Those back pieces are not the same. They were rewarded for just complete achievements. And after all, are pretty much to cover the lack of back pieces in game, since basically none exist in it.

Those potion are no armor pieces, are visual effects only, and was for ppl that really made a extra effort than just complete the achievements. Its kinda unfair give now for ppl farming champions bags in pavilions. The effort is largely different.

Either way, its my opinion.

no, for all the thing I don’t care that ante bring back, those potions are basically the unique its unfair give to players now. Collect all those tokens while Lions Arch was being destroyed is a unique chapter in the history of gw2.

Players that had been there should have this as a unique reward for being part of this episode.

More different rewards will come in time, let this piece unique for the effort made.

For ppl protecting afk’er, understand that I’m not saying you cant be afk. But be afk wifh Bad intents (Such be in mid of a event scaling it up, and doing nothing) is the worse sort of player ever.

I don’t need to play harder to other player earn the rewards. This is horrible. That why I ask for a report for bad behavior. If ppl starting get banned for 1-2 weeks for this sort of behavior, then maybe they stop doing this.

About the number 3, work pretty well in all games I’ve experienced. Why would’nt work here?

1 – Map quee system. (Its really frustrating when you keep trying over 30 minutes to get in a map, and then someone get in his first try.

2 -Report Improve the timer/Values to kick due inactivity for afk’ers. At least while in active events. (in sanctum sprint you are messaged to be kicked after likely 15 secs inactive). (Or report due to inappropriate behavior, since months the community is working for leechers that stay afk getting rewarded for the work of others)

3 – Increasing returns on RNG systems. (Like mentioned before in other topics, works well in other gamers. Then, ppl that keep not getting luck in rare drops, will eventually get better luck until drop. Just will take longer than other ppl. As much you play without rewards, you should end up receiving the goodie. Endless farm without ever get rewarded the thing you want is frustrating.)

It happens when someone has just entered on arena. The npc will then not accept (Probably becaus its computing the entering of the other guy). Just need to wait for 3 secs in a max.

Seens like so. Maybe they just made something like : Lets put the players to burn down stocked chances, and after it we improve for real the chances.

Knows whats drive me more mad? I just logged into my charr to open my 340 remaining chances, and got another favor and one toxic hybrid. Then, my game crashed… Think what? Just when relogged, I’ve lost it all again. got the chances back, but only trash jumped out of it.

Its so lame, that even when I get to drop one mini at least, my game crash and it reset the chances..

Just posting to anet knows, how good rng without increasing returns “Works”.

Actually someone is still dropping them, but it’s too rare to be just a recipe like other we have in the game. They only have to make it more common…

Can you confirm that even 1 single person dropped it? I would doubt a lot that someone dropped and would not sell to the ofer of 1500g. Only one has been sold so far, and has been solf for 999g.

That offer of 1500g is there since a while. I yet need a single person coming here to prove that they are still dropping. 3 avaiable in a pot of 5kk + opened chances? This makes that if anytime anet decide to put legendary backpieces in the game, this item will be pointless then.

I wanted to suggest that the returning periodically events currencys (Such as festival tokens, queens gauntlets or others similiars) were integrated into the wallet system. They would also being the same from year to year, so ppl don’t get to destroy old currencys (Such as fortune scraps remaining in less than 10).

I’ve seen thi in other game and it works well, and since we already have the wallet sytem in-game, I think its a good idea.

As far we know, the only recipes dropped so far, was the ones got within first hours of the festival got up. Other than that, no word of drop yet. We have 2 at tp at 2,5k gold, probably some lucky guys got in first hours and have hold until now.

The guy come to forums ask for a way to break game mechanics. Thoses guys of these days…

PS: Probably your friend has participated into one of the events, and then got rewarded at the end of the event. Simple as that.

Pretty much, when you run to gauntlets before events finish, it reset your participationc count.

Nope, I was in a clean overflow, just burning my tickets at a desert guntlet.

This happened likely after my 6th sucesfull run. And happened again 3 times after in variated periods.

Hi, seens like the gambit “Crowd favorite” is activating alone sometimes. I noticed its is gettin on after I do some 5 gambits runs (Agains hammerfell, and against Tyre).

As you can see on screenshot, the gambit is not activated, and I’m battling with both bosses.

I hope they’ve bringed back 2-week release, with 4 week duration for each content. If that not the case, then its just another reason to kill gw2 slowly.

It is not bugged, i’ve seen it on TP 2 times, one for 999g and another for 2000g, plus the 1500g and 1999g offers were gone.

The drop rate it’s meant to be this low, that’s all.

As I said, the only drops we’ve seen so far, was the ones that dopped within the first hours before pos patch fixes. Ppl are saying that the patch fixes have bugged the drops, if that the case, some ppl will just have from the first hour they dropped, and no one else will be seen.

