Agreed, feedback for the WvW community as a whole rather than the minority who like to whine on the forums could only benefit everybody. Too many bad idea are getting through and making changes for the worst.

You wasn’t aware of the alt + F4 cheat, and you don’t use it, yet you felt the need to make a thread condeming the fix for it?

The ONLY people bothered by the fix are the ones who abuse the hell out of it, and that my friend brings me to you. Deny using it all you want, but we know better.

I normally autosave my password on the login screen and forums (silly I know) and somehow my password was taken away for the log in screen. Now i cant log in as everything i thought it could have been doesn’t work. The forgotten password link takes me to a page that says the option is unavailable.

I can’t recover my account either as I stupidly deleted the E mail containing my serial code. Can any of the moderators help?

Fun fight on BB borderlands this morning, a 5 man Deso team trying to take Bluelake and a zerg of around 20 BB stopping us, even outnumbered we still got badges would have hated to see the outcome for you guys with even numbers.

Cant agree more with MarzAttacks. BT log on around 2am gmt, and you will log on to fully upgraded towers and keeps, they will also be heavily defended. BT have the numbers all day every day. You will have some amazing fights but you will have to work for every inch of ground you get with them.

As I said, no one blames the server. We all get a bad minority, you have nothing to apologise for.

This is not a flame post, or blaming the SFR community. There is a SFR mesmer under AB killing NPCs. I know the forums are not the place to discuss this, but I post here as we are unable to target the player to report him. So this is just to make mods aware.

What was said actually, in a joke RP post of all things, was that Ruin wanted to stop the French from monopolising Tier 1.
At the time, when that joke RP post was made, hardly anyone, apart from players on the two French servers it was made about, had any objection at all to what was said in it.
Now everyone has their little panties in a bunch over Ruin, and suddenly a post made in jest that was fine previously, makes all of Ruin xenophobic? give me a break.
From the first minute of the first day that Ruin transferred over, EU players made some very xenophobic comments, and posts, and threads, about US guilds, and Ruin in particular, playing in this ladder, but thats all fine isnt it.

I played on Desolation from the start, was in WvW pretty much every minute I was in game, and when Ruin came over, I joined them as they were doing a good job in WvW, and they were trying to work well with existing guilds, like IRON.
Deny it all you want, but Desolation has a lot of unguilded players, and little guilds, that were not, and do not, pull their weight in WvW, but still wanted the glory from winning.
I saw a lot of these people in map or team chat, spout crap like “why bother, Ruin will nightcap everything and we will win anyway”, and you wonder why Ruin left and went to a server that has enough coverage already, so Ruin do not have to carry the server?

Ah well, at least now Im done with Desolation, done with this WvWvW, maybe done with this game.

To say that people on Deso did not pull their weight is a insult. Deso players fought every day against 2 servers, fighting for every point they had. They didnt have the luxury of outnumbering the enemy and running around the maps as they wished. They pulled their weight every day.

Since RUIN went to deso, they only had to try and pull their weight twice, the first time was when VS organised a night force and they steam rolled you. The second was when BT entered T1, and rather than fight them they run away.

Coming from a guild that only plays for easy wins, and fails at every challenge, thats just a joke…….

Dont worry Excession, if they do team up on you, you can always transfer to the server that wins ready for PS2.

The difference is Archaos, those guilds consulted with the current guilds on the server, and were wanted……..

Plus the other server transferes also helped BT climb to Tier 1, they didnt just jump there after the work was done.

While Blacktide is looking very strong at the moment, i fear for the day that another server does beat them into second place. Grats random server, here is your prize, enjoy your ruin transfers.

Wothan do you really have to troll all the Deso threads? Arbor wanted T2 as I recall, do you need help finding the T2 discussion threads? Your input wouold be put to better use there.

@tita I love how you start calling RUIN lemmings after I said it the other day about VS because they like jumping to their deaths rather than fight us lol.

They are not double teaming us as there is no alliance. They have told us many times and they wouldnt lie. Us being it on both sides is just coincidence, on all the maps. Honest.

