I transferred to TC about 2 weeks ago and I must say they are some of the nicest people I have ever played with. Even though the last two weeks were rather challenging in terms of wvw, I am glad I came here.

LOVED the hills 3 way earlier on today. Standing in that doorway looking out at a sea of red was awesome Oh, and the FA players high fiving the DB players made me chuckle, psychological warfare at its best!

Confusion needed a nerf, I cleanse confusion the best I can, have 3 utils that cleanse my resolve, every 10s I remove 2 conds, and the rate you can stack it back is just dumb, literally if a mesmer knows how to use confusion, you run outa cleanses because he doesn’t use all his confusion skills just enough to give you enough stacks to have you cleanse and continuously does so. The way a good mesmer stacks confusion is either they force you to attack killing yourself eventually because you run out of cleanses or buries it under other conditions so even after you manage to cleanse it hes filling you up with it again, and if you don’t attack, you either run or get auto attacked dead because he doesn’t need to even try.

Pretty sure its “nerfed” in sPvP and im sorry but its still a threat there too, the nerf hitting even at least wvw is well due. You have enough utility that a nerf to you’re basically marquee condition isn’t gonna really kill you guys, just learn something other than glamour mesmer.

FYI: if you have issues with thieves don’t build glass and learn to cc, shadow refuge is fairly easy to take care of you just have to knock them out once, its only an issue if they have stability granting teammates around, oh shadow refuge revive, knockback where the downed guy was. Maybe actually learn to pvp instead of just blowing all your CD’s at the start of the fight in hope of winning in a quick burst fest. And I’m sorry in pvp conditions are actually way more useful than direct dmg, because if someone knows how to apply them, you run out of cleanses and theyre still putting conditions back on you.

Transport service. Have some guys rotate and do this on a daily basis 24/7. Rules are simple. You get the loot, the mezz gets the siege(which he then gives to a commander).
ALso, a mezz can do the JP, then wait there till the big zerg got time… Whole zerg makes JP in 3 minutes flat.

Sorry, that wouldn’t work – I have done this before and all I wanted was a ‘thanks’, which I didn’t get half the time. Would never ask/expect for tips or anything else, but just got sick of people assuming you were there to serve them.

I think I prefer Nvidia – had a Radeon before this card and really didn’t like it…I know things change a lot in a few years.

What do you guys think of GTX 650 Ti Boost? It has recently ben released and is a resonable price. Seems to be looking ok:

Is he getting any errors? You can turn off the ‘reboot on error’ in the control panel and it should then show you a BSOD. Check the system/dump folder to see if there any dump files there.
Check the event viewer to see if it gives you any errors at the time of the reboot.

Hi all,

I think my gpu is on its way out, after a few bsods (hardware_exceptions), I fiddled around with the card a bit and at least the pc doesn’t crash now – but the game is running like a dog.

The gpu I currently have is an nvidia gtx 460 – up to yesterday, I was fine with the way it ran the game.

The rest of the pc is as follows:

win7 64 bit
6 GB RAM
i7 950 @ 3.07

I know a lot of it is down to budget, so would not be looking to spend more than £200.00

The skill lag has nothing to do with culling – they already stated that it has a different cause and removal of culling would not affect the skill lag..so you either didn’t have any before op, or you were just lucky last night

Actually, I think the way to do it would be ’food – subcategories containing the type of buff. eg, food+vitality+precision woudl return all food with those stats.

The “Alt+F4 is no escape” I don’t like at all. Why? Well very often I have an DC and especially when a big zerg vs zerg fight breaks out. Now I find my self death while I could have escaped. If the game is not bug free and DCs constantly then this is not a nice feature at all.

If you dc very often it isn’t the game at fault but your connection or hardware. I have dcd maybe twice since the game came out. F4 is good as it is…
