Unfortunatly I can’t edit our post due to some bug.

• We also have weekly guild activities for each day of the week and each week there will be voted for new activities.

Hey there are some bugged achievements.
All the slayer achievements that have been compleeted have been brought back by 1.

• So the achievement appears to be 999/1000, resetting the points gained for that tier. When you slay a creatures for the slayer achievement again you do gain new achievement points.

Other bugged achievements are

• Weapon Mater Achievements
  - These have also been brought back by 1 and when compleeting again you do gain achievement points.
• Pumpkin Carver is still bugged as well
  - The title is still available for use.
• Gold Hoarder 1.999.999 /2.000.000
  - The title is still available for use.

Side effect from this bug?

• Drop rates seem to have been affected, according to the stories.

Everyone stay calm they will fix this, no reason to panic

• For players that really want everything back and who can’t wait.
  Most of the achievements require 1 hit or kill and results in compleeting the achievement and rewarding you with the missing points.
• The Gold Hoarder might be more tricky if you spend your gold, but I am sure this will be fixed

I have encountered an issue when I try to edit my guild information, I think this also applies for other posts if players edit it over time. (If others could confirm this? That would be nice.)

Here is my post, so that you have an idea what i am talking about: Whitelions [Claw]

So when I try to add or edit new information, here is an example if I want to add we have kittens
This information when pressing “edit” will leave my post to be blank.
Refreshing or waiting doesn’t help as it resets the information to the old post.

I do seem to be able to update numbers or single words from time to time but not always.

I hope this issue could be fixed/solved as I really like to update our guild post frequently, for me it is almost like a form of art, it takes time to make it perfect.

What happens when using “Edit”.

• when adding or changing text to an already existing forum post it doesn’t update.

  We have karaoke on Friday.
  - Song 1

  - Song 3

The best singer will receive a price:
2 gold items for the first place winner
1 gold for the second place winner

• when editing the following information
  [example]
  We have karaoke on Sunday (Friday will be changed to sunday).
  - Song 3 (numbers have been changed)
  - Song 2
  - Song 1

The best singer will receive a price:
2 gold items for the first place winner
1 gold for the second place winner
green items for the thirth place winner (line added)

• The changes made in the edit when pressing edit will create a blank page, not updating the information. This will remain the same information as before the edit , after refreshing.

Smaller posts doesn’t seem to be effected by the edit bug, if someone can confirm this with smaller posts.

With the current restriction of one transfer every 7 days in place, make sure that you will be on the world you intend to play on before January 28th, because after that date, you’ll have to pay a gem fee to transfer worlds.”

We recently had players asking if we still recruit new members, our answer is yes, we still recruit new players

I just did Welcome Home on my Noble Elementalist Female Human.
(Fire, Dead Sister, Nobility, Charm, Kormir.)

Where I got to the point that Lord Faren walks away.
When the cutscene starts and Lord Faren should say “Take your hands off me, you scum! Help! Murder! Mayhem!”
You see the text but you don’t hear anything.
I am guessing the spoken line is missing/bugged?

Also I created another Human Female with the same choices and had the same result.

Heya all I was looking through the suggestions and didn’t really see a post that was about guilds for options and ideas. I know there are some out there.

So I will start one here on the suggestions section.

Things that should be changed:
Ranks: Admin Lower Ranks
This option should in my opinion be split into 3 options.
- Kick
- Invite
- Promote/Demote
As the option gives a lot of issues as you might want to give invitation option but don’t want those players to be able to promote/demote or kick members.

Optional:
- Deep Cave Withdraw
- Deep Cave Deposit

Message of the day should be:
- displayed when logging in (Like in Guild Wars 1)
- Able to edit without having to redo everything (Like in Guild Wars 1)
Optional:
- Increase in amount of text that can be typed

Guild Roster:
Should be able to display:
- Time away from the game
Optional:
- Race
- Map completion
- Pvp Ranks

History
Display names + account four digit when someone is kicked or left the guild.
As now only the 4 digit name is displayed and 9/10 times I have no clue who that player was when looking through the history.

Guild Upgrades that might be nice (some ideas that I had read)

Economy
Boost:
- Armor repair costs are reduced by xx% for xx hours.
I would say 2 days build for 10-20% Repair reduction for 1 day.
Amount of Influence needed: 500 Influence

- Waypoint costs are reduced by xx% for xx hours.
I would say 1d 12h build for 15% Traveling reduction for 1 day.
Amount of Influence needed: 500 Influence

Consumables:
- Armor repair costs are reduced by xx% for xx time.
I would say 12h build for 25% Repair reduction for 30 minutes.
Amount of Influence needed: 100 influence

- Waypoint costs are reduced by xx% for xx time.
I would say 12h build for 25% Traveling reduction for 30 minutes.
Amount of Influence needed: 100 Influence

Art of War
Boost:
- Increase of Glory for xx% for xx hours.
I would say 2 days build for 5% Glory increase for 12 hours.
Amount of Influence needed: 500 influence

Consumables:
- Guild Commander for xx hours.
I would say 1day and 12h building for 4-6 hours Commander option.
Amount of Influence needed: 1000 influence

Politics
Consumables:
- Guild Brawling Box
Spawns multiple items that allow players to transform into costume brawlers.
Build time 3 days, 6 hours Lasts 1 hour.
Amount of Influence needed: 1000 Influence

I agree with most points.
Although bigger guilds seems odd as for guild wars 1 the guild size was 100 and this is now 500 so seems fair enough in my opinion.

Somethings I really want to see are:

• Admin lower ranks split in 3 options.
  - Invite
  - Promote/demote
  - Kick

• Message of the day should be editable and not remove the entire message.
  Also it would be nice as mentioned above to have 2 textbox options 1 for information like voip, sites and the other for events and other announcements.

• Guild bank
  - Able to stack items that are already inside the bank.
  - Able to link items from the guild bank.
• Option Guild Deep Cave Withdraw and Deposit. (Like the other 2)

• Duration of members how long they have been offline <- Must have
• If a member leaves I would like to see the name of the character that left apart from the 4 digit name.

Anditional:
It might be nice to have an option to see the following things in the Guild Roster:
- Race.
- Pvp rank.
- World completion on the logged character.

Other than that as mentioned most above features seem nice.

Hey Vegetation,

The issue can be caused by many elements, as recruiting members does help get new recruits high, you also need to get a bond with them.
Either teaming up or talking with members can increase this bond a.k.a socializing.
When they get to know you, some might want to help out or will just start conversations on their own.
This will create some new space for you to focus on recruiting, instead of 24/7 keeping your members busy. You want to put effort in the active players.

Also keep in mind that random recruiting brings all kind of players in your guild.
You might notice these typ of players;
- active players: these players will most of the time say something in guild chat and like to do thing with the guild.
- the shy ones: players who hardly say a word and are mostly playing by themselves, which eventually leave the guild or stop playing the game.
- trash players: these are the kind that join the guild and never or rarely appear online.
Of course I made these 3 types up but you get the idea

So what you want is:
- put effort in the active players. socializing with them and teaming up.
- recruit active members who represent the guild, which can be done by either focused recruiting or offering something unique within your guild.
- Learn from other guilds, have a look at some/all populair guilds and their points and see what they do different from you.
Than you just mix your points/believes with some points from a strong/fun/active guild and voila you have created your own unique way of recruiting/points of interest which if you play it smart will give you a nice base for a strong community or a group of friends.
