Obviously, it was placed for the express purpose of enabling Rule 34, and making the gay love stories familiar to people with no creativity (but lots of argument in them!) Wouldn’t want to alienate those who are all too willing to alienate the rest of the world.

I actually changed my personal story due to how uncomfortable it made me feel.
Everyone has a right to do whatever they wish too in their bedrooms, but they need to tone it down in the game.
If I were to start preaching in the game I would get banned. So they either need to let me teach the Gospel if I so desire or tone it down.

Please play another race if you cannot see past the veil over your eyes and accept that this is a game, and in it there are plant people who love honestly and without barriers.

Honestly, I have not hit this myself. I have run with the “Zerg” in certain areas in Orr for maybe an hour before I get bored and move on to something else. I think that is the problem. Running the exact same events over and over triggers the Diminishing Returns system for Karma.

If you are following a “Zerg”, break from the pack every once and a while and do something else if they seem to repeating the same events over and over. If you are not following the “Zerg”, then make sure to mix up the events or do WvWvW for a bit.

I should be able to get Gossamer at a similar rare to Orichalcum ore. That’s what I am asking for.

I’m 400 Jeweler and Tailor.
To make the items I want to make, I need to find Orichalcum ore. Not a problem. Sure, it’s hard to find, but I can at least be guaranteed some ore when I tap a node. I also need Gossamer scraps for my Tailoring. I have done wide sweeps of Cursed Shore. Killing everything for two hours. I have at least 140 Magic Find.

I have 0, zip, nadda, zilch scraps to show for my effort! I salvage everything I get with Mystic Salvage kits. Why am I being punished for my efforts? I have scads of fine crafting materials. I would like to be able to use them, but I have NO cloth to use them with!

Help please! Arenanet, please make cloth a little easier to find! I am not asking for “E-Zmode” crafting. I am simply asking for cloth to be more common than fine crafting materials. Thank You.

I hate reading all these people playing Sylvari characters and complaining how homosexuality is being thrown at them. Sylvari are Pansexuals. They do not reproduce and gender to them is just an appearance. They can romance a “female” and then decide to romance a “male”. They do not have the weight of 2000+ years of homophobia to guide what they do. They are a free people who want to experience everything the world has to offer.

Gender is not a barrier to them. If you find offense to that or feel that “homosexuality” is being thrown at you then play a different race. A Charr perhaps, as I have yet to see anything romantic from them.

Sylvari mimic genders because that is what the Pale Mother decided.

There is, you have to look at the tooltip before you equip them. Check in your craftables menu, Hit “H” and click the crafting tab. You will see that the item has that exact tooltip I listed.

It is not a bug. Read the text on the box carefully:

“8 Slots, Items in this box will never appear in a sell-to-vendor list and will not move when inventory is sorted.”

That also means they will not be seen by the “Deposit Collectible” option either. What you need are Craftsman Bags/Boxes.

Placing runes in an item will soulbind it. Most likely the reason for the popup when you equip is that the code checks to see if you wore the item and if not, warns you. It does not check to see if it was soulbound from a rune.

Lesson- Don’t put runes in things you don’t plan to wear.

I’d submitted this ticket back on 8/26. I had used the Digital Deluxe Tome of Influence, and I received absolutely nothing as a result. I was representing my guild at the time as well, and the Tome just… vanished when I double-clicked it. It is not an issue of it going to the wrong guild or anything—it’s an issue of me not receiving one of the specific benefits I was wanting from purchasing the DD edition of the game. =/

Only responses I have received is a cut/paste “common support requests” answer that has NOTHING to do with my ticket!

I purchased gems on 09/06/2012 06:00 AM. Order number: 28522386. I STILL don’t have my gems but my husband has the gems he bought (on the SAME card) later that afternoon. No response to my ticket either.
