Sorry A-Net. This whole gambling chest thing is a fail. Better off just selling the items themselves. Its not fun. It only makes people angry. The only entitlement here is people wanting a better game and better shopping experience. Stop this non-sense already.
A side note, excellent and amazing new dungeons, have been a blast to play. Reminds me of old school D&D modules.
I am with people on this one! Enough with the random chest crap. A.Net is just pissing customers like us off and more likely to make more money by giving people what they want, the skins and items themselves. The random chest crap is not fun and as one person, never going to buy a key or one of these stupid chest things and have been encouraging others to do the same. Start selling the items, not a gamble.
Also, please start selling more fantasy oriented items. Especially more town clothing, not customs.
The whole time I have played, I have never seen a vanilla bean in the game up pop up from a plant. With the Vanilla Bean in Bulk now gone, I have no idea how i can even the kitten thing. Its just too kitten rare now and way too frustrating cooking wise. I feel like I am stuck at a leveling point with cooking without it as well totally lacking the ability to make food I like. I should have bought the bulk while I had the chance instead of saving karma. Craft was fun for me, now its just freaking frustrating. Frustrating is the word of the day for me.

I applaud for the issue being noticed but the issue itself seems to have intensified in the past few days that I have been on and playing since this announcement. I see bots all over the place where there has been none before and the gold seller e-mail spam is on the fast track to being a daily experience instead of odd rare one that it was before for me.
So far the only customer stratification I am getting from the situation is watching this particular bot warrior running around, naked, from repeatedly getting defeated from all the critters it attracts.
The gold seller spam, at least I can ignore and report. But bots are a whole other matter. They are obvious, they are there; the big elephant in the room. Its time to bring out the live white mice.

But it seems to be the same issue. You are not alone. There are some issues with guilds and I am told it is being worked on. I am sure we shall know more once the problem gets thoroughly examined.
There are a few things I desperately want when I am playing the game that has annoyed me not being able to do.
1. Lack of Emotes – I haven’t been able to lean against a wall, sit in chairs, sit on a ledge, read a book, write on a scroll, read a scroll, and a list of others. Take a page from City of Heroes on this one, this is one area of game that desperately needs addressing.
2. This sort of ties in with number one. All these great locations to socialize at yet the characters cannot sit in any of the chairs. Please at least let the characters sit in chairs.
3. More town clothing! Right now there isn’t really a selection of fantasy based clothing to speak of. More variety of outfits would go a long way, especially something more appropriate to the game setting.
4. Lack of character description box. There is currently no way to look at a character and read any sort of description of them, or even a way to mark yourself as being in character or out of character. There are many games out there that include this and a feature I am sure many could use if not want. Do we have to start using third party programs to address the issue?
