S/D style would be hurted alot, since if we can’t stealth for 10 secs we can only use autoattack, or spam skill #2 to confuse enemy if he’s noob (tho autoattack is enough for em in the first way), since nothing more is usefull at this moment. TS has potential, but how it is now its totally useless vs moving target.

And tbh this is the main problem. Thiefs have sets of wpn they can carry but there is NONE where u can use all of it’s skills, and thats the worst.

Personally i really love S/D since u need to be very sneaky to control the opponent. But if you cut off stealth then its nearly impossible to do so anymore, making S/D brainless autoattack wpn set.

I’m not saying that reducing stealth is wrong at overall, but it affects alot some wpn sets, that would need a real burst in useabillity.

Ofcourse BS builds will get it hard. Any non-BS thief have no probs in condition removal. Actually i think thief is one of the top prof at this. For example S/D users can remove conditions allmost all the time.

Thats my thief Jormag’s Breath + Corrupted Shard (would love to have some options bout dagger skins tho couse i dont rly like it :/) And mix of armor. Chest is Krytan one.

Guardian skill is usefull for S/D thiefs so i wouldn’t change it. Also 4 sec daze good anyway even for d/d burst thief.

Ele skill tho is useless like hell. I use steal on em only when chasin, nothing more.

Just make skills 3 and 4 (S/D) usefull and i’ll be happy.

As a thief i have no probs doin fotm. Tho i found that 95% of heavies sux so hard or just i had bad luck with randoms couse i need to ress em all the time. But i also do agree that i was playin with thief that was perma on the floor. Thats the beauty of playing witrh randoms :/

Then think bout givin us smth else to compensate. Atm if there would be no stealth thieves are free frags for any class. Simply couse we have no utilities to be tough in direct combat. Most of Thieves utilities are kittens anyway. And those wpn skills. S/D is usin 2 skills and AA. i never even touched other two, simply couise they’re just ini eaters. You complain and scream for nerfs, but you dun see the other side. We have no other choice, so we have to fight like that omfg its so hard to understand?

I do agree that stealth is atm a lil OP couse of the cullin, but what we can do lol. just go at www and use kittenty utilities for 5s and eat the ground after? Think before you post anything, couse it looks like 80% ofthis community is just crybabies.

Also there are many players that are handlin stealth that way or another.

Give ppl choices in other wpn sets, then you wont see so many d/d thieves. Atm d/d can be playied by any 10+ yr old kiddo, and others also do so, simply couse there is no real alternative. Other wpn sets have buggish skills u never use and are harder to master. i would nerf daggers than thieves themselves, especially HSpam

Those thieves are prolly HS spammers that dunno much bout the gamestyle. It’s like every other player complains about HS spammers lol.

I play thief from the start and i never had any thoughts of d/d ele as OP. True this matchup aint easy if opponent is decent but its far from OPness.

What Runes you’re using with that setup? I feel Runes of Air i will need to replace with something more accurate for this build.

So… I find this build rly efficient at PvE/WvWvW. Didint checked it at sPvP tho, couse i find it boring in long-term.

I Run full Berserk Armor/Runes of the Air/Sigil of Para on Sword/Sigil of Rage at Dagger, tho traits are far than away from considerin it Glass Canon. At dungs with food that gives 66% to steal life, i can be w/o stealth rly long DPSin. D/D is so boring that i will never get back to it. Also with S/D i can manage to win vs multiple enemies at WvWvW. Daze from stealth is so powerfull that, when playied correctly, opponent is allmost perma dazed. Plus infiltrators strike prevents any1 from runnin away and is great at overall in fight. DMG is rly High from autoattack + CnD and i doubt d/d can even compare to that.

Idk if it the best what this wpn set can offer, but i rly started to love it Thats why i wanted more experienced ppl to tell if it can be better or if im doin smth wrong.
