I’m a player that has been held back due to bad guilds & bad servers. It seems tough to find a good guild these days accepting new members. But I’m willing to give it a shot.

A little bit about me:
—Played since launch
—Held officer positions in several guilds
—Consider myself semi-hardcore
—Love WvW but need dungeons for the gear and progression
—Loyal
—Dedicated
—Fun & witty personality

What I’m looking for is a guild with lots of activity and a balance of dungeon runs and WvW guild runs. I’m willing to transfer servers. That is not an issue. I’m just tired of bad guilds and want a SERIOUS guild to call home.

Are any of your guilds recruiting for NA prime-time players? Semi-hardcore player here unhappy with current server & guild. I love WvW and play in it often. I also am looking for a group that runs dungeons regularly so I can outfit my characters in PVT gear to not be as squishy in WvW. Voice comms is a must along with friendly, helpful guild. I’ve unfortunately been held back in my game progression due to getting tricked into joining inferior guilds. Looking for the next evolution. Please hit me up if your guild is a fit. Hi there!

I’m seeing an active guild, hopefully on Northern Shiverpeaks, that loves to team together regularly, is helpful, participates in all aspects of game (PvE, WvW, sPvP) and uses voice comms primarily.

I’ve run into other guilds that claim to meet these basic qualifications…..yet quickly after joining the teaming stops, people turn to their cliques and others get left behind. I for one am tired of trying to find the right guild. I just want to play with a good group of folks that I can call family. A gaming family is what I seek.

As far as what I have to offer:
—Lots of hours of game play
—Preferable to teaming….even if just clearing a zone….much more fun with a group
—Voice comms friendly
—Devotion to guild (once I find the right one)
—Friendly personality
—Non noob – I have 4 level 80 characters

Please do not contact me in game unless that is something we both agree to at a specified time. It’s very distracting to be in the middle of a dungeon while getting whispers about a guild. LOL

SAnd totally rocks. Lots of activity, helpful and friendly members, excellent leaders. The best guild I’ve found. I consider myself lucky to be part of a wonderfully excited bunch of players. Give us a try……you won’t regret it.

Ok I seem to be having difficulty finding the right fit guild for me and hope there is a guild out there that considers itself an extended family.

I’m currently on Sanctum of Rall server but willing to transfer for the right guild.

The qualities I’m looking for includes:
—Considers quality over quantity of members
—Friendly, fun atmosphere among members
—Voice Comms
—PvE, sPvP & WvW oriented. I don’t like to limit my game play experience
—Regular weekly events centered around one of the above

My current guild has taken a direction that goes against my core values. This is a shame as I am the Co-GM of the guild (I’ve resigned due to this). So I’m looking for a permanent guild to call home.

We don’t have a guild, we have a family. Black Legion Mercenary Company might be a good fit for you. Strong member base with 12-35 people on at a given time. We are based on eastern time. We have events in PvE such as dungeons, raids in WvW, teams for sPvP running all the time. We use mumble for voice chat as it’s invaluable in running events. We have a laid back approach to things. While I enjoy PvP, I’m new to it in GW2. Does your guild assist those newer to the PvP side of things? I enjoy it….just totally different in GW2 then on previous games I’ve played. I’m currently on the Jade Quarry server and wish to stay there. I’m currently in a guild that doesn’t feel like home to me. A little too casual for my likes.

I’m looking for a guild that is social, friendly, helps others, has activities in all game aspects (PvE, PvP, WvW) and likes to team together if to do nothing more then renowed hearts quests and zone events. How are you helpful to new people to MMO’s? The majority of the people in your guild are already level 80.

I’m looking for a place to call home. A friendly social guild that lends itself to teaming with and helping members newer to traditional MMOs. I’ve played other games but they weren’t the traditional MMOs so the concepts in GW2 are a little new to me so I might have what appears to be noobish questions and require some hand holding. Right now I’m having a hard time finding people to team with/do things with as I’m running a lower level character. I’d like to find a guild that has the following:

1. Social & family orientated- uses voice (mumble, vent, etc)
2. Open to all players regardless of background
3. Helpful to new players to the game and MMOs
4. Covers all aspects of the game…PvE/sPvP/WvW
5. Active with guild activities.
6. Zero drama

What I have to offer:
1. Lots of dedicated game play time
2. Experience in organizing/leading guilds. Managing forums.
3. Loyalty
4. Dedication to doing my part to better a guild
5. Desire to learn and be a part of a gaming family

Actually we have new members transferring over regularly on a daily basis. They key is timing. It’s usually best first thing in the morning. Yes it’s a busy server with lots of activity. Ok I’ve tried 2 different guilds and neither fostered the environment I’m looking for. This will be my last attempt as it’s becoming quite frustrating.

Let me tell you about myself. I am new to the MMO world. I know some basics but some concepts are foreign to me. Along with the game I purchased a strategy guide to aid me along with using the wiki site. I have a lot of time to devote to this game….which equals influence to the right guild.

What I am looking for is a guild that is PvE focused, teams with lowbies, helpful and patient with new MMO folk. I’m tired of guilds with the most active people being higher level that never want to assist or team with a lowbie. Come on guys I’m clay…….moldable to be the player you want in your guild.

What I can’t offer in experience, I can make up for in time spent in game completing quests/events which boosts the guild along with loyalty.

What is the fastest/easiest way to level your character? I’m following my story line now and doing the side missions but my levels are moving at a snails pace. Anything more I can be doing or anything different I should be doing?

I’m a new to GW2 player coming from playing City of Heroes (which is closing) so I’m not entirely new to MMO games. However this game is quite a bit different.

I’m looking for a good, active & supportive guild to join. I live in the US and am on east coast time. I have plenty of time to devote to game play. I’m in my 30’s and a big geek when it comes to gaming & gadgets. I just want to be with a supportive group that helps it’s members with questions and the like and is active with events/activities.

I’m brand new to GW2 coming from City of Heroes (which is shutting down). I’m very confused and am hoping to find some help.

I’m currently playing as a human Guardian. It’s not that much fun and perhaps not a good choice for a first character. Melee seems very involved. Is there a better ranged option I should try out?

Also I’m confused on leveling. As I gain levels, what do I do to “skill up”? I’m a little confused on this one.

Basically any general help about what I’m supposed to do in game and such would be helpful.
