We should have a fix going in for the Runes of Speed in the Oct. 15th update that will restore the 25% movement speed for the six-piece bonus.
That said, we feel that this rune is underwhelming in its intended state and is going to be a prime candidate for a rework in the near future. (Along with a bunch of other runes and sigils.)

In future releases we’re going to make sure to keep the Living Story tracker active even if the achievements have been completed.
As a workaround, there are a few websites out there that use our API to track Tequatl and other world boss spawn times. They’re pretty spiffy! Could be worth a look.

Hey Dietzen,
You can activate the F1-F4 mesmer abilities from up to 1200 range, but you need to consider the travel time for your illusions to walk to their target and shatter themselves for the intended effect.
I’m guessing you’re running the trait Illusionary Persona for self-shatters, which will always give you a guaranteed shatter effect if you’re within melee range.

Activating the second attack on Zealot’s Flame (Zealot’s Fire) will increase the recharge time of the ability by 50%.

Like Chap and I mentioned in the last State of the Game, we’re working in implementing a trait fact system that should give updated tooltips including radius, range, cooldown, duration, etc. That should take care of a lot of the issues you just mentioned.
No eta on that coming out, but I’ve seen it in action and it’s pretty sweet.
We’re aware of the issue and have a fix in the works.

One-hour duration WXP Boosters from the Gem-Store are account-bound.
Fifteen-minute duration WXP Boosters are soulbound.
