Support tried to close my open ticket on this today. I told them not until the issue is fixed. I urge everyone to open support tickets and force them to keep them open. Perhaps with a huge influx of trouble tickets for this bug will prompt somebody to do something.

Still no updated red post indicating any progress. This is pathetic.

No gem purchase and no HoT for me until this is fixed as well.

Imagine the experience of all the new influx of players from the last sale that are all plagued by this bug. People are starting to drop the game like hot potatoes. I know I will be soon if we continue to get the run around.

Where is there a red post on this? We need to know daily progress of what is being done to fix this problem. This is absolutely insane this bug has been going on for this long. People with this bug can’t do any activities with their guild. People are spending GEMS to transfer to join guilds of their liking only to be hit with the chat bug and can’t do squat with their chosen guild. I didn’t join multiple guilds. I only have 1 and it’s insane that you as a company is ok with the amount of time it takes to fix this GAME BREAKING bug. My patience is wearing thin and so is others. You’ll be loosing gem purchasing players very soon as this is a game breaking bug. Someone please provide some form of status, priority & eta asap.

Tried the work arounds and every possible scenario listed. I’m in 1 guild and 1 guild only and I can’t see or speak in guild chat. Done the whole quit, reinvite tricks and nothing that has been mentioned on this thread works.

Being partially deaf and not able to use voice comms well makes this game breaking for me. This needs to be a priority now and not “soon”. Please can someone get this fixed.

NoTY is a Darkhaven based WvW centric guild focused on scouting, sieging & havoc style roaming. The guild’s goal is to provide assistance to the larger guild groups running on the map by providing intel and “taking care of the small stuff”. The guild is tight knit, supportive & welcoming to all regardless of experience level. We like to think of it as a family. Builds, gear assistance & training is available to guild members. We also have some type of guild member buff (+magic find, +kill exp) running 24/7. Right now we only ask for 50% rep in WvW and that you join 3 raids once the schedule is worked out. Planning on late EU/early NA/NA time slots for raids so plenty of times you can join the group.

I am a veteran player having played since launch. I took a small break in between and have been back for a bit. Trying to find an active guild that has players that log in consistently.

The majority of my experience is in WvW. Yes I’ve commanded and all that stuff. But I’m open to PvX.

Looking for some help with a conditions shatter mesmer build for WvW. I’ve played power shatter before but unsure trait/gear wise a condi shatter setup would have. Trait wise was thinking 2/4/2/0/6. But that might not be optimal. I appreciate any assistance anyone can offer.

[NoTY] The Naughty Room is a small WvW focused family orientated guild on Fort Aspenwood. We are looking to build a team of individuals focused on running havoc groups, distraction, flipping camps, capping bloodlust & overall zerg support. Granted we sometimes accompany the main zerg when necessary, however we often like to roam separately.

~One level 80 fully geared to run on serious raid nights. Lower level alts ok on off nights.
~100% rep in WvW only. You can rep whoever you want for PvE
~Attend 2 raids per week. Daily raids begin between 7-8pm NA eastern
~Be respectful to fellow guildmates
~No immaturity, drama, trolling or general bs
~Must have access to teamspeak to at least listen
~Must be on the Fort Aspenwood server as we are a WvW focused guild

Overall we are a fun group that fosters friendship, team work & synergy with a casual approach.

It’s just that if your on an EU server you would never be able to participate with us on any guild events. That has caused some frustration with prior members. So we imposed that requirement.

The Naughty Room, a PvX NA guild on Fort Aspenwood, is actively recruiting new members. We are a tight knit newer guild looking to help others – especially those new to the game or returning after a long break. However any awesome people are welcome to join.

We are a newer guild but our upgrades are building out rather quickly. We have a private teamspeak server, forum website, veteran leadership, private guild arena, 24×7 guild buffs, PvX based activities, active community.

We can help you with any questions on all the changes, builds, dungeons, WvW, PvP, etc. If we don’t know the answer then we will find it together. We won’t leave you out in the cold.

We are casual guild but do have a few necessary rules/guidelines.

—Must be 18 or older.

—Must be on an NA server – this is due to some issues we’ve had coordinating events with megaserver. As long as your on an NA server it doesn’t matter which server your on unless you want to WvW with us. We are on Fort Aspenwood.

—Must have capability to use teamspeak voice comms to AT LEAST listen. There are certain instructions/directions for some events that simply require voice comms. Also explaining builds & skill rotations cannot be done via typed chat. We require you to log into teamspeak at least 1 time within 3 days of joining the guild. We love to help you in every way we can so please help us by being voice comm friendly.

—Must rep 100% except for personal guild banks. We are trying to build influence to get all our upgrades as fast as possible. Plus we are trying to build a community not a LFG. If you want to represent multiple guilds then we are not the guild for you.

—Absolute zero tolerance for ANY drama, racism, trolling, etc. We welcome everyone from all paths of life and we will not judge nor condemn you. We embrace diversity. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the guild.

—Active – must log in once a week to maintain membership. We like to keep the roster lean and mean with active people. Exceptions can be made by posting your extended leave status on the forum site.

I just wanted to thank you for helping those of us who have absolutely no idea how some aspects of GW2 works. I am a newbie to MMO’s and have managed to get my ranger leveled to 80 but have never run any dungeons or done anything other than run around the maps. I was hoping to find a guild that would not mind teaching from the very beginning. I know nothing about anything having to do with the the majority of the game including what gear to have or how I should “build” my character (basing this on other posts I have read) and would appreciate any help. I am currently on Emhry Bay but am willing to transfer if this works out well. I am on from 12am – 3am EST on M,T, Th, F and available all day on W, Sa, and Su. I am also willing to take advice and help on all of the different races and classes to help me become a more rounded player. I can only do in game chat or mail as I have no voice comms. Your welcome to join us and we can help as much as possible. However voice comms is going to be pretty much required to be effective at certain times. You don’t have to talk or have a mic. Just listen in. This is how we communicate dungeon strategies/directions, build & class discussion, WvW directions & everything pretty much. Sure we can chat some via chat channel but your seriously going to kitten your game play experience but not at least signing in to voice comms. We have people who just listen in. So if you have the capability to do that, I highly recommend you take advantage of that.

We have our magic find buff now running in addition to regular +xp buffs. Upgrades are being completed as fast as the system allows to allow us to be fully operational as fast as possible.

Last night we did an Arah Story run for a guild member who needed it to complete their personal story, completed some events and helped members learn their class and further develop their builds.
