Considering that was generally low level players in beta the extent of abilities is still quite small, but you have to consider what real large scale pvpve looks like compared to GW2/WS. Slower pvp & animations is better combat, compared to the zerg/blob mess of particles we see in GW2/WS in above link.

But what I have gathered in game (I have asked in game), most players rather play dress up barbie and look good w/flashy particles and animations than competitive combat. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

Sure it does. Even slower players can be competitive. It’s kind of unfair that players who have faster brains and fingers get advantage.

I tried WildStar. It’s so much fun and i enjoy it waaay more than gw2. GW2 is just really really bad at end-game & living story sucks kitten . IMO Wildstar > Guild Wars 2

Wildstar actually have very bad endgame. Some raiding and gear grinding.

I heard rumor that wildstar is some raiding game. Anybody remember that time when raiding was pop. Was it 2007 or something?

Popular events/champs should give bad loot and unpopular events/champs should give very good loot. This would make players actually explore world and try to find some very unpopular events. Of course players would probably find some way to exploit this.

Well i think that it’s more about commanders not numbers. Every side have numbers at start, but after couple clash only one side have big zerg left. EotM players can’t really handle wiping that well. Many will leave if they die one time or enemy actually decide defend something.

There seems to be lot’s of blow outs in lower tier this week. Wonder why.

I am so hyped. I will farm in EotM like crazy person.

Is this thread about real fights or wannabe sPvP fights? If we talk about real fights staff ele is strongest class and condi specs are useless.

Whiteside Ridge had people leaving a lot before free transfers. So, in that sense, it didn’t really affect us, we’re still losing about 1 very important person / day.
How many transfers we’ve gotten? I could probably count on one hand.

I’m currently spending the week on Gandara, just because I decided to check out another server, since it’s free anyways, and it is pain. I’ve gotten back into PvE because WvW on Gandara has suicided. It’s just so much that if you want to play there’s at least a 2h queue to every map. 96 man EB queue today, and it peaks higher every day. When you get in, the server dominates everything due to the ridicoulus amount of incoming people.

I hope to get back to T8 as soon as possible. Winning by numbers isn’t fun. Nor is it an achievement.

Sounds like gandara would win tier 1 easily. Anet system seems to work fine.

Kill mobs, get 4 rare weapons, put those in forge, get precursor, profit. I got 12g and after this operation i got almost 650g.

I like these kind of armors.

Yes you are right. You need to farm like crazy, get lucky or play trading post PvP.

But gandara will win tournament so why they would go some other crappy servers?

Problem is that now when transfers are free players transfer those servers that have best chance win tournament.

Cavalier too. I would have made full PVT if i would have know that they kitten my balanced spec this badly.

I think that winner deserve some cooler special legendary.

Well i think that every server some players contribute more than others. I haven’t been normal www maps since EotM launch more than couple times. I can’t figure out why i would get www season rewards. I want karma trainer exterminator weapon tickets.

If you go lower tiers server and drop superior ram other players think that you are god or something and start to worship you. It’s same than going back in time and and show what mobile phone can do. They think that there is small people inside.

I would remove attunement cooldowns and add weapon swap. I would get much more bags in EotM.
