This is the first time I’ve attempted to buy gems since the switch-over to the new card transactions processing type. I am entering the exact details I have to make successful gem purchases in the past.

Has anyone else had an issue with it saying a UK Visa number is wrong?

No, it’s not being declined by my bank. The error clearly says incorrect card number so is an issue on A’net’s side.

Gift delivery is based on gems you purchase and gem codes you redeem between 12:01 AM December 1 and 11:59 PM December 31 PST.

Since the latest update my gem store has been completely broken. I spent an hour fighting with it to actually display ANYTHING on the store, after that finally worked I still couldn’t purchase gems or redeem a code. When I click on either option it gives me a blank pop up box, no amount of reseting the game, computer or my internet has solved the issue Ive been sitting waiting for it to load for the past 15 mins and still nothing, not even an error code.

Anyone else got this issue?

EDIT: Thats ment to be “Cant” in the title, AUTOCORRREEECCCCTTTTTT!

You can use the skin as many times as you want, but after the first use you will need a Transmutation Stone or Transmutation Crystal to apply it to another item. Or, as Tomoyo pointed out, you can use a Transmutation Splitter to get the original items back. Once used however, the skin will no longer be tradable, even if you use a Transmutation Splitter. Hope this helps!

Awesome, thanks for the fix, unfortunately gem store is completely inaccessible to some or most of us atm. Some people get a long loading screen for it, I on the other hand, rarely get a load circle at all, just straight to blank page.

Can you please provide additional details to help us with this debugging? It doesn’t occur with all players, and we’d love to help track down what could be causing this. Things that will help the team are dates of when you last could connect, when you noticed you couldn’t, if you get an error or just a blank page, anything about your system that might be relevant (mac vs pc too), and things you’ve done during your self-debugging.

Yes, we have put the trading post into maintenance mode after receiving posts that more than just Yuta were having the issue with the inventory display.

I don’t have an ETA yet, but I will update this thread when we’re bringing the system back online.

There’s another issue now. When you right click an item and choose the “sell at trading post” option, the trade post opens but doesn’t sell your item.

Do you mean that when you right click to sell from your inventory, the Sell panel opens, but that it doesn’t automatically select the item in your sell preview window? If so, this is known and also being investigated.

Usually when I right click an item in inventory to sell on the TP, I get that item’s sell screen with the selling options such as Match Lowest Seller. Today I and a guildie have noticed that instead it goes to Sell My Stuff and I have to then click the individual item (after scanning down the list for it) to get to the actual sell page.

Is this intentional anti botting or is it an error?

We are aware of this change to behavior and are investigating this issue further. I don’t have an ETA, but I wanted to give you an update.

1. Close Guild Wars 2.
2. Click the Windows start button.
3. Search for temp
4. Find any gw2cache folders and delete them.

Try it now.

If you have specific items you can’t sell / buy / or cancel please post the name, level, and rarity of the item.

*If you’re missing items or coins in your pick-up tab
First check my transactions to see if the trade actually occured yet.
*Second pick up the results of any earlier trades sitting in your pick-up tab first.. There is a maximum that can be displayed and any trades that happen after that won’t show up till you pick up the earlier ones.

Other problems: Details are helpful, Item Name , Level, and rarity. When the trade was posted. When the problem started

Southsun Cove will remain an explorable land after the weekend event concludes. During the weekend it has dynamic level adjustment to bump players to level 80, afterwards this will just be a set level 80 zone.

This is a quote from their page on lost shores on the home page. New crafting resources, plural, but the only new crafting resource I am seeing is for cooking, and its level 50 passion fruits. Is that it or is there a new type of ore node or logs? I feel like I was led to believe there would be more than that. Perhaps new crafting recipes for weaponsmith using new ores or logs, but just passion fruit is that it? Thats a bit disappointing really. It also says learn new recipes, what new recipes? The ones for cooking using a lvl 50 passionfruit? Is that it?

Yeah feeling just a little let down tbh.
