People choose to play pvp. With a profession of there choice.
If they lose, they can choose between Accept the loss? Or not accept the loss?
If they not accept the loss, then people choose to make themselfs angry.
Cursing teammates. Accuse others when its them showing there true colours.
This is normal in pvp.

I dont think they have time for that. If you suddenly want to dye you weapons, then they must redesign all weapon skins. Thats over 2000 skins. Trust me they are not going spend months for something like your idea. It Cost to many money and time for something smalls like that.

Ranger needs nerfs, not buffs.

I like the way how warrior was mosty in the bad spot Lights. Most of the time people thought warrior was weak and cheap. Low skill cap for beginners. And all that. And that was great for me, cause in WvW, were I roam, i started to see from the beginning till now, that people underestimate warrior. Cause they were used to, that warrior was weak, easy target. Noobclass. So when you pown them with warrior people get insane. Super mad. You see thiefs trying to sneek on you, approaching you with to many convidence, like hé has you already in the pocket, and suddenly Im dancing on his corps while receiving qq massages from my enemys. I mean, only that already is fun! Roaming, is what I like most. When I have a 1v1, it triggers reallife adrenaline. As long as I can gain the real life adrenaline boost from it, I keep it playing.

I’ve seen thousands of topics about cloaks/Capes here on the forums. People were asking them from the beginning 3 years ago till now. Its the only thing I would wear. I dont like to wear pink quaggan back packs, night closets, fake wing, and clothing closets. They are so crazy and random. I even saw a complete barbecue set for the whole family. I dont like barbecue sets on my back. Just give me a goddmncape.

I agree, skill 1 is to slow.
But it can be strong with some lb combo’s.
“pin down” into “combustive shot” into “fan of fire” into dualshot spamming untill your enemy do something about the Burning can be realy effective.
Butyeah, for condi builds only that is.
Longbow was on level in the time that hambow was still viable.
I still play with longbow now and then but indeed its not the same anymore.

In The Netherlands (EU) for example 800gems I pay €10.- (including tax)
But I dont care tbh. What I dont like is when I have to wait after I bought gems.
Mostly I receive my gem order instantly. Sometimes I have to wait longer then 20minutes. Those things kittenes me off xd

Defy pain: from 4 sec to 1? No stunbreakes.. Why?
vigorous shouts: no adrenaline gain? Whut?
brawlers recovery: dont even think about it to nerf this..
longbow nerf: reduce Burning and stuff? Why? What is this random nonsense?!
sword: Dont try to change condi weapons, we already lack in those.
healing signet, nerf passing healing? Do you want to start world war 3?!?

We are already in a weak position, and now you want to nerf stuff?
I dont like it, I do respect your effort and some things but the last thing warrior needs atm are nerfs in my opinion

I Just made a New guild with a friend. Still in the recruiting phase but your welcome.

First online claimed to be best warrior NA.
Then hé claimed hé created shoutbow.
Then hé Said Im leaving, bye gw2.
1 week later he comes back with the question If war is viable again. (like hé was away for a year, Poor guy doesnt even have 1000 achievement points ofcourse no one is taking him serious)
Now hes anoying random people.
The big question is, what does hé want to achieve with this weird behavior?

Hé saying: The build is weak in terms of offense, cause you have to hope your enemy has no sustain (you can pown cele druïds with this build) and low damage (thiefs and mesmers are having low damage now?) and hoping that the enemy makes a ton of mistakens in order to win (yeah whatever xd)

I was so glad that she anwsered so fast. I will spam Gaile from now on, once every month (Just for a monthly reminder to make sure) untill a dev is finaly reacting on the war forums. Much respect for Gaile.

now the profession forums are read frequently. I hear them being discussed on a regular basis, input from players, questions, etc.

The devs are super busy, so it’s not easy for them to get into a dialogue with players, and they can take input and run with it without posting. But I do see that if it’s been six months, that seems as if “no one is listening.”

I’ll try to figure out how to update.

I didnt knew this topic was about pvp only. Ofcourse the bow makes me struggle. Its slow as hell. You said 1v1 doesnt mean a thing VS wvw players. But when I slay people in pvp its suddenly have a meaning? xd you have allot of noobs in pvp aswell. People that achieved dragon finisher and legendary icon think they can beat everything x Im sure you faced those allot aswell, anyway I Im that kind of roamer that roams with tons of builds. I dont like to run what everyone runs. Thats boring. Ofcourse every build has its weakness. You are right about me hoping that my enemy dont have massive burst. High dps burst is a weakness for that build. Some high burst I can handle better then other high burst. VS thiefs its oke. VS beserker warriors I get recked. If you see the people in the vid I do fight some that have allot of sustain to, so what you said about hoping that my enemy dont have allot of sustain is not correct. But yeah, that vid was more to share 1 of my roaming builds I have fun with, and to make a point that longbow is not weak thats all. Im still hoping on a apothecary amulet in pvp one Day.

