I can already say I am extremely disappointed with SF.

I think that if we could get GoM in our tier the fights would be a lot more even. Hopefully HoD or ET can match our population. Or else its going to be another 2-3 weeks of SF (assuming we are the ones moving up a tier) getting spanked by servers with more coverage.

I’m more interested in the rank shake-ups. Eredon Terrace and Henge of Denravi have fallen like bricks. I wouldn’t doubt the next match-up being between ET, SF, NSP.

Friday will be NPS/SF/ET the following week will most likely be SF/NSP/HoD and after that either SF or NSP will be moving up a tier.

The two servers can’t both be in the match with ET and then in the match with HoD. When HoD drops down to your tier, one of you has to go up to fill the void. Similarly, when ET drops to the tier below you, one of the servers there will come up.

Your right! I just realized this thank you, well I hope NSP moves up then, SF isnt nearly close to even be ready to be moved up a tier.

I think its because a lot of NA guilds have transferred to EU servers and EU guilds have transferred to NA servers… they should just merge the two. WvW would be much more interesting.

I know that WvW is not the biggest money maker for arena net and they didn’t intend on it to be such a huge attraction so i was thinking they could implement some WvW specific black lion chests that could drop some cool cosmetic gear or food buffs ect. How many people would back this idea?

I’m not saying that anet is greedy i just want for WvW love is all.

If anything raise it to 5 Worlds and add more BL’s and another EB to each matchup.

adding three more servers makes no sense unless they stop segregating servers due to geographical regions. I know that most servers don’t have full 24/7 coverage and some don’t even have enough players to field on 2 maps.

Only 2 servers fighting would call for more static fights, although I agree that when 2 servers unknowingly help each other out ( yes unknowingly it is merely a coincidence no server uses another as a crutch at least they don’t tell the other server they are.) it calls for a bad experience for the day at least. Server vs Server should be something implemented for the T1 servers so that the top server truly shines and others servers have something to strive for although I am content with my enjoyment of rolling around with my guild group.

I just wanted to point out that our WvW thread is filled with more praise than QQ, goes to show that our servers are filled with great players with a passion for WvW.

I am proud of SF all of Monday we had massive server participation although some guilds were artificially populating the borderlands ( going in capping a tower or keep leaving no one to defend) we held for most of the day, i did notice that DB had their off-peak (or peak crew) fill the gap that we created during the day, I know Terror will be out there every day giving DB hell even more so with our new commander that we will be initiating very soon.

I dont sPvP or tPvP much but when i do i run dagger whenever i use wells the immobilize (#3) will keep some one in the wells for the duration assuming they don’t use a break stun or have stability.

I just wanted to drop by and say that I am very disappointed in SF not because we are losing but because some individuals are quick on blaming our shortcomings on my guild. We are the seemingly the last large WvW guild on the server and it is discouraging to us that we are not appreciated on our server despite all of our efforts. I spend almost all of my game time in WvW and struggle to stay above 10s because I drain everything that i have into WvW and I have a large group of guildies that do the same. I hope people realize that we are not the reason we are losing.

Aside that I had some good times in SF border before Emhry nutted up and stomped all the maps, Good stuff guys it shows that you have WAY more coordination and a better synergy between your guilds.

If i read correctly Anet said they where looking into adding an Orb like mechanic in the future so I don’t understand why people are complaining about the BL maps being useless forever. As For keeps they are still strategically valuable for keeping other servers controlled in their spawn are. I’m glad that Anet removed the orb I’m exited to see how this will effect the upcoming WvW match ups.

I went from 30-80 in roughyl 60 hours doing just wvw early on in the games launch.

@jboynton Careful with calling out hacks in these forums, true or not it has the potential of getting you banned from further use. One of my guildies got banned on his first post ever for mentioning bots.

@Samusen Ill take your word for it in saying it wasn’t bots you guys gave us a good run for our money Good times in NSP borderlands then I hope it didn’t make us seem weak i know some of my guildies posts seemed alot more heated then mane.

@Suralin What you have to understand about SF in its current state is that the server is split right now between 2 languages, Since some one claimed that SF was the unofficial Latin NA server its difficult to communicate with half the population ( even though i speak a little bit of Spanish I don’t think i could stay up and translate all day), right now I’m working out a new server alliance thins the old one crumbled fast.

@Radiodead we posted here in the WvW forums to inform NSP as well so that if it was in fact bots you guys could act on it as well id hope if some one witnessed an entire guild on a server botting the server would want to get rid of their trash. Luckily for all of us it wasn’t bots it was a good guild that kicked our kitten and took hills legit.

Anyways I’m looking forward to fighting NSP next week, it should be fun with all this Ebay pressure off of us. I did notice you guys field a lot of players in Ebay borderlands and held a good chunk of it.

it was more then just one that was a bad screenshot and i apologize for not having better evidence. For all i know your guild could be highly populated by rangers idk, from my perspective it looked rather suspicious, my experience with bots in this game have been that they are all rangers and run pretty tightly together, all I’m saying is IF there is a zerg of bots on NSP please report them its not fun trying to defend against 20+ rangers all spamming the same AoE in the same location.

I am just asking you guys to keep it clean IF there is suspicious activity going on in your BL.

Just witnessed a suspicious looking zerg of NSP that were all rangers all from the same guild and all ran around the same circle in the keep lords room at hills a guildie will provide a screenshot shortly.

Im very surprised to see Ebay isnt as aggressive in NSP borderlands as it is in SF borderlands o.o good fights so far guys keep it classy!

Hey So i seen a Sf exploiting walls and terrain hacking earlier this moning and today and the 3 SF flying hack. What Afraid to lose WVW legit? Gota get out the hackers and exploiters now ? Last 2 days was actually fun fighting over who gets the last orb, but now its a disgrace SF is back to owning most of the map again with the same crap they pulled the 1st day.

So if you saw somebody hacking please share their guild tag and take screenshots next time. And please don’t say things like “What Afraid to lose WVW legit? Gota get out the hackers and exploiters now ?”, It is not the servers fault that there is a few pieces of trash playing on it, and its not fair to accuse the legitimate players of allowing exploiters to use hacks in WvW.

Other than that we had some great fights trying to take the orb from Anvil, keep up the good work guys.

From what i have noticed on the forums is people complaining about getting “zerged” in WvW battles and it is starting to confuse me as to what a zerg is. I had always thought a zerg was an uncoordinated blob of players that are mindlessly roaming the map, but people seem to throw the word around like its nothing.