I think everyone agrees at this point that chaos of lyssa recipe got bugged in drop rate. Thats no way that ppl are opening over 1k chances, and so far only 3 know guys had got it dropped;

PS: Those guys dropped pre-2nd fix patch build. So, probably something got wrong and bugged at the 2nd drop.

Also, if you don’t wanna mess up the market, just give us the chance to get one acc bound recipe for something like 5k festival tokens. I’m up to farm tokens if it gives me the oportunity to get the recipe. Its one of the most well made backpieces so far made, and no one will have it this way.

Just to give you guys a feedback:

This has been really great! I loved sky crystals last time, but this master sky crystals makes the things go to another level! It has been a lot of fun chasing and trying to figure out how to get all 10. Nicely made.

The only thing that sucks is the lightning aspect, that bugs a lot such throw yourself 15 feets away from target, or auto target the points. Other that that, ty for this!

I really wish to get both tonic and Mini panda, But since we only get one favor of festival, I’m stuck at RNG to get another one. Can’t it be sellable at TP or something? I have got around of 30 gold runs into boss blitz, 200 gauntlets chances and 20 events in zephyr zanctum along with 50+ mini games runs without a single festival favor. And I need one of each to get the exchange one

Seens like the prices get up.

Yesterday, I was getting 100 boxes per 4g. This would make all those 5688 boxes for a total of 225 G or so. Wich convertion are you using? If I remember right, I used iron convertion, since it only need 14 I think for the 10 boxes.

And yeah, the drop rates sucks a lot. I’ve opened 500 boxes on my first day, almosr only stupid Quartz, and around of 40-50 uselesss recipes.

You are farming armored scales in the wrong place . I get 5 armored per 5-10 minutes in other place.

PS: I have 200% MF base, and run buffs, yeah.

Rewards pretty much consist in 6-8 champion bags, 15 gauntlet tickets, 45 festival tokens.

This is kinda hard to believe. 2500 shards means only 25 exchanges. Every exchange is ONLY ONE equipment. so, its surely not a “huge load” of greens. And it does not gives minis, so you probably is misunderstanding what we are talking about here.

And if really, in 25 tries, you got 3 exos, and 6 rares at all : Go play lotto. You probably are the luckiest guy in all over the planet.

We’ve done quite a lot times in a row of “Golds”.

We always use 6cmder tags, and split up 12-13 ppl per boss. Get they all down to 5%, and then kill all at same time.

Bam, done. Ts Apreciated to coordinate.

I actually think its is about as good as mari haha. Ppl just don’t learned how to play other way than deahless zerg .

First of all : if everyone in map donate 1s, you will still pretty mcuh activate it.
Then, the bosses mechanics :
Stampedes : Dudes, this is the most fun and perfect fight ever. Stampedes have been such a really smart design to make ppl don’t go afk attacking.
Ogre hawks : Another great design : Your group need to KNOW what they are doing. if they just autoattack headless, they will kill thenselves (So funny hahaha).
BoomBoom you need to take care of turrets, The destroyer you need to watch your step and be aware of the fir burrows, and even the Flame legion guy have a entire enviromental area. Pirate is the most casual one, buts its is still good for new players.

So, all bosses have his own and nice mechanics, and as if it was not enough, ppl need to learn how to organizate up to beat’em all together, so they don’t x’fer up their elite skills to each other.

Rewards? I really think the fun is very rewarding, but either way you still get a lot of goodies at gold reward. Well, I agree, they could be better, but this game never have been about rewards in hard contents at all.

PS: Zerkers are not the only and the best way to do it. Condis are awesome at boom boom, and tankers also very good at pirate.

I’m not sure if its about this that OP is talking, but I keep getting “Falling” damage on some cliffs sliding.I mean, walkinf trough a ramp road and getting falling damage.

Exaclty how we had get damage in the stair at tower of nightmares. I think it is some sort of bug, but it terrible when yo have to stop in middle of a road to recover your health and then can keep going trough it.

Guys, if you dislike a content, don’t blame devs for the things that you own disagree (Or can’t do). if it is a challenge to evade every one-shot attack, then let it be! If it is a challenge to memorize the pattern of attacks, well, that is a challenge!

It was a boss designed to be beaten by only 10% of community, what you guys call of “Bugs” was there just to increase the dificulty overall.

Pretty much, no sense bring back crown pavillion, if no events there. And also, every game need regularly events with high loots to balance economy. The way that economy is atm that is broken, precursors at 1000g, Gold to gem ratio at 1g for 9-10gems , T6 mats at 30-40s.

What’s so special about Liadri? she was a boss made specially for certain classes. I did it second run on my zerker warrior…then i overfarmed her. Easiest boss ever for a zerker warrior. Try it with other classes and things get complicated really fast.

A good boss is not a boss that’s hand-tailored for a select few classes. A good boss is one that all classes have difficulties to beat and have to come up with strategies.

I know a bunch of full zerk warriors that have not been able to beat she . Also, I’ve beat her with my ele, and as far I know, the overall thinkning was that mesmer was the best profession to beat dat boss
