Oh, I’m so happy to hear this . I’ve found a thread where they are saying that ranks were going to be removed, and some ppl confirmed and I believed. So, they officially changed it? NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICEEEEEE !!!!!!

I’ve just knew about the removal of the current pvp ranks .

I’m really against it, But I want to know : Why are you removing that? I’ve just started playing pvp, and discovered that its a lot of fun grind for the ranks in order to unlock the animal finishers.

But then, it’ll be suddenly removed from me. I mean, the part that I find most fun in the whole pvp will be just removed. Can’t implement the new ladder system without removing it? :S

Also, if rank system are going to be removes, will the animal finishers be avaiable in the ladder system? I want a dragon finihser, and I’ve been working kitten it since I started pvp’ing

I’m keeping have this problem lately. But As soon I run Spotflux, my the game allow me to connect again (It ask me to authenticate login again, but that’s fine).

Also, an advice : This is that sort of program that come together with some “Trash” program. You can avoid the trash program declining when asked to install it. Only need to install the Spotflux itself.

Yeah, I know that have case and cases.

But in some cases (Most likely the ones that the player look for a Corner to hide) its too much visible the bad intention of ht eplayer.

Into the PVP match I’ve mentioned, that player has got to the far corner (Where no one goes), and just sat down there. The whole match. Is just such a crap that my team couldn’t report him due to a lack of report option for the case.

Hi Anet team.

Something is really boring a lot of players including me recently. In the events such as LA, a lot have been hiding around afk’ing in order to get free loot, and that make the event harder to players really making the event. I think you know about that because of the tons of threads about it.

But its not only on there. On PVP, TPVP, World Bosses, LS events, Some Dungeon runs, FOTM, Activities, and such a lot of other contents this keep happening.

I’ve just got out of a TPVP match where a guy was just sat afk while the rest of team was working hard. We lost from 500x 460. I mean.. we probably would had won if we don’t got that afker.

But if we Try to report him, we can’t! Because dont have any right report option, and false report can make the reporter be punished.

I know that PVP and activities have the kick option after some time away, but its too easy to a player glitch it.

Can you put an appropriate Report option to players breaking game mechanics, and also disturbing other players game?

I’m impressed with the number of threads about this problem on net, and yet not solved.

I’ve attached the test on this post, and here What I’ve tried so far :

Reset computer (Dãa)
Type on Cmd.exe “netsh winsock reset catalog”
Run MSCONFIG and disable everything.

Restart computer again.

Turn off, and on again.

Keep the same problem, the download screen stuck at 0kb( 0 kb/s) and after a time it says connection errors detected.

Any help? =(

Hi, any server still trying this? I’m trying straight since it was fixed doing all day runs I could, and Now on weekend has been 12 straight hours attempting without sucess.

Novaan, its not about “us failing in our challenge”. Its not a player challenge. Its just a question of luck, or oyu get a miracle try, or you will not achiev.

Agreed with op. An achiev that will be impossible to 90% of player base, because it nod dependent on the player skill.

And also, no one is even trying it anymore because its bugged. So, for a player like me that only play at weekends, I’ll probably never see a sucessul attempt, since in next weekend most of player will be out of the event, or will already had got the achiev.

Its not a fair achievment, since various factors (Like the bugs, or the change in boss mechanics, or the guys that got without doing the right way too ).

Running combat tab, looking carefouly to all messages, Attacking all holos.

The only hit I got is the scarlet push (That is not a holo attack).

8 Times.. 8 TIMES! . Is the number of tries I’ve did, and no achiev yet.

Also, I know that in the recent patch the laser outside the boss count agains achiev too, I’m aware of this, and sure that I’ve not been hit by those.

Hi, can you help me?

I was playing yesterday gw2 when my internet fell (For around of 1-2 minutes). Gw2 has then been on a total white screen and I need to close pressing alt+f4.

Since then, I can’t acess the game anymore, the download client stuck into the white screen saying 0kb (0kb/s).

Then, after some time a red phrase appear saying:
“Connection error(s) detected.. Retrying..”

I’ve tried everything since yesterday, reboot, run as admin, delete the local.dat file and reboot, and almost everything I found on web. Nothing works.

Please, can someone help me? I want to play ..

What is totally blame . I did what Achiev Requires to do. Don’t got hit by any laser, and don’t hist any holo without the right attunement. Then, I get one-shotted by a non-blockable laser and lost all my chances. lol

Did you read my post? I’ve done Every achiev since start of game. This means, that achievs mean a lot for me. And also, means a lot for a lot of players.

NO, I’ve not be hit or step ontop of laser at start of fight. Completely sure about. Running Battle chat also to confirm.

Please Anet, hear what players have been claiming since the first achievments patches you did. Don’t put Achievments that are embased on luck, or the ones that can just bug too easy.

-6 Minutes to knightfall : This is definitely NOT a “Achievment”. I mean.. don’t depend on me, depend on my luck to be on a server with 100 good ppl with decent dps. I didn’t come even close until now (And I ave really little time to play also).

-Holo (2nd fight) achievments – In tune, and no more tricks had just made me burn out. I’m running the battle chat to make sure that I am not got hit By the laser, and Be even more sure that I didn’t hit any holo without attunement.

All fight did, escaping and running, and killing and all of these. What did I get? NO achiev. I hear its because you can’t get downed, SO PLEASE : Don’t make those final lasers knock you down with 1-hit (And you can’t dodge, or block it). As a ele, the only effective skill I got is Mist form.

so, should I just make as the lazy players do? Stack on a safe spot and let the rest of players do the work?

I’ve did every achievment since start of game, but RNG achievments, or non-player dependent achievs are bunrning me since ever.

Not fixes as promised a couple weeks ago. A dev said it was going to be fixed in next patch, continue bugged at 9/10 with all achievments done

So, a lot of we aren’t able to complete the meta wurm achiev, because with the change that you made to only 5 barrels at cobalt, we got the achiev automatically, but it does not counts towards wurm meta.

So.. do anyone knows WHAT IS THIS? a unique house in LA is covered and protected by a giant asura bubble that don’t allow anyone trespass. What is it? =)

Since last patch I’ve been noticing this. Checked with more ppl, and more are experiencing the same issue.

Not all that bad. We all know that by the time of WxW season 1, we lose real large guilds, and with that, the server got a little less populated. But seriously, we always get overflows at main events (Such as karka, kitten,jormag and LS events. At least at reset timer).

Also, we won the last 3 or 4 WxW matchups, and we are going to win this week again I think.

Dragonbrand is getting more guilds lately, and its a good server to play.

If mari is your unique reason… pfft. Even Blackgate, sea of sorrows and Tarnished coast are not getting ppl all times now. Mari time has passed, its normal after the 2 weeks it has been happening at each 2 hours.

Well.. I can easily get a lv80 in 1 minute =). (scroll to lv20 + 60tomes of knowledge).

Jk, but serisouly, i can get around of 4-5 tomes per hour on PVP e_e. So.. half of your time to get a full lv 80, even without the scroll to lv20.

But correct me if I am wrong… Factions was not a upgrade to the original? =P . So.. this is not a thing missing from the “Original”, is a thing missing from a expansion.

You can not taxi to Desolation main map if you are on overflow and not from Desolation yourself. Stop spreading false ideas..

Anen.. the reason of you can’t get the “Join” option, is because you are NA, and Deso is EU. Not because you can’t join on main.

You can yes join on main if you are in any overflow, and guested to the main you want to be.
