Thanks!! We’ve been working really hard organization wise, it’s just a matter of teaching all our members now. IoJ and ET have some impressive pug organization, but I feel like I see a lot of glassy builds and up levels on IoJ’s side., I’m sure that doesn’t help too much; we typically run as many 80’s as we can. Our exp trains stay away from defended towers and keeps. ;D

It’s been a lot of fun thanks everyone for keeping the maps full, forces us to really focus on tactics rather than our Zerg is greater than your Zerg so push. Can’t wait to see how it goes into the week.

I wish I can gather as much people on my guild to even have tactics. Hahahahaha! All I can get up is 8-10 people then it’s a free for all. It’s a hit or miss thing for us. We win some, we lose some.

About the uplevel pugs, yes, Isle of Janthir is mainly a PvE server. You can only see IoJ zerg when we are on the top spot. PvE people tend to come and get their vistas and poi when they see us winning.

Hi guys, been a while since I posted. I’m not gonna even brag or whine. This was a good match. I concentrate mainly on DH BL like last night. It was a good GvG fights with [SPCA] guild, you guys are just annoying.

First I didn’t read the whole thread so I will just reply to the OP.

I just want to ask the question to the OP. How did you conclude that IoJ and DH have double teamed you? Is it because we hit your towers at the same time? If that’s so. Can we say you and DH are double teaming us now that you are hitting our towers and BL at the same time? It will just make you a Hypocrite ain’t it?

Then again, even if you double team us, we don’t care! Double teaming is part of the game, if it is illegal then maybe we all have been kicked out of WvW by now. All servers one time or another need to double team another server.

While we in IoJ have been doubled teamed a lot but do you see us whining about it? NO! Because we are mature enough to accept that this is part of the game.

Even in real life double teaming one country is always exercised (look at Iraq and Afghanistan).

We cannot stop this (double teaming). You can only adapt to it.

Just my four cents worth.

Deym, I’m so disappointed with this repeat match. I like NSP but I want DH fight a server their equal.

All I want is a fair fight. NSP accepts our constant outmanned buff gracefully. We accept whatever is thrown at us. IOJ has some good players, but what we won’t accept is an unfair fight. I am also very suspicious about the timing of all this. IOJ decides to team up with DH at the exact moment that NSP starts to catch up in points? Hmmmmm…. Pretty obvious.

It is only natural for the third placed server think that the first two server is double teaming them, I understand it. But the reality is. IoJ hates DH for freakin’ 5 months now.

About your points here is my explanation. Yesterday I saw NSP points was so close I have to tell my fellow commanders (or beg them) “Please hit NSP, we will be flamed in the forums if we let them catch up”. Too bad though no one even heed my call, they want to be first place so much and give DH a run for their money.

So what I did is bring my guild to NSP BL eager to get at least hills. After hills people came pouring in and we took everything so you see how happy I am last night. Eventually the lead went back to 6k which I think is a comfortable lead.

Honest NSP, we like to fight you again. I failed 2x in getting your BL and won once. In my book you still have the number over me at least.

All I say is, stop the whining. Accept the loss and get back fighting. A loss is a loss even if you have been PvDoored (that’s what everyone is claiming when they lose).

IoJ never rant about PvDoors or whatever. We have been toughened by our experiences. You can ask DH, we fought them for so long and in our mind we can never win with their numbers but still we try and try and try.

This has been a good match. I hope to see NSP without DH in the next matchups. Don’t worry DH I still love you.

Being from DH, and playing lots of WvW, We are NOT teaming with ioj. IMHO, IOJ, waits for us to hit something, and then takes advantage the best they can of the situation. If they know we are hitting your keep, they simply go take something while most of you are busy with us.

As far as NSP being outmaned, I can tell you, you guys have handed us our behinds in battles lots of times. Even came close to taking our entire DH Border Lands. There have been many nights we have had to Run to this side of the map to fight of IOJ, then run back and fight NSP on the other side of the map.

I also agree with this. We all think we are outnumbered but in reality I think we ahve the same numbers if we poll all our WvW player in one map. (Well, except for DH who totally outnumbers IoJ and NSP combined.) . Don’t deny it.

I find solace in a few facts that can’t be denied regardless of the PPT score.

#1. IOJ was the highest rated server in the matchup and performed beyond terribly. In fact the second highest rank loss out of 24 servers. In my book that is just simply pathetic. Factor in the huge Oceanic presence that faces almost no opposition and this glaring failure is even more monumental.

#2. DH Has the lowest rank gain out of any server who actually gained rank if you don’t include the match-up featuring the #1,2,3 servers all facing each other. Having superior numbers at almost any given time throughout the matchup they truthfully accomplished very little given the massive numbers advantage.

The facts don’t lie and anyone can go see for themselves. NSP is extremely outmanned and lacks any real oceanic presence….at all. For them to do as well as it did speaks volumes about DH and IoJ.

I don’t blame IoJ for desperately wanting and needing to doubleteam any server they can get to agree to do it. I mean look at that performance lol.

No, you’re dead wrong. That is NOT how WvW is designed. And targeting us is truly pathetic. We have a POLICY in NSP. A code of ETHICS. Since launch we NEVER double team. It’s considered a very shameful practice in NSP. You were asking us to break our ethical code. And now you take offense? Absurd. Cheat if you must, but don’t justify your cheating with self-righteousness.

I need to congratulate NSP for how organized their offensive tactics are ( Atleast their particular guild). Today they ninja’d SM from us, again! Yep, it ticked us off, we were outmanned and facing DH’s zerg and keep’s trebs while NSP golem rushed SM. Later on we managed to successfully hit NSP’s garri down, only for the same NSP golem rush to take our EB LL keep down.

I’ve been on most of the day, and it has been kittening stressing for me, probably because of Rob, lol. Dude, nice leading. That’s all I can say. We lost all our keeps in our BL with your 25 golems and a 40 man NSP zerg, hills and bay didnt stand a chance… but here comes the most frustrating and demoralizing part for me. The lost of garri.

I threw at least 2g on defensive siege, prepared it, made garri a bunker! I wouldn’t think no matter how many golems you guys had it wouldn’t fall… I was wrong, the constant sieging and smashing from different places had us all confused, and when that inner gate was gone we kept trying and trying to defend with all the sieges we had but yet we lost. I was laying in the middle of the lords room dead, watching ya take our garri and build a treb on top of my corpse. lol.

Even though you guys didn’t get to hold those keeps for long and really didn’t produce much points, you made a clear statement. I definitely underestimated NSP, so kudos to that team. Truth is, we weren’t just outmanned, we got outplayed. After you guys left our BL i had my morale and my pockets destroyed.

I’ve learned a lot during this week. Had a ton of fun and frustrating moments, the ratings, scores and such don’t matter to me at all at this point.
