I often play defense too. I sit 3 hours in keep and just wait that stupid enough enemy come and then i show my mad gaming skills. EotM is Serious Business.

EotM without annoying karma farmers who just try to avoid fighting. Nothing beat good random 80 vs 80 PUG fight where players use their own brains and skills.

If i kill lot’s of players in EotM match i deserve lot’s of gold, ascended weapons and all kind of expensive stuff. Weird thing is that when i play green we win whole time and now when i play blue we still win. So give me some rewards.

EOTM was a FAIL, everyone knows it, will there be something else done? It does not look to be the case.

EotM is probably best PvP update in mmorpg history. I haven’t never played better PvP in any game.

Season 3 should be EotM season. That would be awesome.

In war goal is outnumber enemy and kick their kitten. If enemy outnumber you it just mean that you got outplayed. Your idea would just help some lame guilds wipe bigger zergs even if they really aren’t skilled enough to do it.

You can kill 6 bosses and farm 50 of each mob for 12 achievements, then watch the LS scene and open some crates. 14 achievements, 1600 tokens + that other ticket thing

What meta? Some very small minority doesn’t define meta. Power is meta and condition dmg need boost so it actually would be useful in real men fights.

God this is same kitten like last time. Without some serious medication you get bored after 5 min. Game was much before this patch. Put some EotM achs so i can get some points.

So is wvw and PvE. Despite the fact that spvp is horrible , it’s better than the zerg fest in wvw or the “stack” fest in PvE.

If sPvP would be even half as fun as killing risens in orr i actually would play it sometimes. Now they removed 8 vs 8 and can’t even put jewel in amulet so it’s totally unplayable.

My problem is that asuras are so cure so i don’t wanna kill them.

Think how op thief would be if some average or better players would play thief. He would be totally unkillable and would win 3 vs 1 against much better players.

So you’re saying the only measure of skill is running with 15 or less. It doesn’t matter how well you play, who your opponent is, what your composition is, or whether you win. That’s all irrelevant, because >15 is instant noob and <15 is instant pro? Sounds kinda stupid to me.

The fact is the meta has moved on. A year ago it was easier to run with 15 than it is today, because the average standard of pug-zergers has gone up. Please note: not every pug zerg, I said the average. This isn’t necessarily that the skill of your average pug has gone up, it’s more due to the builds and tactics of the top guilds having filtered through to the rest now. A year ago alot less people stacked stability or understood the importance of waterfields or soft/hard CC. It used to be that a static field would halt 90% of a zerg. Now 90% will walk through it.
You also have to consider that since EoTM, your average zerg contains alot less upscales and badge-farmers than it did a year ago. These days, there are plenty of organised pug-blobs around which are completely un-fightable with less than 25.

It’s the same amongst the top guilds. A year ago RG was completely untouchable. However, I’m pretty sure the TA or VII of today could roll over them without blinking. That’s not because the players are more skilled (heck, some of them are the same players). It’s just that the meta has advanced and new tactics discovered.

I think that guilds skill level is all time low now.

One good necro trick is cast DS 2, out of ds, cast plague and you get pulled inside enemy blob plague on.
