Guild Wars 2

So far I have received one item I could use from a chest. everything else was items that were for a different class. my favorite I got the same helmet twice. Well as said before at least you can salvage it

I wonder if we should /bug it when one breaks. as I level I am finding more and more of these and it is getting annoying.

I wonder what what those that want more want? In the old days of air warrior we played so our side could win. Sure you got a point score but when the map reset everyone started at zero. Someone with 100 points was just as deadly as someone with 10,000 as we all had access to the same planes/equipment. We paid to be entertained and to have bragging rights.

So what would you guys want? do you need a score, a title or do you need to get better gear so you can dominate those that are just starting, not because of skill but because of gear?

I am not being sarcastic I am trying to better understand.

I feel Guild War 2 is a MMO lite. I love it I never feel like I am falling to far behind and that I can never do things with my friends because our levels are just to far apart. WvWvW is PVP how I like it and once again I can do it with my friends as we do not need to be any specific level.

I like this so much I even bought 2 more copies for my kids. I have never done that with ANY other MMO.

I have wondered this as well

To me the point is simple, I love to kill the mean warrior that wanted to kill me. to track and take down that nasty rogue or to nuke that guy at the gate. The point to WvWvW is to take what the other guys got and you have to kill them to get that.

If I want ranking I guess I would join the tournaments but that is not for me. open WvWvW with objectives, that is what I like.

Currently I am only allowed to sell 3 items at a time. Is there a way of listing more? If not I can understand with all the player listing things at 1c above vendor price.

Side note: I often think it is funny when I go to list an item and seem that the lowest price is 1c above vendor and there are already1000+ listing to sell that item.

Mine tip usually says blinds for X secs will miss next attack. So my thought is that if during that X seconds they attack they will miss.

This is just an observation from my game play though

Good post. I had the hardest time with skills like these until I found the target dummies in lion’s arch. There I can practice on them without fear of being overwhelmed. This is the same thing you have to do with the underwater net skill. Fire it then press the skill a second time to deploy where you want it.

Trading post seems to be giving me free silver. I have sold items on the trading post but I started to notice that my items have not sold and I still have money waiting for me to pick up. right now I have had 2 dyes up in the TP for 3 days now and magically I got 4 silver and few copper. My items did not sell but I got money none the less.

It happens on my defender all the time however it have never happened on my engineer. When it does happen I have to switch targets or kill the current target where my auto attack broke.

Yeah I do find this to be annoying.

Flame blast works . it took me a bit to get down and now I am a killer with it. You have to be at range about 500-600, to usE it otherwise it just seems to fly through the enemy you are fighting. So think of it as having a minimum range. Now is that correct I do not know. And as stated in another post if you fire it at wall, the wall will suck it up.

3 ( this isn’t a engy specific bug but it kinda always shows up and is annoying) some skills that don’t really have a cast time can be easily interrupted by just moving or jumping which is annoying to say the least when you waste a cooldown- this may be intended however so i can’t say for sure :P

Also not a bug more of a request, since the elementalist can “dodge” falling damage by using the ride the lightning skill form the daggers Rocket boots should do the same

[edit] Also i don’t know if it’s intended or not but shouldn’t weapon sigils that add a buff per kill such as +5 condition per kill or whatever, work on weapon kits as well?

Not sure if this is a bug but it seems as one. In WvW flame jet from the flame thrower can shoot through the gates and he players on the other side. You can use this to prevent players from setting up battering rams and such.
