we try not to ‘organize’ things on the PVE side of things so we keep it light without commitment. But players farm constantly, talk crafting, lvl together and so forth

I run a very active guild with an age range somewhere between 18-45. We have been active for about 2 months. In this time we have gone from 2 members to 115 members. During peak hours (between the same hours you listed) we typically see between 15-25 members online) Normally we see about 40-45 members log in a day. We have a friendly laid back atmosphere that is certified Troll free. We have a very wide range of skill sets and playing styles within our guild. Im sure you and your friends would fit right in.

I run a decently large guild, I have come to notice some things are missing that would make running a guild much more enjoyable for myself and the members of the guild.

Firstly It would be nice if there was a mail all option for certain members of the guild so that we could communicate with everyone at once or send announcements to them.

Secondly, you have 12 rank symbols but we can currently only use 10. It would be awsome if we could get more rank options.

Thirdly, It would be nice as a guild leader to be able to see time served in the guild for all members or time active. It would certainly be a nice bonus.
