This is pretty much the build I am currently using. Sure you do not kill things as fast, usually, but you can survive for fkn ages. Also if people insist on attacking with the confusions stacks they can sometimes die almost instantly.

1,044 Condition DMG.
Using the same trait setup. 0/0/25/25/20 Staff / Scepter+Focus.
Decoy/Mirror Images/Blink/Time Warp
I usually use TW to kill enemies who are downed as fast as possible or res team mates fast.
Get off. Guardians are bloody OP in WvW atm. You seriously need a nerf. Theives don’t scare me, mesmers don’t scare me. Only guardians. Somehow you guys with some certain build can burst me down fsater than any theif. And With all the guardians innate survivability you can’t be killed either. Stop whining about guardians. You guys are OP atm. Enjoy it.
They have annnounced they are working on fixing culling but what if it is never fixed. This is a server/engine limitation. It is possible that they will reduce it but never fix it.
The engine is software. Software can be changed. Being a engine limitation does not mean it is set in stone.
Seriously. People are just mad and they look for something to blame.
Everyone else is blaming portals so I might just do that too.

Also, this whole BS able only party members being able to use the portal goes against what Anet wanted this game to be. If this is the case then make it so no support skills work on anyone unless they are in your party.
nobody uses torch…. The other offhands do a TON more for you
I beg to differ. I started using scepter/torch in WvW last week and the ease in which I can kill people has greatly increased. I have more damage and I can survive better.
So people do use torches. I am guessing most people just don’t know how to use them effectively.
I play a Mesmer on SoS. Had my best fight today against a Ele in WvW. Fight went on for a good 8-10 minutes with me losing in the end.
Even though I lost though, it was an amazing fight. Both of us just refusing to die.
Never come across a Ele with that much regen before.

Kind of like people who buy gems and trade them for gold gain an advantage for spending more money…
There is a report function for verbal abuse, not for general swearing. If you do not want to see general swearing there is a filter for that. Why in gods name would you turn it off if you are going to take offence to some bad words?

It is just ridiculous the rewards you get for completing any dungeon now. It really is not worth the repair cost.
I will buy gems from you Anet. Always planned to. Making changed like this actually makes me have 2nd thoughts about it though.
For about 3 weeks now my brother has not been able to receive mail from other players in game. He has sent a few bug reports about it but is starting to think that he is being ignored.
I am hoping I get a response here so I can show him you are looking into it.
