Guild Wars 2

I applied 6 Superior Runes of Speed to my gear yesterday. The 6 piece set bonus is +7% move speed while using swiftness.

It does NOT appear to be working on my engineer as I was running side by side with my entire group while the group was keeping up group swiftness for multiple consecutive minutes (rotating war horns) and I did not detect any measurable increase in my speed.

I also did not see any increase in speed from self- swiftness when using speedy kits, or swiftness from med-kit. I did not test swiftness from elixir b.

I put a ticket in but haven’t received a response yet.

Has anyone else noticed this. I did a search and nothing came up.

I’m just wondering what, if anything, is being done about the WvW queues. I purchased the game specifically for the WvW aspect, and with current IRL restraints I only have a couple of hours that I am able to play each night after work. On my server (Jade Quarry) during peak prime-time hours it may take anywhere between 1-3 hours to get into WvW if at all.

So my question is, has anything been said by ANET about potentially increasing the number of players that will be allowed into WvW at any given moment? I read through the most recent update and didn’t see anything.

Just trying to figure out if my guild needs to consider a server move.
