Been gone for a while and now im back. Against my better judgement im starting to get into the living story idea more now with the changes they made. Whats happened so far since the point where scarlet died?

Ranks shouldn’t be removed. Ranks are all of the motivation we have to play pvp and adding something nice and taking away something nice leaves us….where we started. Just make it a bit easier to rank. not too much but just not imgoingtofarmfor5yearstogetdragonrank hard. Also, I think we should see some high tier armor in pvp..like maybe…cultural that DOESNT take years to get? Also….dare I say it…. I kind of want a legendary in pvp. Mostly cause I could never get one in pve. and they look cool lol.

@ anybody who fought the thief and ranger from ebay in NW camp in BP BL. Thanks for the fights guys it was LOADS of fun. scary how much damage 2 can do right? lol

The Good:
-Tab target change
-Ele staff changes
-Condition floaters
-Para sigil fix
-Blinding powder buff

The Bad:
-Immobilize stacking ( I think this is a good change except you can stack too much. Limit to 2-3 stacks.)
-Warrior needs nerf
-Thief Headshot and Pistol whip now need a buff because of para sigil nerf(needed as the nerf to the sigil may have been, now these skills are in a very poor place)
-Necro Blood Magic change is downright useless

The Missing:
-Solo Q NEEDS a change
-Pvp rewards

Absolutely not. Already the stealth at 25% has me dead five times as much as it saves me with the reveal debuff outa nowhere.

I beat it with 2 thiefs a ranger an engi and a guard. yeah it took 3 hours.

Hello A-Net. I got this bug, after 4 hours of pugs and leavers and now I beat the boss and nothing. am I going to be compensated for this? like can still get the rewards or SOMETHING? cuz I sure as !@#$ am not gonna do it again.

idk if this link will work but…. yeah this is the build I run. for some reason its not too glass and it DROPS everyone in team fights. Its kind of focused around symbols :P dps guard is strong but guard is so forced into their role I don’t think many people try it.

good phant mesmers. the fact tht u have to fcus on 4 sources of damage when ure a BURST build….. not to mention when they stealth and they jut wait for their phants to kill you. and accidently backstabbing phants or clones istead the Mesmer. they are tough. I still win against them sometimes but they are definitely the most difficult to me.

2) Some more viable builds (no more HGH ez kill all kitten. but don’t just delete them give the classes more build options)

Duel servers! yes they exist! plz try to pay attention to which are dueling or 1v1.
advice: don’t cap points and try to farm points.
don’t attack at random, ask for a duel first.
when a duel starts it begins when both players have ended a /bow.
stay a good distance away from dueling players

I didn’t read any of the replies cuz you KNOW people gonna be trolling. just wanted to say I think that the devs are headed in the right direction with these changes. I don’t think I disliked the idea of any of them which is a first.

aimed for Sunrise and got it just a month ago after clocking in 1k hours. I guess my objective is achieved. Having said that, now the game holds nothing for me. Waiting on other MMOs like Blade and Soul to be released.

It counts as a loss on your rating. It will start counting as a loss by the next patch. April 30th at the latest.

Yeah, but that doesn’t discourage players from leaving if they see a losing match (that can actually be turned around). Something additional to that one loss needs to be done.

they need to set it up like dota where if you leave a match or dc you have 5 min to get back in or risk a penalty of low priority match que and lose out on the ability to gain rank glory and items

Wars are fine you guys cry just cause you can’t insta spam 100 blades anymore. Rifle wars are super high dps and when matched with a guard on point are very hard to kill I think skill lv and understanding of game mechanics is the issue here. Or pull out a hammer and smash people to death you can use a ton of gear just stop being bad and you will be fine.

Lol I am ranked like 410 in overall wins now I am not going to get into a kitten match with you guys but I have prolly won more matches than you have played. Instead of QQing on the forums maybe you should figure out what you have been doing wrong and fix it.

silent you are right and wrong. there ARE some viable builds left for wars. however lots of the things wrong with warriors prevent a lot of people from doing well with them. like the way melee wars get the kitten kited out of them and the fact that we have such kittening pitiful condi anything tht rolls condi can prolly kill us. the point is whatever VIABLE builds we have left, chances are another class does the same role but better because of the general problems the war has right now in pvp

Normal thief gameplay is justifiably godmode unfortunetly. They will be nerfed because of how OP they are. Hell, even begginer thieves can be devestating

P/P is fun and has extremely high single target from a distance. to me it all depend what your role in the group is, generally i am picking off targets one by one so its great for tht. if ure hammering the whole group id definitely say kittenbow is better tho

Just bumping. gL with team. I can play Necro, Ranger, and Guardian. Necro being my most successful class. currently rank 19. I started sPvP late but I have a HUGE understanding of sPvP, and I expect to be high on the charts in about 2-3 weeks. Maybe best necro in game? lol ill try!

O.O dude. meditation gaurds have 2 condi removals in their heals. and if u trait for virtue removing condi thts 3. with 1 on relatively short cooldown and the other reset by your elite. yes it can be overwhelmed but thats a pretty strong set of removal if u ask me.
