So much fun last night in CDBL. I don’t know if it’s ever seen so much action outside of reset. Hope you liked our welcoming party CNB! Seriously though, you guys are relentless! Certainly know how to keep up the pressure. Luckily we has some awesome scouting and response across the maps last night.

Ah well, learned a lot more about playing my new shatter mez than i would have killing random pve heroes completing their dailys. Did have a couple of fun group fights towards the end of the night there.

Have a feeling it’s going to be a rough week for us solo roamers. Ah well, I have a bad habit of picking fights that aren’t in my favor anyway. No risk, no reward! ;P

Keep it on the down-low, but you Dragon-B’s are actually pretty cool. Had a lot of fun fights skirmishes, some good duels, and talked to some pretty cool individuals.

The GvG’s have also been a blast to watch, you’re all making me miss participating in them!

We’ve taken your word for it, but you have to see it from our angle. It’s a little suspicious when you have someone from an enemy guild standing around in your borderland while their guildies try to take your towers. You could be relaying every word and movement to them and all we have is your word that you’re not.

I encourage you to find a guild on CD if you’re gonna stick around. We have some awesome guilds and lovely people. We’d also enjoy having you around wvw and I hope tonight didn’t turn you off to it! We have a blast and it’s an awesome way to get involved in the server’s community.

Sure, we could let you take the camp and then get picked off trying to get to hills. But, that didn’t sound quite as fun.

Not trying to argue with you here. You guys obviously wanted to defend the camp but rather than us waiting for you guys to give up suiciding, we decided to build an AC for fun since you guys kept trying to build AC’s.

Also, you had other options since Hills had 0 supplies, and our forces were either in Hills or at the camp, you could have ran supply to siege up Hills for a last stand. No one would have stopped your forces heading towards Hills since we were all occupied.

Yeah, you kind of are trying to argue, but a group of us tried that only to run into a handful outside south gate. And had we not been at camp you wouldn’t have been occupied regardless…

But hey, we’re saying the same thing in the end, and that’s that you’re large guild group set up a superior ac to farm a small pug group. You guys think that’s cool, we don’t think it’s that cool. That’s about all there is to it.

Well, I’d like to say hi to all the Dragonbranders chasing a little engi around their keep in EB all night. Thanks for the good time. Catch ya again soon. Not quite as good as the Mags, who hold hands whenever they cross the street, but still pretty impressive!

Time to break out the [Flask of Special Reserve Blood Whiskey] and reminisce on some hard fought battles. Kaineng and the Yaks both had me worried in the last 24 hours, with some of the most brutal onslaughts we’ve seen recently. But, in the end, Crystal Desert showed that slow and steady wins the race. Whew, loving the challenge! At the same time, kind of hoping we’ll get a break from fighting you guys this week so I can relax a little bit.

Some guys from Kaineng are seriously lacking in manners – today i died during camp defense in our borderlands and someone vomitted repeatedly onto the corpse of my character. Didn’t even know one could do that. It was a Charr, so it didn’t surprise me that much. And you remove your corpses afap because you seem to be afraid to be treated in a similar disrespectful manner. I would post the guild tag here, but instead i will just treat every Kaineng the same way. You got no honor.

Thats bad, I am from Kaineng. Which guild was it ? I have also been made fun on few occasions. So we shouldnt really take it personally.. cant help it you see.. Some people are like that.

Yeah, I’ve seen quite a bit of this from Kaineng too. So much that I’ve started taking SSs.(although I don’t know why) Obviously it doesn’t represent the server as a whole. I’m just chiming in for awareness.

I don’t really see it from YB so much other than the odd ball troll that every server has.

FWIW, I know CDers do it too. If it makes anyone feel better, I (and others) have told teammates to stop when they do stuff like that. Often times it just takes one person to say ‘dont do that’ and then others will speak up too with “yeah that’s not cool” or “real soldiers don’t need to gloat”(my personal favorite). So they do (sometimes) get chastised by teammates behind the scenes.

Great match up though. Keep at it everyone, this is the fun that WvW is all about.

What do you mean I refused to duel? I was sitting in your keep for half an hour. You’d come in pop your thieves, then run back to your guards when below 30%… rinse, repeat. That’s all I was trying to do.

No, burning is normal. So is everything else as far as i can tell. Unless you’re doing something different. Burning should be 600-800 or so with condition damage.

Yeah, that’s not new I’m afraid. Just really unreliable and easy to counter in general. There has to be something else going on though… I haven’t seen it again though. Just the one death to a mesmer in 3 seconds solely to confusion damage. Maybe it was stealth patched real quickly.

I’m referring to when he died. Not positive he was playing engi at that point. Thinking that maybe some skill (grenades for example) are now taking extra damage (i.e. a hit of confusion for each nade.)

Like I said, has to be a mesmer only issue. Tied to something in particular. 18k confusion damage in seconds. Mesmers have never had anywhere near this level of confusion damage.

My confusion seems to be hitting for the regular amount… eh, hmm.

No, it’s not engi. Just tested it. Went up against a mesmer who dropped me in seconds for a total of 18k confusion damage. Didn’t even have time to see the number of stacks. Must be some new mesmer bug, imo.
