Good fights so far on all borderlands during NA/Oceanic Primetime.
Of course , BG win’s Euro but touche we each have strengths and weaknesses.

I do think their is a difference though. In open field combat many times one team is not properly ready to face the other team. What i was proposing was two teams ready to face each other and there is no “surprise” on the other team. Only coordination and knowing how to use your character and what skill combo’s to use with your team mates will win that battle.

I’ll agree to your 1v1, bring whoever you want. If we win, I’d enjoy a 15v15. Hopefully, you see what I am saying. Pick a time and a borderlands. Evening EST works best for us.

Fine, that works with me. I personally am not good at 1v1 or 5v5, however, I do have a few sPvPer’s that would love your challenge.

If you want a 10 v 10 we can do that to. I don’t really care lol.

I personally don’t think 15-20 vs 15-20 is into zerg territory. If you look at all the Tier 1 GvG (WvW) matchups going on, it’s the same set up. As long as the numbers are same, and you have an organized team.

Both teams would stand several feet away from each other, then start combat when the countdown hits 0. It’s not really zerging if you know who your opponent is and can see them visibly…

We could GvG since the mumble crowd is basically one giant guild anyway. Just handpick 15 players or whatever.

What I’m not going to do is burn out any longer doing ridiculous 12 hour defense against endless waves of Kaineng players only to leave and make a sandwich, come back and find Kaineng on East Keep Lord Room. Its just stupid. Theres always 50+ Kaineng players in our borderland, every minute of every hour of every day this weekend.

Yeah sure I’m down for a 20v20.

We can either have a Sunday night-fight. Or, we can fight during the week.
This isn’t for reputation or glory, just want to add some extra spice to the game.

As Thursday begins the 2nd to last day fighting CD and YB begins. It’s definitely been an interesting week and I’ve learned a few more tactics from you guys as I’ve watched you play. On [CO]‘s behalf I would like to apologize you about this “unfair” competition. If we were in your shoes it wouldn’t be too much fun either. I was reading up on the Prince Jarvan death sentencing and I want you to know RISE and CO are friends. We share our Teamspeak with them. As fun as your bounty was, I promise you KoMe, I’m coming for you and will kill you, my hammer through your skull, and your rotting corpse at my feet >:D

Everyone should try to be respectful of each other on these forums. No matter what we do , there will always a few that talk down on other servers. I don’t know. Perhaps they think they are all that or that they get “off” on talking smack. Just enjoy the game, fight your hardest, and enjoy good combat (losing or winning). Right now, we all know that servers are imbalanced due to the free server transfers. In two – three weeks there will be new updates and more balance between servers as many servers adjust to their appropriate tier. Keep your chin up guys

Hey guys this is the commander of Cryptic Omen [CO] on Kaineng. I want to commend Yaks Bend and Crystal Desert for putting a strong fight at the reset. I went in there thinking there would not be much competition and frankly, I thought we would own the map in 2 hours. Now, this experience has been humbling for me and I do really respect CD and YB. For the first two-three hours you guys played the supply game very well and had us on heavy pressure on Kaineng Borderlands. We had to choose which two keeps we wanted and from the beginning we wanted to hold Garrison and Hills for most of the reset until our Oceanics would come online. Once we managed to regain our supply lines , we made a push for NE Tower, cleared it, then moved to set up defensive siege in both. We got the wall down in hills soon after and were pushing in to the inner courtyard. You guys had 20-30 guys in the tunnel to inner and 3-4 ballistas set up. We quickly created a superior arrow cart outside the wall to aim inside. After taking out the ballistas our teams swept in for the capture. This was probably my favorite fight I’ve had in a month.

Thank you CD and YB for the great fight so far. Let’s keep up the sportsmanship throughout the week with a diehard attitude!

Hello, this is Mayoken , commander of [CaLM] on SBI. I’ve read the last few pages and some of what I have been reading is the same nonsense you will find in these sort of posts by an insignificant representation of the general SBI mentality. When Before The Storm is in WvW with Cosian from SENT , or Jedbacca from SF, or Cohh from CRNG, or Culebra from UDL, we do take advantage of every opportunity we can attain in WvW to gain the upper hand.

If you think for a second that we do not double team intentionally then you are wrong.
As long as SBI is not cheating all tactics are valid.

When I see a BG Keep being attacked by JQ in the South, I’m going to push my guild in from the north to minimize the defenses BG has for its keep or to block reinforcements. These are all valid tactics and the commanders behind them are using their brains. Speaking of tactics, none of us were ready for BG turtle, the commanders on SBI had multiple conversations and check-ins to discuss counters, good move BG.

I’m very proud of how far SBI has come and that [CaLM] has been here since Day 1. We’ve bounced back and claimed victory in Tier 1 two weeks in a row. Let’s keep it up for this upcoming week. Cheers, see you on the battlefield!

I will elect myself however I don’t think there is a best in SBI.
There are several very competent commanders I respect each one.

I like the way it is. I’m from SBI and we fought ET and HoD for over 2 hours in Stonemist.. had to be about 3 or 4 hours. Yes, they do need to fix the rendering issue as it is on our end and yours. Additionally, the skill lag gets so insane nobody can properly use their skills. Lastly, teams of guardians can run up and pop sanctuary in a time order and res the lord w/o being hurt. It’s called a strategy. Of course when HoD were blocking us at our spawn not letting us run to SM you guys took Stonemist.
So, maybe use strategy in the first place vs battling headstrong?
