A little late but Hello Fort Aspenwood!! This is the first time SOR and FA have been matched up.

SOR fought FA during the 2 day matchups…….

Yea, I remember that. Thats when FA night capped us by like 600+ ppts and totally destroyed us during oceanic/sea time. This was back when SoR was ranked 17 or so.

SoR meets FA for the 2nd time after a year, and it’s interesting to see how much the tables have turned.

Yea, its probably all skill. SoR wins this week because you have the most hardcore skilled players.

Pretty close matchup lets see if SoR can pull a win out of this one.

I think Bronade is the best server because he eats the most, everyone else is underweight.

Players turn the game into what it is, it is not Anet’s fault people zerg hard it is the players. People will fall back to the easy win no matter what, its how people operate on video games. I know personally TG usually doesn’t run a commander tag + guild raid because we want to encourage less zerging.

Everything i hate about WvW is created by the community and not anet and its sad :/

Our theory is that after we stomped you at NE camp about 30 mins after reset under circumstances that were 100% in your favor, you’re scared. Really scared. Since then, you basically never attack us, even when you have the numbers advantage (which is actually quite frequently tbh). “Stomped” might be too kind a word I guess, it was such an embarrassing wipe that I was sort of surprised you guys didn’t rage-log out of disgust.

[TE] should try to stop hallucinating “50+” zergs to rationalize the reason they never win, otherwise you’ll never improve. Though at this point this is now a trend amongst DB guilds. We got under [BP]’s skin the same way.

TG is scared? I was there in vent when someone PM’d your leader, asking for a GvG right there and then, only to have the pathetic response of ‘we would like to but we have to deal with stuff in our bl’ when the entire yaks bl was owned by yaks (except greenbrair which we were holding out in – funny that), so dont go posting that bs.

Chris asked ventrilo if they wanted to, everyone groaned about what a waste of time it would be since we’ve already defeated you guys so many times. Then we actually found you out in the open without our pug tag-alongs and wiped you anyways. Imagine that.

You guys really need to learn to count. Wiping 8 people with 30+ DOES NOT EQUAL SKILL, I will never understand the fascination with numbers or people not willing to get into an even fight…

If you think you had 8 and we had 30, you also need to “learn to count.” In any case, I would focus on working up the courage to charge us when you have greater numbers before you worry about equal numbers.

If you guys didn’t run in zergs twice as large as ours we wouldn’t have to worry about positioning

I thought we agreed to work on our counting? There have been at least 20+ times since this Friday when your group was bigger then ours, we steeled ourselves to fight anyways, and then you ran away.

You are right tonight we had a HUGE numbers advantage on you, its nice to know you think our 15-20 man guild raid gives the illusion of being a 40+ zerg, After all the kitten talking you refused a GvG because “the BL is more important” i guess you needed your 50man zerg to shut down every 10 man group on your BL that was flipping camps.

Yeah, this match has been fun so far, screw points. Friday night was an awesome fight against YB for our west keep back (trying to taking east keep back was less awesome on our part). Saturday…don’t even remember Saturday. But guild raid on YB yesterday was really fun because we had other commanders doing stuff on the map too which let us stay mostly as a guild group the entire time. Also that TG guy that was randomly jumping along with us outside YB’s west keep by the water is awesome, I hope nobody killed you

He didnt get killed by you guys for at least a little while. I watched the whole thing while in the tower outside the DB spawn after you took it* :P I watched that whole battle in front of the tower from on top of the rock and was cheering you all on. Without culling that was truly something to see. You guys have some phenomenal movement as a group. That was also some solid flanking you did too after you pulled back to regroup.

*i ran in before you capped and stealthed until you were gone.

Ha, didn’t even notice, though I did see the cheering from the boulder. I think we were in a hurry to go to west keep. I don’t think anyone from our guild would have killed the TG guy, but we had some pubbies trailing us at that point, too.

Do you remember what class and race and whether they were upscaled or not? I can probably guess as to who it is.

As a regular night time player on Mag, I find all this talk of the dreaded Maguuma zerg quite mystifying.

I could have sworn last night 20 Mag players were holed up in EK in the DB BL fighting off a zerg of at least 50-60. If I recall correctly, the zerg punched a hole through the outter wall, and then another throught the inner wall, at which point they were stopped dead in their tracks. A counter push by a dozen Might stacked Mags broke up the attack and scattered the rest.

Or late night on Friday reset. I recall 5 Mags taking and holding NE Supply Camp and holding out against repeated attempts to retake it. First, a group of 5 was promptly spiked. Then 10, then 15, and 20, though they managed to take down our single ballista, which we promptly rebuilt. Finally, it took 2 groups of 15 and 10 attacking from different directions to finally drive us out and reclaim the camp.

Mag isn’t scary because of our numbers, we’re scary because we have crazy Commanders who will single handledly attack a guarded enemy treb, … and succeed. For everyone who was with us at the EK last night: “Long live the Huge one.”

I was there and that was my treb and he used a cannon :P good fights though i was getting burnt out from my 12 hr commanding sprint and it was 4 hours past my guilds raid :C

Hey TG seems like there into there PvP, do you guys do duels at all… Not fan of big zerg fighting or big guild vs guild fight’s doesn’t seem like you get to show ya skills to well..

I’m terrible 1v1 but we do have some people that enjoy dueling, We can try and set something up during the week. , maybe the same day as the GvG that we want to do.
