Guild Wars 2

Been asking around in player help forum and I’ve gotten mixed reviews and comments about Necromancers. A lot are saying Necromancers are bad, some say people just don’t know how to use Necromancers and some also say Necromancers are overpowered.

So here are my questions…

1. Are necromancers worth getting to level 80? So far I’m having fun leveling my Necromancer but I just don’t want to spend so much time getting to 80 and then learning that the class isn’t good in PvE and PvP.

2. If Necromancers are bad why hasn’t Arenanet done anything about it? It’s been months since the release of Guild Wars 2. Is it because Guild Wars 2 is Free-to-play?

Wait I’m confused… it went from 3 silver to 50g? Or 3s 50c?

I love the idea of being a Necromancer, but lately I’ve been reading the necromancer forums here and I was just wondering if Necromancers are really that bad compared to other classes when it comes to PvE and PvP?

Right now I’m leveling my Necromancer and I’m having fun with him, but I know that Leveling and Endgame is very different, I just don’t want to be disappointed when I reach max level and have to reroll as another class.

1. What’s the maximum height for all races?

2. What’s the minimum height for all races?

3. How much height is added or loss when you move the bar 1 tick up and or down?

Hello I’m new to Guild Wars 2. I’m really looking for a spellsword build because I love to use a sword and be able to use magic and it looks like Mesmer will be the class for me. So I’m just wondering if a sword/sword build is viable in PvE and PvP?
