There were 10K viewers in the last WTS, “slightly” more than any GvG. People prefer to watch the most skilled players with good individual and team plays, not zerg versus zerg.

You always have the option to 10 v 10 as well…

It was 1000 viewers plus the 200ish in OS watching for an event that wasn’t advertised. Comparing it to something that is marketed vigorously to a games population doesn’t really make sense.

The recording software was acting a little funky and some frames got lost. Hoping to get back into t2 but off NA pvdoor is keeping us in t3.

With the way things are currently most tiers are locked in place with each other with no chance of “random” matches. I know the gap got closed a little bit after league but i think that the rating should be reset with a 100point gap between tiers (some people can recall when the rating was reset to 1500 for ALL servers).

The collapse and rise of various different servers have moved ratings to the point that there are huge gaps between tiers.

I think Server rating either need a reset or we need to go back to the old randomized matches so that we can actually get some variety in competition.

PS: Im speaking as a player that enjoys fighting and would rather not have to PPT for 90% of raid to push the server to desired locations.

Dragonbrand was the darkside. Mistake number one was staying there for way too long.

I thinks its sad when we raid and have no warriors to be pro banner hero’s like most other guild. Still looking for one or two more warriors that can frequent the raids.

I’ll kindly refer you to my first post in which I commented on how frustrating it must be to be unable to queue your home map on reset night. Either way, it may not have been fully queued but it was pretty close for most of the night so if you really want to complain about being outnumbered 119 to 120 I suppose it’s a valid statement.

Sorry, I do not follow your logic. I have nothing against YB winning . You guys have many good WvW guilds. Especially [One] guild, they sure know how to fight. They have all the respect they deserve because they can back up their bragging rights and put up good fights. They don’t go on the forum brag about ppts then loses GvG and being a hypocrite. No offense to MEX, but if GabGar is going to go around forums and be bragging at least back up your words.

You are misinformed We won 1 GvG of the 2 GvGs we had agaisnt DB guilds, besides we never boast about our PVT skills , those were our second and third GvG, we are still at training. We backup our words with results in the field, wining points for the server, period.

Less coverage? Eternal had a FULL zerg of DB when we took ALL your stuff, so dont use the excuse of the coverage please.

So, for the majority of my year+ in Guild Wars 2 I’ve been playing PvE. I’ve had a rare stint into PvP and WvW, but the latter two were relatively unfulfilling. Recently, I joined a new guild that has a significantly larger WvW presence and the WvW Seasons happened to come about at the same time. In the short time that I’ve been going around since the season started I can honestly say I’ve had more fun than any previous stint in WvW and will likely stay after I’ve completed achievements.

Seasons and the new guild have given me motivation to explore and rediscover this content that I’d long ago decided I didn’t care for. I’m thrilled to say that I was wrong and will keep WvW as a part of my regular Guild Wars 2 play.

That’s awesome to hear! I can tell you that I’ve been surprised how much I’ve heard this from a lot of pve’ers coming into WvW that have recently joined our guild. I find that when you’re running with guildies and friends it certainly makes it far more enjoyable then running around by yourself

In all seriousness though, I’m glad more PvE exclusive players are getting to at least try WvW. It is a lot of fun when you do it in an organized guild.

GJ so far BP, you guys seem like you will be able to compete for first place in silver. It was a huge surprise to see your coverage and your defensive abilities. This week I pushed hard to rally the server. Saturday Synco and I (TG’s raid leaders/guild leaders) pushed hard to try and maintain our BLs from early NA all the way up to SEA. I can honestly say that if you keep up this effort you will be able to do well vs the other top servers in this league.

EAT was a fun thing we did when the server wasn’t in dire need of more guilds/havoc squads. I think its safe to say that our days of fighting against blobs is over and we can return to our 10-25 man raids instead of forming EAT.

Could have been that the dev worked on the original GW gvg and feels violated it’s being mocked in this game. Idk but that’s still no way for a dev to act.
