Maybe there are much more kiddies or some other people with lots of free time during the day on BT, but speaking of FS there are hardly any ppl at WvW during the morning and day time in the weekdays.

You missed the point in “Russian morning capping”. They get online in the morning and stay on all day. That means they have almost no resistance during central european daytime (8am till around 5/6pm). So you have to add another point to your list:

when euros work, russians play.

Considering the majority of russians lives in western part of the country, they are (SURPRISE) working too, dude.