Credit where it is due, in my opinion Blacktide have been our hardest oppenents. That is no disrespect to any of the other servers, but with Blacktide I could play 12 hours a day, and taking every keep or supply camp was a hard fought battle. They never give up, so Blacktide I salute you.

Looking forward to it, already having a epic battle in Garrison on Arb borderlands.

Viz, love the new tactic you have shown us this match up, lost track of the amount of times you guys have run from our zerg over cliffs – some times in water, other times to your death. Cant help but think of the old computer game Lemmings.

spanky.4630, we ask for American players as this become the only way to play WvW at competitive level (servers like Desolation and Visunah make this happen). What we wanna do with this is to minimize the damage from 3rd shift, we don’t need americans to win this game for us (like you need), we need a guild that will absorb the damage from the night so we could play normal at prime time. It’s not that easy to take back all towers, camps and keeps that we lose in the night over and over again for a weeks behind.

Desolation only got RUIN around 2 weeks ago, yet you claim we are like Visunah who started from the beginning almost. All Deso done was get RUIN, which we did not activly recruit, we was lucky they chose us.

So yeah Desolation got a night crew to compete, so how is that any doifferent to what FS is doing now? Only difference between Deso and FS is we was able to get a night crew in first. Yeah it sucks for you until you get it fixed but until then stop crying all over the thread.

Vukanigia.5496 I think you are misunderstanding where I am coming from, I do not think I am pro, and while there is alot of banter on these forums I have respect for FS and Kodash in the game. Deso has had good fights off them since the start of the match up.

My problem is all the hate, the deso bashing and the complaining about RUIN and night capping on these forums. There is just no end to it. Then i see the recruitment thread and it smacks of double standards. I have never complained when I had night capping done on me, and if i had I would now be a hypocrite.

Yeah maybe when/if we get to T1 we will get our butts kicked. Could happen easily, but you wont find 1 post from me about night cpping or QQing because of some reason. Some you win, some you lose. But I will be staying on Deso either way, and so will IRON.

To all the people on FS who have complained about RUIN and how bad it is that Desolation needs a US guild to night cap for them, I am LOVING your recruitment thread.

You guys should just turn around, its alot faster than back peddling.

Equally impressed and disgusted by Kodash players, who ninja took Greenbriar on Kodash borderlands. Deso was fighting FS who were trying to retake the keep. We were at the front and I personally was manning a arrow cart, and out of no where the keep turns red. Nice glitch, and to pull it off while we was defending it……………

Na the matchup is nice, especially during our EU primetimes, FS hits like a truck especially Nug or something like that, and Iron is not bad either.

But iam proud that FS and us could Push Desos with Iron on their Side out of FS Borderlands even when it was a classic 2v1.

The reason Deso was so bad in FS is the bug thats been previously mentioned.

Deso may have a full server, but that doesnt mean WvW is full. During last week we was able to enter any borderlands (didnt try RB) without any que all day every day. I understand alot work during the day, but of the ones who were on, we still couldnt fill up WvW. We do have alot of “fair weather” players, but we was winning last week and still wasnt full.

I am in Iron, along with ruin and a few other smaller guilds, we work well together. We do organise ourselves and support each other, but we can only do so much with limited numbers. There are just too many empty spaces.

FS coming back fast. WTB people on Desolation who want to WvW.

As the title suggests, we could do with preview option for all TP gear / armor. After getting the items we want just for stats, I know alot of people like to transmute for cosmetic reasons. A preview option would help alot.

I would like to thank Seafarers for a epic battle on their borderlands. The fight for the last 1 1/2 between Garrison and Dawns is the most fun I have had so far in WvW. Awesome fighting, keep it up

Anet want us to play this game for a long time. If they hand over everything to us easy we will get bored quicker. From their perspective its a smart move, patience, we will all get our gear in the end, it doesnt have to be done within the first month or so.

The only way to solve the problem is for Anet to sell some kind of anphetamine based product, this would solve the sleeping / time difference for capping and it would make them money. Everybody wins.
