I, however, encountered several roamers and friendly ones! (both from gandara and AM)

So I had nice duels or dance/jumping communication…

Hope u guys read the upcoming WvW updates.. Large scale zergs (or blobs) will get less WXP/EXP/points less… Also other negative things will happen when in big zerg and stuff so I dont rly care anymore who blobs and who doesn’t.. If I kill someone when they have more ppl, I’ll jump on your corpse.. Makes me happy enough..

I didnt played and can’t play ’till Sunday evening.. Was afraid for a unbalanced match.. We were afraid of having another server with bigger numbers and Anet loves us so much.. They gave us 2 servers with more ppl.

The thing is, I play in windowed mode all the time. I don’t like covering up the windows explorer bar. I don’t have another monitor, laptop, or tablet to be using at the same time. So I have to multi-task on one screen. Thus forcing full screen or a certain resolution isn’t the solution.

The solution is to lock the window between a certain aspect ratio. Or, make AC’s line of sight of something else.

Besides, WvW is more than likely a very small population of the game. Locking out a feature for all players due to WvW is kinda overkill.

Not much we can do about it you FSP guys get shafted cause Gandara have the numbers online to keep Arbor’s areas, so the score dies and you lose a lot of fair weather players or those who play for score; Arbor gets shafted cos they get overpowered and overwhelmed, and the PvE players of Gandara get a week to frolic about and pretend they’re pro

That’s true indd, we got plenty of wvw oriented guilds.. But like i said earlier, it kinda comes down to numbers and pugs can use skill 1 too.. Not saying none of u are using skills, far from it cuz u guys and also Arbor has kitten good ones, but if u got bigger number at night/morning and stuff(cuz of pugs mostly) then ya, tactics are hard to use…

But most ppl.. Well, they kinda quit already since they had enough of weekends so cant rly blame them :c

Seriously dude, look at the mini map on image 1 and 2 and you see a huge amount of green dots there?, and look at the amount of red names.

Image 3 we were around a lot of pugs yes, but your FSP numbers were not even all visible on the image because of culling.

You guys both seem angry teenagers. Didn’t notice you’re a commander, that speaks for itself so there’s no need to go any further. Even trying to make you react doesn’t help, you’ll just keep making up numbers and stories to write on forums and i’m sure tonight you’ll still have the whole border on one pixel and tomorrow, you’ll be blaming someone else again if things won’t go as you would like to.
Instead of learning (not from us, i told you FSV is one of your guilds that could teach you a LOT) to play properly, (Guild Wars remember? GUILD wars!) you’ll keep fighting doors ‘cause it doesn’t require any commitment and makes it easier to farm badges, ranks and chests. Killing XxX is so easy, they can’t do this, they couldn’t do that, but when it comes to have a fight between guilds, everyone runs away (apart from FSV again). Keep blaming everyone else and feel accomplished, good for you it needs so little. Not going to get involved in this anymore, if not even calling you out works, enjoy doors and mud.

we tryed all the evening on FSP border not even a guild group running,only a big growing blob who always run away from us when we try to flank them,fps blob simply come out to fight 5/1 and when the fight still outnumber the other they see us they run in garrison:/ and there are some funny moment too,when they try to hunt us with like 50 /60+blob.

We tried whole evening on FSP border to fight guild groups but all we encouter was a big growing blob of XXX, YAK and 3rd zerg of random Gandara ppl. XXX always run back to bay if they failed to flank becouse they can’t attack when they don’t use 3 or 4 veils and need to wait for cooldowns to try again. FSP players at start were split into 3 groups but since Gandara had the need to blob and use 3 zerg as one and outnumbered FSP “5/1” (was more like 2to1 tbh, ~20 XXX, ~20 YAK, ~30 randoms vs ~15/20 FSP dedicated randoms, ~10 Kale, ~10 PunK ). Even then FSP went out to fight that giant blob in open field until we got overhelmed and regroup in garrison. Then we tried again.

There was also funny moment when that 50/60 GA blob went to “hunt” smaller FSP regrouping forces. From FSP perseptive funny moment was when XXX never attacked first, they always waited for pug zerg and YAK to attack and then flank us after stacking 5 min.

Thx for badges, it’s not the game XXX want ( they want enemy players to stand still and never use any skill cause it can kill them and XXX don’t like to die) . Unfortunetly only game XXX found this evening and participate in was blobing.

P.S. XXX flank is awsome! I saw them flanking 2 players in a camp, good they didn’t die trying to do that.

P.S. As an old wvw player I had never encouter such a disrespectful zerg as Gandra pug one. It’s like emote for every skill they use.

You could learn a couple things from FSV, like how to play the game and why there are guilds in this game. Or you can keep eating mud and then make up some numbers to write on forums to feel like a smart kitten Choice is yours.
And dear “old wvw player”, you deserve the laughs, you get the laughs. Want respect? Deserve some. Funny how this blob mindset gets even into forums, at least I’m not so arrogant to write for my whole server or my whole guild.

I hope your commander on EB right now, doesnt say “gj to everyone” each time he took something to his zerg cuz they aren’t…. Once that zerg (atleast 40 Gandara) uses skill 1, our group just go “poof” since we were with 10 or so..
As u can see in attachement, this was taken at 11am.. FSP very high outmanned.. This is going 24/7 now.. So pls, dont say u have skills or whatsoever..

