i’ve got the everything maxed and still crashing when I just run in wvw. game is kitten up, as usual.

Well I just got the same thing 3 times in less than 10 min and i was only running around in wvw. I guess we are not the only one cuz all the queues dissapeared.

Well Im a WvW player and I wanted to start raids, but ofc all these pve heroes doesnt want new peoples in their group, so I can’t raid. xD

so having leg armor for WvW would be nice, indeed.

I always get lags during primetime, doesnt matter what i’m doing( PvE/WvW)

They are giving you a poll to remove the DBL from WvW so you never do have to play it again.

I kinda have the same issue, I used to get 30-40ping while playing. since today I got like 85ping to 100++ which is kinda unplayable cuz of the skill delay. I checked my connection but, everything is fine, I dont have any issue for anything else. but this is actually a pain to play at gw2 at the moment.

am so freaking happy to see back alpines. Finally i’ll have some fun playing this game

Amazing changes have been made for wvw, the only missing thing is Alpine BL now.

Hey, I have been experiencing the same thing against warrior ( I main thief ). Eciscerate goes though #3 s/p set and also goes trough #2 from sword on a mesmer. this is undodgeable and unevadeable.

now i’d like to know if it’s a bug and in this case will they fix it soon?

Yesterday, kept winning 90% of my matches, today impossible to win a single one, what’s going on with this matchmaking.

this isnt about good player or not, I know how to rotate ect, i’m a solo q player, and it’s a freaking pain playing with pugs. Like my last match, my whole team was capping close. Fighting off point, ect ect. How to win when u have this kind of team? gg anet

because the old maps had way better spots to fight on, We havent enough peoples to handle 3 big maps, even for roaming, the old maps were way better, dont need to run an hour before meeting a guy to fight, so yea old maps were better, with better fight spot, I miss the dueling spot in middle ( above south camp ) I used to slack here, had nice fights ect. and last points, the verticality in desert maps are kittening me off. n_n

I’m not going re-type the same FPS drop info everyone else has already stated.

However I want to chime in with the following. Im running a dual screen setup adn often run Firefox with gazzillion tabs open and stream video on the side screen. Before the patches I was doing this with out a glitch and a steady FPS. Now if I run a youtube clip on the side the FPS will take major dive. Closin FF will affect FPS in big (positive) way. This is not a performance issue on my rig and only started happening afte the latest set of patches.

Makes me wonder why running a web browser now would cause these FPS issues?

I actually just tested this and closing down FF with 5 tabs open (no video content) caused a 30 FPS rise.

Opening a site like Dulfy with Flash content (ads, banners etc) will cause a immediate 25-30 FPS drop. (Oh btw, running game in windowed mode)

Just feels like a darn too good of a accident to not be flash related. (wasn’t there a flash update just last week?) Sharing issues or crossing wires with anything you guys might be using?

I can’t be patient when I used to play everyday and now I’m waiting for a fix since more than 1 week ago. The fact that I don’t know when it will be fixed annoys me. Ok, they told us they are working on it but I need to know how much time approx. they will need to fix it.

Please, next time test your stuff before add it to the game. I bought the game to play, not to be a beta-tester, because this game still seems a beta.

I never thought there would be a crappier patch then when mega servers happened. That was a garbage patch, this is pure grade A horse kitten.
Topping out at 22FPS on lowest settings and random crashes to put the icing on the cake. Great dev team you have here.
How about fixing game breaking issues instead of a warriors fierce shot…..

Has anyone else gotten this problem but then when you exit out of the game your FPS keeps being low in regardless what game you launch up? It makes them all run at 25-30 FPS? I have a GTX 670MX and I only really got this problem around a week ago.

My FPS been low only on GuildWars2 ( Since the patch of march 16th ), All my others games run perfectly. Even if I dont really like to play others game, I have to while they fix this issue xD

If you disable the UI the game runs normally, even on max settings. Its really as simple as that. As you open more UI windows the FPS drops even more. Open inventory, get a FPS drop of 5-7, open the Guild Panel, FPS drops by 5 more, Open the WvW Panel, more FPS drops. Also, There is something going on with the UI that is driving the GPU usage up by at least 30%

wow such a big thread… I’m experiencing horrible lag as well since i updated the most recent patch. I was in a PvE map when i patched through, and said wow either there is a huge zerg on this map or?? So i left the map and went to hotm and just as bad lag. I Normally run 50ish fps i use razor game booster to boost my fps by like 10, so then i normally run 60 fps) , but since the patch i cant even break 30. Using tonics, abilities or even moving, causes lag. I want to think its the new beta camera options. I tweaked them to see if that’s the problem but nothing changed FPS wise… I literally haven’t played in a week, i come back today thinking this lag had gone away and its still bad. I have checked every possible thing, from task manager, tweaking graphics to lower settings, to re downloading the client. To no avail…

You need to wait until they fix the issue, but it will take a while.

Support said me again today that they are working on the issue, but they have no idea about when it will be fixed

Went from 50-60 fps constant to 20 fps constant on the lowest settings. Using an AMD graphics card and an i7.

They are working on the issue and they actually dont know when this issue will be fixed.

They are working on the issue. But it will be a while before we are given a fix. Something changed with the UI (My guess is the high resolution Experience bar) and its causing great issues.

All we can do is give them as much information as possible about the issue as we see it and hope its enough for them to root cause the issue (replicate it) and fix it on their end to be able to deliver a fix.

I estimate 2-3 weeks before its really fixed. Which would be normal for most performance issues, game related or not (in general IT talk).
