OMG now guys I have spent 600 in gems over the last 3 weeks and then all the sudden they sent me this after blocking me three days ago from making more purchases……….My Bank had declined one purchase attempt twice because I did not have enough on the card at the time but afterwards they wont let anymore go through. I am collecting dyes and mini which duplicate often which is lame but, it is what it is I don;t mind supporting a good company but, after spending 600 in gems ALREADY past tense NOT DECLINED, I do not want to have to get pre approved 48 hour windows from CS to continue to make them…if I was sending GOLD to other players that would be a red flagg I was selling gold.

Dude I have spent 600+ already I m trying to collect all dyes and mini’s and if they did not DUPLICATE them I would not have to spend so much but, they should not block my progression of this activity either.

I have tried CS tickets , twitter, Facebook anything to get them to address this issue and they are totally ignoring the elephant in the living room.
OK same thing is starting to happen to me I used my CC debit card fine for the whole of 2-3 weeks now all the sudden no matter what card I use it has error but, bank says they are not declining or even receiving attempted transactions. The only explanation is someone is going through and picking accounts to block from making more Gem purchases. Do you not want our MONEY any longer? I love the game so much but, the constant issues with trying to enjoy the game is getting really old. Is there going to be a point in which the BLTC will work consistently as intended or should we expect this for a few months to come? The message says “contact customer support” but, the turn around is not acceptable. Unless there is a reason for a customers account to be blocked like this it is very incompetent on the part of Arenanet or NCSoft.com who is actually doing these transactions. Now I can not even use Paypal…I have spent 600.00 on Gems there is nothing that I have done to deserve to be blocked from making Gem Purchases… this is unacceptable.

Hello ArenaNet, I first want to say TY for creating the most excited MMORPG in ages!!
I used 800 Gems to purchase a character slot yesterday and it took the 800 gems out of my gem balance but never added a slot. I then decided today to try it again and it worked but, I am out 800 gems from the attempt yesterday and would like the slot or gems returned. I have spent over 200.00 on Gems in the time the game has been live and would appreciate being treated as a valued customer. I plan to spend a great deal on Gems every month as I love the concept and the items are a great value. Also as of this post at 2:19am PST when I try to make a purchase of items from GEM store I click purchase and confirm but nothing happens. * I posted this on Sept. 5th and have yet to hear anything and it is now the 18th?******