It all comes down to numbers, simple as that

Good luck in the upper tiers. Please send us a few photos of the blobs you`ll encounter there so that we, the lowly unskilled peasants of Far Shiverpeaks, might bask in your glory and wonder at your godlike nature.
Since my IQ is about the same as the room temperature and I don`t tend to go out much I wasnt very sure what you meant by “skilled”. I asked a friend and he told me that skill looks like a huge red “train” of people that spam laugh emotes every time they defeat a much smaller force.
While the vast majority of our FSP force valiantly defends the borderland spawnpoints (a tedious and dangerous task that requires hours of sitting in the same place) a few of us still roam the wvw areas.
Until the end of this matchup we ask you kindly to divide your “skill” a bit so that we can get a small sense of accomplishment by bringing down a door or killing the occasional npc every now and then.

Simple: Cuz of lack of AB players, gandara easily takes their bl/eb spot.. At day and at night since they have the numbers to do so.. This has nothing to do with skill or tactics whatsoever (except for yak,XxX,MM..)

WvW basically comes down to numbers this week, simple as that

Although had some good fights! Like 2vs2 but then suddenly a zerg +40 passes and ya, they didn’t ignored me :p..

So ofc, FSp server got demoralized, aswel part of Arbor server I think.. Which I understand ofc, would be the same with me and many others..

Actually If you count the red names, not including the pets etc 25 is fairly accurate. Just playing devil’s advocate, but you can count around the 25 mark.

Not saying we were not a large group, more about his description of 8 and snarky attitude. Just tired of all the QQing about “this big group killed us and it was at least 60+ against our 12.” Every server does it and it is getting mighty old.

Maybe instead of complaining and QQing “Don’t be so negative, have fun in your life.”

Ele’s are good. But imo their armor should be upped a little bit, damage (on certain skill, not stuff like meteor shower or churning earth) should be boosted. Cantrips should use a nerf. I know of almost no profession wich such perfect synergy for utility skills. Cantrips breaks stun, cantrips give regen/vigor. The vigor works good for evasive arcane. The regen works for ‘remove condition on regen’. This is just a little to perfect, with to little sacrafice. While boosting damage, and armor slightly, all water traits that are current meta must be nerfed. Instead, real party focussing skills, like aoe heal on certain trigger, aoe boons on certain trigger etc, should replace them. Water is support. Not selfish survival. Replace selfish ‘cleansing water’ (and op to other professions removal), and add a very good (worthy of grandmaster), support trait, like maybe extra boon duration for all allies. Wathever. Something like that.

I do see you don’t have enough Ele knowledge (or atleast the trait-tree).. Do not get me wrong, I’m not here to flame, I like your post but saying that cantrips don’t need sacrifice and stuff isn’t quite right thing to say..

You only get Vigor/regen if you set your trait line like that.. If you choose (as an Ele) to have vigor/regen when using cantrips, then you’re sacrificing other traits which can be lifesaving for yourself or allies.. All traits (or almost all) are good, it just depends on your gameplay and what situation.. (My situation is WvW)

Second thing: Condition removal has to be activated in traitline aswel.. That’s isn’t just basic.. Also Evasive Arcana, also a trait u need to activate.. Nothing comes granted.. When u choose Evasive Arcana, you can’t use Blasting staff for example..(Bigger AoE’s with staff) which is also very useful as staff Ele in WvW…

Also, please do remember, if we use cantrips in our Utility slots, we do not have any signets (passive/actives) active, which means we can’t spawn an Ice bow or use Arcane skills when in combat already (since u cant change utility in combat obv).. Cantrips can save your life but aren’t OP at all.. They might seem OP if you’re thinking if other classes have them.. But Ele’s are in the lowest HP-pool + light armor + slow casting skills (when staff) + not too much dmg (if you’re not zerk build, that’s why I’m refering this to WvW Ele’s)

What i’m saying is, as an Ele to gain those “a bit too OP’ed” things you’re calling, we need to sacrifice.. Sometimes little, sometimes alot.. Depends on gameplay and situation..

I do not know enough about other classes since Ele is my only lv 80 (which I played 1020hours) so I kinda know alot about Ele’s..

I would gladly exchange a the ability swap weapons in combat for a nerf on mist-form. As it is, your most effective role as an ele is to run to the back of the keep, wait about 20s to leave combat, then equip a staff. If I could switch to staff quicker, you wouldn’t see these kamikaze eles that drop down, do about 10 damage, and retreat inside. I know some people do it, but it is simply not effective to do anyway.

Are you really complaining about 1-2 bags/day, anyway? If you remove the portal ability of mistform, then no ele downed ability has any use at all, anywhere.

I can kite multiple of players as staff Ele, but cannot kill them when kiting.. Kiting np, killing those multiple people.. Very hard (or u need patience, which I don’t have :p)

Been a month or more since we’re fighting same server and we won every week (last 2 week including this one becoming a challenge since both servers decided to golemrush our towers at night while we’re outmanned xD) and I would like to see how it ends this week!

I do wonder how u get so many ppl together between 1am and 7am and get us outmanned when we’re with +10 though AM and FR.. I rly wonder.. U guys have vacation or something?