Im glad to hear that you share the frustration a bit btw Xd but Lets be honest, it would give us a better feeling If 1 dev is reacting once in a while. Hé doesnt have to react on all posts ofc. Even If its only 1 post each month, i would be so happy about it. I know devs are busy people. But reacting on 1 topic each month on all profession forums, is like a 10min Job. And its Just kinda Hurts in some way you know when I see devs reacting on allot of topics when the real good feedback topics are kinda ignored.

Thanks for telling. But man that is Just so Fkdup. On the general forums you see that devs are reacting on topics like If the game is brand new.
But when you checking out the proffesion forums all I can hear is the sounds of crickets and people in agony. It doesnt make any sense. Devs are having a great time @ the wich quaggan back item should I wear topics while the real important topics are completly ignored. Hmmm maybe the game is dying after all…

Wvw people received a legit eotm map…. (copy past whatever you want, its still Just 1 silly map no one cares about)
Pvp people received 1 map aswell, stronghold (and some random nerfs no one was asking for)
Pve people didnt received the New dungeons/fractals they were asking for (but atleast they received more then 1 map)
Grind halls was a surprise for everyone. Revenant and elite specialisation is something that I beleave its has to be free for everyone.
Ofcourse people are complaining after all this.
But hey, atleast we have gliders….

We all miss the town clothing customisation. Arenanet deleted the system for New better stuff —>> outfits! Were you can customate your outfit up to 4 different dyes! Omg! Mindblowing!

People asked for
New dungeons/fractals
New wvw borderlands
New pvp maps
More armor sets in the gemstore
(and ofcourse Capes)

What we received was
Pve received a kittenload of maps and content (good for them)
Pvp received a New map, stronghold…. (and some more unbalanced patches/nerfs)
Wvw received a legit eotm map (how to make wvw people angry)
Some people said we received 3 New boarders, but in my opinion copy paste doesnt count.
Gemstore received more outfits then before…

But hey, atleast we got elite specialisations, grind halls, and gliders….

For me as a wvw roamer, I was dissapointed in Hot. first I was hyped up. But at the end.. I dont like the revenant, i was expecting more of the elite specialisation of my favorite class, the New borderlands are worst then eotm, and in other to have a guildhall you need to grind, get gold, and all that…. So what brought Hot for a guy like me besides airships in wvw wich I never use…. Exactly.
Nothing.. GW2 used to be my default game, no more!

The Draconian Bloodline [NIIN] is recruiting. We are roamers from Seafarer’s Rest.
After our old commander disapeared, everyone went to another direction.
So we decided to make a New wvw roaming guild.
We are aiming on a 5 player guild.

Its very simple, toughness overkill + no condi cleanses = getting wrecked by condi all the time = wtf are you doing in wvw

Arenanet doesnt care about proffesion balancing trust me. In 6 months you will see that warriors Will get more nerfs, and overpowered druïds en revs get more buffs. Arenanet doesnt have a clue whats going on, whos op and whos not. If you see the stream you can see it with your own eyes how much they suck at there own game (its funny cause its true) gemstore updates till the game dies, that is your endgame my friend.

Rifle was always stronger in dps then longbow.

Even If we have al these great buffs and cd changes I see here, we would still get recked by a celestial druïd. A 3th weaponset is the only option to bring war back xd

We can already test builds in pvp, spectate skins en armorsets en weapons and dyes in the wardrobe. Making a special realm for something we already have is a waste

Im not attacking man. Maybe I have should say it differently I agree, sorry that I disrespect your commander.
Im just very direct when it comes to sharing my opinion. No one is perfect. But its not that I flame him or something, I still want to help him if needed.
But in my experience, every guild I ever joined in WvW, had a commander that knews every roll for every proffession. The rotation. What builds and armor needs to be running by each proffession and all that.
And even if he didnt knew, there was always a kitty load of spreadsheets on the website or true ts links with the needed information. I could ask anything and I get the answer right away.
In my opinion I think these are the standard ability’s every commander should have.
