yet ANOTHER video of how unbalanced the thief class is gj
LOL. The people he was fighting were terrible. Thief game play is so predictable. Maddies are just baddies.
1) Not one person out of that group panned at the start. He was basically out of stealth until he was 5 feet from them.
2) Every person tried to resurrect their team mates after the thief used CnD…he is obviously dunking them. Not one single auto attack, AOE, push back/pull/knockdown/interrupt on top of the downed player.
3) There was ANOTHER Thief there that never once used refuge to save his team mates from a dunk.
These players were just terrible, end of story.

I would like to add my vote that this experiment isn’t working. I preferred the previous culling issues to the ones this patch introduces. This makes it even harder to figure out how many people there are in an area. You’ll run up to a supply camp and see say 4 people. Take 3 steps closer and then there are 20.
Also, it appears the names of people render last. So we have this 2-3 second delay where we can see someone, but we don’t know if they are friendly or an enemy.

So studying it here empirically we think berserker is just missing and not less damage, but that duelist was actually impacted by the “bladetrail” bug fix. I will try and up the duelist damage and I will try and track down why berserker is not always hitting.
It’s worth pointing out that since the same patch that broke Zerker you also caused Illusions to become subject to avoidance twice. 40% of our weapon skills are now redundantly subject to LoS, Blind, etc.
Is this intended? The spirit of this change seemed to be to prevent summoning illusions from out of LoS, not to require two hits when we’re already externalizing our damage in an unreliable way.
This is the most important balance related issue here. The berserker should have instant spawn/damage. People can already LOS/blind/dodge etc… the spawn of the phantasam. As shown in many of the youtube videos posted in this thread and others previous spawn time + damage were near instant previous to this patch.

Conspiracy theory at work – but it seems so far that TC is going solely for FA and giving YB a free ride. In fact, YB is barely touching TC either.
Why do I say this?
Because in EB they didn’t touch each others supply camps at all, it was just both constantly attacking FA’s camps.
At the same time, TC took nothing in YB BL. And once TC took all of their own BL they didn’t attack YB at all, instead their zerg came to FA BL instead.
Similarly, YB has barely attacked anything but FA held stuff.
So right now it’s like 1 team (FA) versus 2 teams, as neither TC or YB have really attacked each other.
Are you in PRO? Because this seems like the same attitude from your guild as last week, where you simply insult other players or whine about people teaming up against you. If I am completely wrong, then I do apologize but the rhetoric seems exactly the same.

I can say that I’ve had more fun in WvW tonight than I have in a LONG time.
CD took Woodhaven, then managed to get enough people to build up siege to defend it. After a couple of good attempts by TC, they gave up to go harass something else.
RIOT, you guys gave me some of the best laughs I’ve ever had, taking Godslore on the Crystal Desert map repeatedly, and letting me constantly catapult you from Woodshaven, then coming after our tower.
I’m not intending to be rude, I honestly have had an kitten load of fun defending against you guys. I rarely get to break out my trebs or catas and go to town on zergs with them, so I have to thank you for this opportunity.
I really am looking forward to fighting your tenacious kitten again soon, but for now I have to go get some work done.
You can catapult us any time! We had a fun time trying to hold Godslore, but I didn’t think we could take Woodhaven but we wanted to check it out. There was a lot of fun back and forth from Woodhaven to Godslore to North AB.

So far this has been some fantastic PVP. Kudos to both CD and TC for some great fights and epic sieges. It’s been absolutely tough out there!
The lead point tick has been jumping around all night (well, morning technically). It’s going to be a long week if it stays like this, but it sure as hell won’t be boring.

What was causing the invisible army bug? It only started last patch.
Is there any relation to that and loading screens on computers with SSD’s taking double to triple loading times?

How to recreate: Create a party. Have some of the members go to different zones or log off. You will no longer be able to access the menu on their character avatar to perform any actions on them (e.g. kick them from party).
We always have to reform our groups once this happens.

Sometimes when you run into the Mystic Door to get into the Jump Puzzle in Eternal Battlegrounds you will just get an infinite loading screen and have to kill GW2 and queue back up for Eternal (which of course is no fun).
One other in my group also got it at the same time, so it may be a group issue when zoning in as so far it has only happened when I was in a group.
