Tried it today and didn’t feel like canonfodder at all, while stomping some hotjoiners without breaking a sweat for 5 out of 6 matches. It actually felt easier to play than soloQ

They hardly pay any attention cause ready check in LoL was implemented in august 2012 even before gw2 went live.

Couple thousand players (760 for NA) is not plenty for an AAA-game.

System would be ok IF Gw2 had way lager player base which would allow to split it into several breckets/leagues and FREAKING READY BUTTON. But for now it’s just a random mess.

You should use skills to buff swiftness even out of combat.

No, cause PBR wastes time while SS is INSTANT cast, so u can easily combine it with something like jumpshot for huge spike.

A better MM-system will help , but it wont solve the problem completely, there has to be some punishment for letting down the whole team. Even the original guild wars had one why the devs making a mistake in guild wars 2 is beyond my understanding.

It will considering some kittenbags leave in the first minute of the match after loosing a single fight. Besides dudes with one tag vs pug doest mean auto-win.
Most of the games have some sort of debuf for leaving pvp-match, in LoL for example u might get a lengthy ( up to perma) ban for leaving/akitteng too often.
Just had 3 games in a row with leavers ( 1 time on the enemy team though), srly, Arena FIX THIS CRAP.

He has no Elixir S type of moves in his set that would cause him to lose the point, so if he stays alive as long as he says, there’s not as much need for knockbacks.

Block of Ice proc from the runes makes u lose point control.

Parts stick through the kit a bit, it’s not really noticeable in mid fight and definitely not worth the whining thread.

10 isn’t really enough for a usual player to be competent( it’s like only 2-3 days of pvping) , 99% they will suck badly anyway.

According to my mesmer who used the lightning hammer, he was hitting for about 7.5k crits each on slave driver.

I think it’s the last stike of the chain the other two should hit about 4,5-5k.
Plus when comparing with other attacks u should take into accout difference in animation speed. So the lightning hammer isn’t that ridiculously strong though the damage is kinda nice.

If it was a PvE server only then we wouldn’t have the feature to do WvW.

The lack of [PvE] tag doesn’t change the fact that the majoity of BT’s population doesn’t give a kitten about wvw. ;-)
So there isn’t much sense to try to carry overcrowded server without any dedicated WvW people left. Especially with the upcoming changes which provide the possibility of doing non-WvW stuff on any european server via guesting.

attended/no loot( due to “New build” )/received

Couldn’t attend the event at the start but later on i was "lucky"to get a word from few guildies about an empty overflow. So I’ve spent some time gathering players from LA and other servers, killed some hordes of karka, survived a game crash or two, killed some more endless zergs of karka only to get the terrible yellow words " New build available…".
So i wonder , can i get the shiny chest too, pretty please ?

There is no big problem with them, just a few extra falls which will take extra minute or two of your time.

You dont really need crystals except the very end of the fight, just dodge when boss starts to scream. ;-)

You can climb on a tree and jump through the holes in the walls.

There is one more lame thing about FoM, it saves progress only for characters, not the whole account. =-/
