All of maguuma roamers are thieves and perplexity engis, so fun to fight.
I wasn’t there to defend garrison either, I knew how much maguuma wanted it, plus no one refreshed the siege.
Quick Summary of matchup: Karma trains, Perplexity, and Thieves.

I dont care bout even match-up i just like fights more often than the brief NA window depending whom your fighting that’s all you get based on your guilds, or theirs, raid time. The appeal of T1, fights all round but a bit too bloby at times is why i like t2 but those days are over
Never in a million years would I have thought I’d say this about BG:
Compared to FA’s openfield, we’ll take BG any day of the week.
Tier [x] leaves a lot to be desired skill wise.
For the most part I agree (switching BG for SoR). I guess it all depends on what groups you fight open field, what BLs you run, what times you fight in etc. With even or less numbers there are some days you can cut down a SoR guild group like fine salami, sometimes their hybrid guild/pug zerg is like a brick wall, and every combination in-between.
I can count on 1 hand the number of FA guilds/groups that didn’t buckle under a BG push I participated in. But I only run certain maps at certain times. I don’t get to sample the entire FA bag buffet /shrug.
Dude BG was worse than SoR or DB has ever been.
You guys lost a lot of steez when BT stopped playing so much. You would have thought you guys would have learned something from them….but NOPE.
It was always going to be a challenging week for us on Dragonbrand (Green) this week. Often outmanned, mercilessly euthanized when spotted by SoR and FA, and capped off by many of our larger WvW guilds transferring out but we tried as best we could. So, I’d like to dedicate this next song to the brave and durable DB’ers in WvW this week:
Actually, I’m a DB native.
It almost always says “outnumbered” in EB, and other BLs.
At prime time (7~9 pm), we were actually trying to take keep and towers back with around 6~10 people only.
Most people basically just give up this week’s WvW.
The people from big city really should come out their high above heaven sometimes.
That’s weird; I thought Baritzu and HERO could cover EB no problem… Did they transfer out or something?

My apologies, I can’t make a informed comment on DB NA & OCN. My main focus is SOR SEA so I don’t get to see much action in NA & OCN. I spend at most about 1hr+ in NA but this week has been a bit demanding on RL stuff so I only got to meet DB and FA SEA.
To the Asian/Oceanic fighters of DB and FA, we salute you for your guts and DAN-LIANG. Especially to [NKK] and [MEOW], you have respect from SOR SEA for coming in spite of the odds. /RESPECT.

Admired how ballsy Choo was tonight on FABL. NW Bay was a pretty decent fight, though would’ve been nice without AC’s to have a little more room to play with for the fights. We were hoping to pull off so you guys could take out the AC that got built on our end and we could continue on, but I don’t know any of the Choo leaders.
We went to EB to see if TW was still there, but it was a ghost town and we were wrapping up after SMC. Looking forward to the fights tomorrow.

Yes DB has start to implode again recently. Almost all competitive guilds in NA time which I know have left. The rest guilds are not even close to play a leading role (at least for NA time).

We have been through the same experience in old school days, we will have to face it again. What DB lacks now(and always) is certain native DB core guilds such as NNK/TVF in NA time who can lead ppl. DB’s WvW population is still OK(for a T2 server), but badly lack of leadership now.

saw an anet guy on sor during oceanics and then during sea again…. we all left the fight and started chasing him for some reason XD. there was like 10 people chasing that poor engi all the way from lake to bay…XD.

We were outnumbered on SoRBL all reset with no que. As soon as scores reset, it was a “one click” entrance… lol.
But rB had fun, lots of laughs, moral was high. Looks like about half our guild has made the transfer, the other half will go on Sunday. I recommend you guys double team DB all week… that would make our moral go even higher
MY morale is high knowing i don’t have to worry bout PPT because we can leech ratings from SoR roaming 24/7 it is! btw thanks [PD] for the few fights bring the large zerg less often
That is going to be difficult, if Anet would separate us for an extended period it might happen but we’ve been basically fighting each other since November of 2012.

only fail thieves or those that dont rely on pure stealth alone( sometimes) run im a straight line when they are trying to get away, therefore you assume they cut left or right or behind
I’ve had remarkable success going straight into and through the zerg. I don’t know if that’s because they’re not expecting it or just being nice because they didn’t think you’d try it.

Of course were not in first, why would we be in first, we dont have the 24/7 time coverage you guys have. Everytime we face a tier 1 server or TC, I go to bed knowing we losing everything we have way pointed and fortified while we sleep. Doesn’t bother me one bit, its just a plain fact when we face you or any tier 1 server.
Funny though when you guys get matched up with tier 1 you guys lose because you get a taste of your own medicine. Last matchup with FA vs BG vs JQ, BG and JQ had horrid militia with the exception of a few guilds. But their massive number superiority 24/7 is what keeps them in tier 1.

Predictable? I was being chased on the east side by the skill point. At the N entrance headed towards our N supply, I BS + HS away from them, turned and ran through them using hide in shadows on the back side of them and into the mob infested skill point. They u-turned and followed me in to the skill point, off the ledge at which point I wp’d because it was getting really stupid. This is not just me. Others have had similar experiences with TC. So by your account FA is full of kittens or…….

I generally pretend to be afk or auto running to attract them back to me so i dont have to chase, im too lazy and a guardian =/
Gotta give TC some credit….. not too much running last night. Got blobbed like crazy in FABL but at least you guys came out and played instead of hanging in the towers all night. GG TC my bags hath overfloweth and it’s all because of you.
As for DB i wish we could fight you guys more but we have to climb mountains of dead TC just to see you guys over there on the other side of the map. From the few we’ve been able to fight it’s been fun and overall skill level been good props.
