ideas and may help anet to balance it.

how it works:
1 start with summon sword and hammer.
2 spam s1 ,find a chance to immoblize ur target then cast hammer skill,but use hammer skill only when ur hammer is close to foe while they dont have stability on.
3 switch to staff.if ur foe hit ur spirit wepon, cast staff4 while use hold ur grond if needed,or just spam 1 and after they cleanse use f1 .
4.switch to s/f and use s3 then hammer skill again.
key points:
1 hammer skill timming
2 f1 timming
3 f2 to cleanse condi for urself
4 staff4 and healing breeze which make sure ur spirit weapon stay alive.
for tpvp its dont need this limitation cuz when ppl get rekt alot they just quit the team and find another one.but spvp u just run into bunch of ppl dont know their skills and u cant avoid that
how about change it to"every toon of different class should win 100 match at hot join to get access to solo arena"
In WvW, the guardian’s low hp is partially mitigated due to the existence of guard stacks. Yes, everyone can get them, but because it’s a flat boost it benefits classes with low health a lot more.
Also, people have been threatening (across the boards) to reroll to warrior for the longest time but you get the same people going “reroll a warrior” repeatedly without progress. I didn’t know leveling took so long. Remember legendaries are account bound so you can move them.
Not targeted at anyone specifically. But given all the warriors I’ve seen as of late that get 1 pushed by my engie, I guess people really have been rerolling warrior— and it hasn’t helped them much. :p
Well most of these guys want the stuff warrior has for guards… cripple, movement speed, more movement skills, bigger hp pool. Going warrior seems more logical than keeping to play guard and keeping to complain. Let them reroll, I won’t miss them.
I prefer active defenses and active support even on zerker specs over being a facetank hp bag which only support is ccing stuff, killing something before it kills their teammates and sometimes a warbanner.
There’s definitely nothing wrong with wanting something else. Personally, I rerolled from necro to guardian because at that time the class was complete crap. Sure I complained, but when I said I’d reroll, I just simply did it. But when you see the same people go for months on end talking about reaching warrior heaven, I’m like “what’s stopping you” lol. Ascended gear is account bound, you get level 20 scrolls and booster for your birthday, and leveling jeweler/chef is 14 levels.
I’ve also rolled other classes when I felt dissatisfied with guardian. Thief, ranger, engineer. I never rolled a warrior, but I have the chance to try it out at a friend’s house whenever for lols. In the end, I’m always back home over here and say to myself “Well, at least I’m not a ranger” :p
And what do you know; the necro’s in far better shape then it was a year ago, though definitely a long way to go. Still somewhat fun to play, no point in being so bitter sometimes.
my sad story is i deleted my necro months ago when its weak and rerolled a guardian.necro been much improved during these months.like they redo the mechanism of fear and adds some new trait.now i ve heard necro gonna be buffed with more protection stuff. i regret much about deleted it.

meditation guard is very good if u just look at slots skill and virtues u have with renewed focus.but the problem is
1:these 3 meditation skills have very long cd
2:most classes with dps build have control skills like stun or knock down but guard has none.power signet is ridiculous dont even mention about it
3:meditaion zerker guard is bad in spvp/tpvp/duel.can beat other class but only when u r good and they r really bad.i think no one argue about that.
4:burnning meditation is good in duel but cant beat those class with very high condi cleanse frequency.not even a chance
5:spirit weapon guard(both zerker and burning) are good in duel only if ur enemy leave these weapon alone. or u dont have a chance to beat them
here are those class u cant beat no matter what build u have(assume u and ur for both not newbie):
1.00266d/d ele.
2.zerker necro with lich form elite skill
3.condi ranger with THC amulet
4.condi warrior with THC amulet and shouts heal slot skills.
5.d/p condi thief
6.most engi
7.most mesmer
why dps guard is bad:
1.no good range weapon.scepter cant hit ur foe unless they r new to fight guardian.
2.no weapon can apply condi on ur foe.except torch but u know how is it.
3.GS and sword are good only if u can apply cripple on ur foe or u have swiftness or 25%speed signet.but sadly u have none as a dps guard.combine 1 and 3,this is the most rediculous part for a dps guardian. u cant range attack nor melee attack if ppl know how to kite u.
i have lvled a warrior and a ranger.i m new to these 2 class but at least i can hit on target with weapon they have.i belive if put more pracitice on it i can totally beat my guard.but i like guardian very much .i dont want delete it . i know some dudes are very good at dps guard and they can truely beat ppl. but u have to be perfect with timming while ur enerny dont have to.and thats pretty much about it.thanks
Are you sure you understand what it’s supposed to be doing?
if i understand it right any unused signet should provide with 40 precesion at lvl80.so if i equiped 4 different signets on utility skill slot it will give me 160 precesion right? but the problem for me is if i used any one of the 4 signets during combat and after ooc all of 160 precession is gone.at this moment i m sure i equipe 4signets and they r ready .they r not in cooling down for now but i got no extra precesion from that trait until i retrait the deep strike to something else and trait back,then it functional again
for last test it happens during combat and even after u ooc it stay unfunctional

there s barely nothing important showed off about S2 these days and only 1 day left til release.i believe there r 2 ways to explain why anet keep it a secret.1st come to my mind is there merely nothing great about S2 and they dont want us to know .and another reason maybe its too great so keep it a secret to surprise us.which 1 do u believe?

If you already have a gift that is related to Dusk, go to the mystic forge, put in the gift and see, if your transmuted dusk shows up. If it does, all is fine.
